Protective Drainage Wraps
20170210099 · 2017-07-27 ·

A protective drainage wrap comprises a cross-woven material portion, cross-laminate material portion or mesh material portion in first and second directions and a breathable solid layer portion. The material in the first and second directions comprises a polyolefin, polyester, nylon or combinations thereof. The first direction being roughly perpendicular to the second direction. The cross-woven, cross-laminate or mesh material portions being adapted to facilitate a drainage path. The breathable solid layer portion is attached to the cross-woven material portion, cross-laminate material portion or mesh material portion. The breathable solid layer portion is adapted to allow water vapor to flow therethrough.

The present invention is coated fabric for airbags which is obtained by applying a silicone resin to at least one surface of woven fabric constituted of synthetic fiber filaments, in an amount of 20 g/m.sup.2 or less. The coated fabric is characterized in that in the uncoated base fabric, the warp crimp ratio is less than the weft crimp ratio, the warp crimp ratio is 4% or less, and the difference between the warp crimp ratio and the weft crimp ratio is 0.8-3.0%, and that the coated fabric has a air permeability, measured at a differential pressure of 100 kPa, of 0.02 L/cm.sup.2/min or less. Although the amount of the resin applied is 20 g/m.sup.2 or less, extremely low air permeability is ensured.

Heat-resistant laminated conveyer belt

A heat-resistant laminated conveyer belt includes a fluororesin-coated core and a reinforcement layer which is formed on the core through an adhesive layer. The core is obtained by impregnating an aramid fiber woven fabric in a fluororesin dispersion and drying and sintering the fabric. The reinforcement layer is obtained by impregnating an aramid fiber woven fabric to which stretch properties are applied in a fluororesin dispersion and drying and sintering the fabric. The aramid fiber woven fabric of the core is a woven fabric by a plain-weave seamless loom or a circular loom. The aramid fiber woven fabric of the core includes an S-twist weft yarn and a Z-twist weft yarn which are alternatively arranged.
