Assembly for a medicament delivery device
12434009 · 2025-10-07 · ·

An assembly for a medicament delivery device is presented having a container holder with a body extending along a longitudinal axis between a proximal and a distal end, the body defining an interior chamber for receiving a medicament container. An actuator is connected to the container holder and axially movable relative to the body of the container holder. The drive assembly is attached to the body of the container holder has a motion converter and a rod, where the actuator has an activation surface movable relative to the motion converter of the drive assembly in the direction of the longitudinal axis such that a movement of the actuator relative to the container holder in the direction of the longitudinal axis is converted to a movement of the rod relative to the container holder along a transverse axis transverse to the longitudinal axis through an engagement between the motion converter of the drive assembly and the activation surface of the actuator.

Monitoring devices, systems, and methods for detecting wetness in a garment

A monitoring device for detecting wetness in a garment is disclosed. The monitoring device of the present disclosure includes a clip removably attachable to the garment and having a printed circuit board and a plurality of pins in communication with the printed circuit board, a portion of the plurality of pins extending through a portion of the clip, wherein the plurality of pins include a first pin, a second pin, and a third pin, the first pin and the second pin aligned along a first axis of the clip and the third pin aligned along a second axis of the clip, the second axis spaced from the first axis, wherein, with the clip attached to the garment, the printed circuit board is in communication with the garment via the plurality of pins. Transmitters having built-in delay mechanisms configured to delay transmitting operational data for a period of time are disclosed.

System for a Drug Delivery Device

A system for a drug delivery device is provided. The system includes: a housing and a cartridge unit that is attachable to the housing or releasably attached to the housing. The cartridge unit includes a cartridge unit guide feature, the cartridge unit guide feature being provided to establish a guiding interface with the housing in order to guide relative movement of the cartridge unit and the housing with respect to one another when attaching the cartridge unit to the housing. The cartridge unit includes a cartridge unit interface feature, the cartridge unit interface feature being provided to form a further interface, in addition to the guiding interface, with the housing of the further interface being established when the cartridge unit is attached to the housing. The guiding interface is a bayonet-type interface which defines at least two different stages of movement between the cartridge unit and the housing when the cartridge unit is attached to the housing, a first stage with at least axial movement by a first stage axial distance in a first stage axial direction and a second stage with at least rotational movement by a second stage angle in a second stage rotational direction. The further interface is or includes a ramp interface.

BLOW-FILL-SEAL (BFS) SYRINGE CARTRIDGE SYSTEMS AND METHODS

A syringe cartridge assembly includes a syringe housing, a compressible Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) cartridge at least partially positionable within the syringe housing, and having a fluid agent. In at least some embodiments, the compressible cartridge includes a compressible bellows segment configured to transition between an initial condition and an at least partially compressed condition. A plunger is configured for movement within the syringe housing to cause transition of the compressible bellow segment from the initial condition to the at least partially compressed condition to and push the cartridge into a double-ended cannulated needle of a deliver assembly attached to the syringe housing, causing one end of the needle to penetrate the compressible BFS cartridge and dispense the fluid agent into a patient via the opposing end thereof.

Autoinjector and method of assembling

The disclosure further relates to an autoinjector and a method of assembling the autoinjector. A syringe carrier is disclosed comprising a housing adapted to receive a syringe. They syringe includes a needle encapsulated by a removable protective needle sheath. The syringe carrier further includes two or more flexible arms protruding outwards in a relaxed state and adapted to couple with the syringe in a mounted position. In the mounted position, the flexible arms deflect radially inwards due, in part, to an axial force operating on the syringe carrier.
