The present disclosure provides an apparatus that includes a first catheter having a proximal end and a distal end. The apparatus also includes a first tubular housing having a proximal end and a distal end. The first tubular housing is coupled to the first catheter proximal to at least one first outlet. The apparatus also includes one or more pressure sensors coupled to the distal end of the first tubular housing. The apparatus also includes a second catheter having a proximal end and a distal end. The distal end of the second catheter is configured to be positioned substantially within a second tubular housing coupled to one or more of the first catheter and the first tubular housing, when the second catheter is in a first position.

GUIDE CATHETER WITH SUPPORT WIRES

In some examples, a catheter includes a hub assembly, an elongate member, and a plurality of support wires extending along a length of the elongate member. The plurality of support wires is configured to expand radially outward from the elongated body to help anchor a distal portion of the catheter within the vasculature the patient and provide a backup support to the elongate member, e.g., to reduce pushback on the catheter when a treatment device is advanced past the distal tip of the catheter.

Balloon Catheter With Venting of Residual Air in a Proximal Direction

A balloon guide catheter system including a balloon guide catheter having a catheter shaft that includes: (i) a main lumen; (ii) an inflation lumen; and (iii) an exhaust lumen. The terminating distal end of the inflation lumen and the terminating distal end of the exhaust lumen being in localized fluid communication with one another underneath the balloon while in a non-inflated state. A balloon is disposed about a distal region of an outer surface of the catheter shaft. The exhaust lumen is configured to purge the residual air in a proximal direction and out from a proximal region of the balloon guide catheter.

Inflation Lumen Kink Protection and Balloon Profile

A balloon guide catheter having a sleeved inflation lumen secured with a wire wrap for improved inflation lumen kink protection and a welded balloon construction provides a robust and flexible catheter with an exceptionally large inner lumen relative to its outer profile and enables rapid and reliable balloon inflation and deflation in a highly deliverable and kink resistant catheter. Balloon guide catheters having multiple sleeved inflation lumens and proximal luers for utilizing the multiple inflation lumens are also provided.

Implantable electric stimulation system and methods of making and using

A lead assembly includes a lead with a distal end and a proximal end. The lead includes a plurality of electrodes disposed at the distal end and a plurality of terminals disposed at the proximal end. The lead also defines at least one central lumen and a plurality of outer lumens. The central and outer lumens extend from the proximal end to the distal end such that the plurality of outer lumens extend laterally from the at least one central lumen. The lead further includes a plurality of conductive wires. Each conductive wire couples at least one of the plurality of electrodes electrically to at least one of the plurality of terminals. At least two conductive wires are disposed in each of the plurality of outer lumens.
