The present invention relates to a bag or case used to store and carry a microphone stand. Most of the microphone stand carry bags are only suitable to carry the boom and poles of the stand and are not designed for the stand base which is mostly circular and perpendicularly attached to the microphone stand poles. The portable microphone stand bag of present invention resolves the above described problems and provides better user experience. The portable microphone stand bag of present invention includes assembly that consists of an upper compartment and a lower compartment. The advantage of the present invention is that the microphone stand, and the base can be securely stored and carried to any location with ease and comfort. The unique upper and lower compartment of the bag provides an equally distributed balanced load and makes it easy to carry the bag.

A second center section, formed inside the first outer section, and extending slightly above the first section, enables the contents of the sections to be separated, such that the bag forms at least two compartments.

The invention relates to a cover or case for goods, in particular for use as a cover or case for hobby or sports equipment. In an embodiment, the case has an inner portion, formed of expanded polypropylene (ePP) and defining a cavity for receiving at least part of the item. The case also includes an outer layer, formed of self-reinforcing polypropylene (srPP), arranged to cover an outer surface of at least part of the inner portion. In further embodiments, the cover is formed of two or more sections that may be arranged to at least partially overlap, wherein adjusting the overlap of the at least two sections changes the dimensions of an inner cavity within the cover or case. The case may be telescoping, in order to provide adjustable dimensions for a cavity within the case.

The invention relates to a cover or case for goods, in particular for use as a cover or case for hobby or sports equipment. A portable eating utensil includes first and second shells, which is docked to accommodate an eating utensil. The first shell includes a first slot and a first protrusion on a side facing the second shell. The second shell includes a movable buckle. The buckle includes a second slot and a second protrusion on a side facing the first shell. When the first and second shells are docked, the buckle is moved to an unlocked position, such that the first protrusion leaves the second slot, the second protrusion leaves the first slot, and the first protrusion leaves the second protrusion to unlock the first and second shells. The buckle is moved to a locked position, such that the first protrusion is embedded into the second slot, the second protrusion is embedded into the first slot, and the first and second protrusions prop against to fix the first and second shells.
