A system and method are provided for in-line processes of blending butane into gasoline streams, and for blending butane into a gasoline stream at any point along a petroleum pipeline. The invention additionally provides a method for measuring the vapor pressure and vapor to liquid ratio of the gasoline, both upstream and downstream of the blending operation, as well as the sulfur content of the butane entering the blending operation. The blending operation can be controlled to ensure that the blended gasoline meets EPA requirements for vapor pressure and sulfur content of gasoline. The invention further provides a method for accessing and monitoring the operation off-site.

This is achieved in that a housing and at least one spring element for form-fitting fixing of a plug in a position in the interior space of the housing are manufactured integrally from a single part, that is to say in one part.

The GM type cryogenic refrigerator rotary valve comprises an aluminum alloy rotating valve and an alumina ceramic membrane. A valve body of the aluminum alloy rotating valve is provided with a first surface for arranging a working boss and a second surface opposite to the first surface; and a high-pressure hole and a low-pressure groove are both provided in the working boss, and a vent hole is provided in the first surface; the high-pressure hole and the vent hole both penetrate the valve body, and an air chamber is formed on the second surface. The alumina ceramic membrane is plated on surface of the aluminum alloy rotating valve. The preparation method comprises: plating an alumina ceramic membrane on surface of an aluminum alloy rotating valve by means of a micro-arc oxidation process.

Included is a movable disk with a surface that contacts and interacts with the lower end portion of the spindle, an arcuate side wall portion and an inwardly extending side wall portion with a fluid receiving area that allows for fluid flow out of the body side opening. A stationary disk with a through opening allows passage of fluid from a body inlet through the side opening when the opening in the disk is aligned with the fluid receiving area. A sealing ring, which mates with the body, is provided to stabilize the stationary and movable disks within the body passage.
