Case for a lens or telescope
A case for a lens or telescope has a generally cylindrical side wall attached to a top wall and a bottom wall defining a compartment accessed by an opening extending across the top wall away from a belt mounting sleeve and down the side wall opposite the belt mounting sleeve. The top wall and the side wall are deformable to permit the opening to be enlarged by hand for insertion or removal of the lens or telescope. A zipper secures the opening. An additional opening may be provided at a juncture of the top wall and the side wall.
PROTECTIVE INSERTS FOR CAMERA BAGS AND STORAGE SYSTEMS INCLUDING THE SAME
A protective case is defined by inflatable panels and an inflatable top. When the panels of the protective case are inflated, they may protect an object (e.g., a camera, other photography equipment, a portable electronic device, etc.) that has been placed within a receptacle of the protective case from impacts on the protective case. The protective case may be used alone to carry the object, or it may be introduced into a bag (e.g., a backpack, a camera bag, etc.) that may in turn be carried by an individual. Methods for storing and transporting objects, such as photography equipment and portable electronic devices, are also disclosed.

Modular camera system
An electrical pathway is formed between a receiving port located on an outer surface of the casing and the electronic device module received therein, such that a power supply may pass from a power connector that is magnetically attached to the port, to the electronic device module via the intermediate casing. The casing and electronic device modules further cooperate to form a module separation assembly that may be activated to remove or eject the electronic device module from within the casing.
UNDERWATER SYSTEMS FOR DIGITAL IMAGE CAPTURING DEVICES
An underwater system is disclosed for use with a digital image capturing device (DICD) in underwater environments. The underwater system includes a center band having first and second support bands; a first housing fixedly connected to the first support band and including an optically clear material; a second housing fixedly connected to the second support band and including an optically clear material; a cradle connected to the first support band and configured to receive the DICD; and a latching mechanism positioned between the cradle and the first support band. The second support band is pivotally connected to the first support band such that the underwater system is repositionable between an open position and a closed position, and the latching mechanism is repositionable between a locked position, in which the latching mechanism securely engages the DICD, and an unlocked position, in which the latching mechanism is disengaged from the DICD.
APPARATUS FOR CLEANING VIEW SCREENS AND LENSES AND METHOD FOR THE USE THEREOF
A lens and/or a view screen of an electronic device having at least one case can be cleaned by wiping the view screen with a cleaning component wherein the cleaning component is configured to selectively couple to the at least one case or some other substrate using a magnetic attractive force. The cleaning devices may have secondary applications such as securing fly fishing lures, activating or deactivating a device having a magnetic switch, or preventing sunglasses from sinking. They may also be manufactured without a cleaning component for use with the secondary applications.

System comprising a portable switching device for use with a portable electronic device
A lens and/or a view screen of an electronic device having at least one case can be cleaned by wiping the view screen with a cleaning component wherein the cleaning component is configured to selectively couple to the at least one case or some other substrate using a magnetic attractive force.
