Each of the elastically deformable portion and the inelastic portion overlies different portions of the base when the lid is in closed connection with the bottom. The elastically deformable portion facilitates accommodation of an item within the container bottom interior that rests on the base that underlies the elastically deformable portion and that extends into contact with the elastically deformable portion as the lid is shifted into closed connection with the bottom by deforming elastically outwardly away from the base.

The collar is attached to the base and is moveable away from the lid such that the lid rotates away from the base during movement of the collar away from the lid.

The carrying case has a hinge that allows the lid to rotate around behind the receptacle to create an instrument stand. The casing includes a body and a bending zone. The body is for providing an accommodation to the foldable device. The bending zone is for folding the body from an unfolded position to a folded position. The bending zone includes a stress relaxation structure for retaining the body in the folded position and reversing the body to the unfolded position.

The lower section has a lower framework which extends between a lower wall of the lower section and an upper support fastened in the lower section. The luggage being has an intermediate framework with a connector while being reversibly deployable between a position remote from the hinge area and a position of engagement of the connector into one of the supports while being arranged to prevent folding of the hinge area. The connector and the support includes a device for reversibly locking their engagement.
