Manufacturing method of anti glare layer and display panel

Disclosed are a manufacturing method of an anti glare layer and a display panel. The method comprises: preparing a spray solution comprising sprayed particles, each having a shell structure; spraying the spray solution uniformly onto the glass substrate by a spraying device to form an arrangement structure on the glass substrate; spraying an acidic liquid on the arrangement structure to remove the shell structures of the sprayed particles each having the shell structure to form gaps among the spray particles; implementing an annealing treatment to the sprayed particles to form the anti glare layer. Thus, the light diffraction effect can be reduce or even eliminated to improve the picture quality of the display for promoting the comfort of the user viewing.

Protective glass film

A glass protective film includes a base film formed by melting a weak adhesive polymer to be adhered to a glass plate by weak adhesion; a first surface of the base film prepared into a weak adhesive surface, which is a mirror surface; and a second surface thereof prepared into a non-adhesive surface which is a rough bead surface. Beads for preparing the rough bead surface are hexagonal, rectangular or triangular beads or ball beads prepared by cutting a film; and the ceiling reach rate of the beads of the rough bead surface is 30% or more.

Sprayable Water-Based Adhesive

Water-based adhesive compositions are improved by the incorporation of hollow polymeric microspheres having outer surfaces coated with one or more barrier materials such as calcium carbonate particles. The adhesive compositions exhibit enhanced rheology, sprayability, drying time, tack and storage stability as compared to analogous adhesives that are not modified with coated hollow polymeric microspheres. Such compositions are useful as both contact adhesives as well as wet bonding one-way adhesives.

Titanium alloy composite and bonding method thereof

An object of the present invention is to create, from a titanium alloy and an FRP prepreg, a composite of a titanium alloy and an FRP material that is suitable for bolt fastening. The composite can bring out excellent characteristics in CFRP members in mobile electronic-electric devices, mobile equipment, medical instruments, marine devices and the like. It has been found that titanium alloy having a special constant surface shape adheres strongly with an epoxy adhesive. In a composite obtained using this technique to integrate a titanium alloy member as a cover material and a CFRP material, the metal alloy portion deforms and disperses locally strong forces so that the CFRP material is not damaged, even when the composite is assembled to another metal member through bolt-fastening. As a result, the composite is expected to be effective for applications in mobile equipment or mobile device casings, where lightweightness, corrosion resistance, toughness and ease of assembly are required.

System, method and apparatus for increasing surface solar reflectance of roofing

A roofing product has a substrate having a binder layer and roofing granules on a majority of the binder layer, such that an exposed portion of the binder layer does not have the roofing granules. In addition, reflective particles may be located on the exposed portion of the binder layer. The reflective particles are smaller in size than the roofing granules, and the reflective particles have a solar reflectance of greater than 40%.

Structural coatings with dewetting and anti-icing properties, and coating precursors for fabricating same

Variations of this invention provide durable, impact-resistant structural coatings that have both dewetting and anti-icing properties. The coatings in some embodiments possess a self-similar structure that combines a low-cost matrix with two feature sizes that are tuned to affect the wetting of water and freezing of water on the surface. Dewetting and anti-icing performance is simultaneously achieved in a structural coating comprising multiple layers, wherein each layer includes (a) a continuous matrix; (b) discrete templates dispersed that promote surface roughness to inhibit wetting of water; and (c) nanoparticles that inhibit heterogeneous nucleation of water. These structural coatings utilize low-cost, lightweight, and environmentally benign materials that can be rapidly sprayed over large areas using convenient coating processes. The presence of multiple layers means that if the surface is damaged during use, freshly exposed surface will expose a coating identical to that which was removed, for extended lifetime.

Recyclable surface covering and method and system for manufacturing a recyclable surface covering

A process and system for making a laminated surface covering and the surface covering itself are described. The covering includes several layers bonded to each other. The system performs the process. One example of the process includes passing a first material across a first conveyor, passing a second material across a second conveyor, passing a bonding material across a third conveyor, contacting the first material and the second material to the bonding material, and heating at least one of the first material and the second material. The process also includes introducing the first material, the second material, and the bonding material into a pressure zone such that the bonding material is introduced between a bottom surface of the first material and a top surface of the second material. The process applies pressure to bond the first material and second material together via the bonding material to produce a laminated material.
