The present invention relates to a surface-treated steel plate and to a production method for same, and more specifically relates to a surface-treated steel plate having outstanding corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. In order to achieve this aim, in the present invention a macromolecular resin composition comprising graphene, which has highly outstanding physical properties including electrical conductivity, is coated onto the surface of a steel foundation plate, thereby making it possible to provide a surface-treated steel plate able to supremely well ensure not only corrosion resistance but also the intrinsic characteristics of graphene due to the macromolecular resin composition.

A fluorocarbon resin composite includes a fluorocarbon resin layer on a base, in which a fluorocarbon resin constituting the fluorocarbon resin layer is crosslinked by electron beam irradiation, and the base has a desired shape obtained by machining. The fluorocarbon resin is composed of a tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer, polytetrafluoroethylene, or a mixture of the tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer and polytetrafluoroethylene. A fluorocarbon resin composite, cookware, and a roller and a belt for use in office automation equipment are each produced by applying an uncrosslinked fluorocarbon resin on a base, subjecting the fluorocarbon resin to electron beam irradiation in a low-oxygen atmosphere to crosslink the fluorocarbon resin while the temperature of the fluorocarbon resin is maintained at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the fluorocarbon resin, and machining the base into a desired shape. The CVD process also includes forming a gaseous mixture of an alkyl zinc compound and an inert gas as a first stream, providing a first gaseous inorganic oxygen-containing compound in a second stream and providing a second gaseous inorganic oxygen-containing compound in the second stream, a third stream or in both the second and third streams. Additionally, the CVD process includes mixing the streams at or near a surface of the moving glass substrate and a zinc oxide coating is formed thereon. A method for forming a coated glass article is also provided. Additionally, a coated glass article is provided.
