TRANSPARENT DOUBLE-SIDED SELF-ADHESIVE SHEET
A transparent double-sided self-adhesive sheet is provided which, when bonding to an adherend, not only excels in the ability to conform to steps or surface irregularities caused by a printing site, but also excels in workability such as cutting processability. A transparent double-sided self-adhesive sheet is proposed, having an intermediate resin layer (A) and pressure-sensitive adhesive layers (B) as front and reverse side layers, each of the layers being a layer having one or more species of (meth)acrylic acid ester series (co)polymer as the base resin, in which transparent double-sided self-adhesive sheet, the shear storage elastic modulus (G′(A)) at a frequency of 1 Hz of the intermediate resin layer (A) is higher than the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers (B) in a temperature range of 0° C. to 100° C., and, the indentation hardness (ASKER C2 hardness) of the entire sheet is 10 to 80.
Adhesive film, optical member including same, and optical display device including same
Provided are an adhesive film, an optical member including the same, and an optical display device including the same, the adhesive film being formed from a monomer mixture comprising an alkyl group-containing acrylate and a hydroxyl group-containing acrylate, wherein the adhesive film has a modulus of 80 kPa or less at −20° C., and the adhesive film has a value of 40% to 140% in equation 1 at 25° C.
PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE COMPOSITION
Provided are a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for an optical film, which has excellent optical compensation and stress relaxation properties without changing main properties such as endurance reliability and workability under a high temperature and/or high humidity condition to minimize a light leakage phenomenon caused by stress concentration of a protective film, and an optical member and a liquid crystal display device which include a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer manufactured using the same.
Methods for preparing optically clear adhesives and coatings
Optically clear adhesive or coating layers can be prepared by preparing a curable mixture, coating the curable mixture to form a layer, partially curing the curable mixture, drying the coated layer, and fully curing the curable mixture. The curable mixture may also be partially cured and then coated, dried and fully cured. The curable mixture includes two free radically polymerizable monomer compositions that are relatively incompatible and a transient compatibilizer, such as a solvent. Polymers of the two monomer compositions, if polymerized separately and blended, form phase separated domains. The curable mixture provides for adhesive or coating layers that are optically clear.
Pressure-sensitive adhesive tape
A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape that uses, as a plasticizer, an alternative compound to bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DOP) and dibutyl phthalate (DBP), having excellent tackiness, and can be unwound satisfactorily, where DOP and DBP are to be restricted under the REACH regulation. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape includes a poly(vinyl chloride) substrate and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is disposed on or over one side of the substrate. The poly(vinyl chloride) substrate contains 10 to 40 percent by weight of bis(2-ethylhexyl) terephthalate. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape preferably has an unwinding force of 0.4 N/20 mm or less at a tensile speed of 0.3 m/min and an unwinding force of 1.2 N/20 mm or less at a tensile speed of 30 m/min.
Substrate-free adhesive tape
A substrate-free adhesive tape that is excellent in adhesive physical properties and is suitable for a continuous process is provided. The substrate-free adhesive tape includes a release film, and an adhesive layer provided on one surface of the release film and the adhesive layer containing a cured product of an adhesive composition, wherein when the release film is fixed on the outer surface of a semicircular tip part of a jig, the semicircular tip part having a radius of 22.5 mm, a breaking distance of the adhesive layer is 110 mm or less when the adhesive layer is stretched at a rate of 20 m/min from a semicircular center of the semicircular tip part toward an outermost direction of the semicircular tip part.
Adhesive composition and masking article for producing precise paint lines
An adhesive article for masking a portion of a substrate surface from a liquid coating applied to the surface includes a support having first and second opposed major surfaces, and a cationic or zwitterionic adhesive composition disposed on at least a portion of at least one of the first and second opposed major surfaces. The adhesive composition provides a barrier that impedes the migration of the coating past the edge of the adhesive article.
Touch panel
Provided is a touch panel. The touch panel includes a base and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer attached to the base and having a peel strength with respect to a polycarbonate sheet of 1,900 g/25 mm or more. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer includes an acryl polymer compound containing an acryl polymer and a thiol polymer derived by binding a thiol compound into a chain, or a side chain or terminal end of a chain of the acryl polymer. Accordingly, penetration of oxygen, moisture or other impurities at an interface between the base film and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, or at an interface between a conductor thin film and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may be effectively inhibited, and degradation in optical properties such as visibility due to bubbles generated at a pressure-sensitive adhesive interface may be prevented. In addition, when the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is directly attached to the conductor thin film and even exposed to severe conditions such as high temperature or high temperature and high humidity, the change in the resistance of the conductor thin film may be effectively inhibited, and thus the touch panel may be stably driven for a long time.
Pressure-sensitive adhesive composition
A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is provided. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition shows stable antistatic performance, and in particular, stably maintains its antistatic performance even when the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is kept for an extended time under extreme conditions or conditions in which environmental changes are severe, and also has excellent general physical properties such as pressure-sensitive adhesive properties, durability and workability.
Pressure-sensitive adhesive composition
The present application is relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present application may form a pressure-sensitive adhesive having excellent durability and reliability, stress relaxation and reworkability. In addition, when the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is used collaterally, for example, a coating process may be efficiently performed even when a coating solid content is high, thereby maintaining excellent productivity and forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive having excellent uniformity in thickness. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition may be used for an optical film such as a polarizing plate.
