Disclosed are devices suitable for treatment of subcutaneous tissue by transdermally-inducing ultrasonic vibrations in subcutaneous tissue and/or transdermally delivering energy with electromagnetic radiation such as light to subcutaneous tissue. In some embodiments, the treatment of subcutaneous tissue is effective in reducing the amount of subcutaneous fat therein. In some embodiments, transdermal radiation-delivery of energy and transdermal induction of ultrasonic vibrations in subcutaneous tissue can be performed simultaneously, alternatingly or in an unrelated fashion. In some embodiments, the device simultaneously transdermally-induces both ultrasonic transverse and ultrasonic longitudinal vibrations in subcutaneous tissue.

A wound treatment system includes a wound dressing, a negative-pressure source, a light-emitting device, an image recognition module, and a control module. The wound dressing includes a housing with an opening, and a barrier layer with a conduit pathway separating the inside of the housing from the opening to form a receiving space. The negative-pressure source is fluidly connected to the wound dressing to remove tissue exudate of the wound. The light-emitting device is disposed in the receiving space, optically coupled to the barrier layer and can emit light of different wavelength bands as the detection light required by the image recognition module disposed on a side of the opening of the housing of the wound dressing and provide specific wavelengths of phototherapy required by different stages of the wound.

A method and device is taught to improve the appearance of cellulite by combining mild exfoliation of the skin, various wavelengths of low level light, ultrasound, and a vacuum or suction. The device is intended to increase the metabolic rate of the fat cells and reduce their size, while increasing the extensibility or length of the septae. Such increased activity will promote blood flow to the affected area thereby increasing cell nutrients and removing cellular exudates while stimulating the growth of new collagen thereby alleviating the cellulite.

A portable device for the decontamination of a breast. The aim of the device is to reduce the risk of mastitis, even when the patient has a medicament incompatibility. For this purpose, the invention includes a decontamination unit which decontaminates the breast at least by means of a physical method.

A moxibustion jar and a medicinal moxibustion device are provided. The moxibustion jar comprises a jar body (10), with a first opening (11) being formed on the bottom of the jar body (10); and, an adsorption chamber (20) which is arranged on the jar body (10). The adsorption chamber (20) is configured to absorb the jar body (10) onto an object to be cauterized, and the jar body (10) is configured to generate medicine vapor and allow the medicine vapor to reach the first opening (11) to come into contact with the object to be cauterized. In this moxibustion jar, by providing the adsorption chamber (20) on the jar body (10), the moxibustion jar can be absorbed onto the surface of the skin of a human body. On this basis, a medicine liquid evaporation device (30) evaporates a liquid medicine to form medicine vapor, so that the gas pressure inside the jar body (10) is increased and the absorption rate of the skin is thus improved. Moreover, the moxibustion jar and the medicinal moxibustion device are simple and clean, and have few operation limitations and better therapeutic effects.

In combined methods for treating a patient using time-varying magnetic field, treatment methods combine various approaches for aesthetic treatment. A magnetic field generating device is placed proximate to a body region of the patient. The magnetic field generating device generates a time-varying magnetic field with a magnetic flux density in a range of 0.5 to 7 Tesla. The time-varying magnetic field is applied to the body region of the patient in order to cause a contraction of a muscle within the body region. A second therapy may be used by applying one or more of optical waves, radio frequency waves, mechanical waves, negative or positive pressure or heat to the body region of the patient.
