A light therapy apparatus includes a first source voltage line including a first sub-source voltage line and a second sub-source voltage line, which are electrically insulated from each other, a first light emitting element connected to the first sub-source voltage line, where the first light emitting element includes a first intermediate layer, and a second light emitting element connected to the second sub-source voltage line, where the second light emitting element includes a second intermediate layer. The first intermediate layer has a first thickness, and the second intermediate layer has a second thickness greater than the first thickness.

MASK WITH VIBRATION AND LIGHT THERAPY

Described herein are components, systems, and methods for a face mask and mask system that includes vibration and light therapy. A mask apparatus includes a mask portion, an eye portion coupled to the inner layer of the mask portion, one or more openings extending through the mask portion and the eye portion, and a strap coupled to the mask portion. The mask portion includes an outer layer, one or more middle layers comprising a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs) and one or more printed circuit board (PCB) members, and an inner layer. The eye portion includes a silicone layer configured to cover an area around a user's eyes and a first plurality of vibration motors encapsulated in the silicone layer. The strap coupled to the mask portion includes a second plurality of vibration motors.

Skin care implement and system

In one embodiment, a personal care implement is disclosed. The personal care implement has an emitting end and an electromagnetic source for projecting electromagnetic radiation onto an area of skin to treat a skin condition. A light sensor is configured to sense an amount of ambient light present at the emitting end. A controller instructs the electromagnetic source to begin projecting only when the light sensor senses that the amount of ambient light at the emitting end is below a predefined threshold.

Implant system

An implant system for photodynamic therapy with a light source for radiating light which is implantable in a resection cavity, and with an autonomous control unit which is connectable via a supply line to the light source.

Wearable light stimulation systems and methods

Light stimulation systems and methods for elevating testosterone levels in male patients.

Skin therapy device
11660466 · 2023-05-30 ·

The skin therapy device combines the mechanical stimulation and cleansing in the form of vibration with optical stimulation from LEDs. The device combines these two elements without sacrificing the effectiveness of either the mechanical cleansing/stimulation or optical stimulation by passing the light through the mechanical elements that are in contact with the skin. The light from the LEDs does not pass around the mechanical elements, such as around opaque brush fibers, but passes through the mechanical elements.

LED ILLUMINATOR AND COMPLEXION RECOVERY METHOD USING SAME
20230158324 · 2023-05-25 · ·

The present invention relates to an LED illuminator including a face lens, and a complexion recovery method using same. Specifically, the present invention relates to: an LED illuminator including a face lens for controlling the direction and intensity of light radiated from an LED light source; and a method for alleviating skin aging and wrinkles by using same.

Medical apparatus and method

A medical apparatus and method of operating a medical apparatus are disclosed. The apparatus includes a radiation source for emitting electromagnetic radiation towards one or both eyes of a patient; wherein the apparatus is configured to emit electromagnetic radiation having a ratio of scotopic luminous intensity to photopic luminous intensity of at least 1.85:1.

Systems and Methods for Transcranial Light Therapy

Systems and methods for transcranial light therapy address the deficiencies inherent in previous light therapy devices. Improved adjustability of the location, placement, and directionality of the applied light, thereby improving efficiency of transcranial light delivery and facilitating customization of fitment of the light therapy devices to users of differently sized and differently shaped human heads and hair is provided. Improved mechanisms and methods for controlling light therapy application at each of a plurality of light application locations are also provided, such that light therapy treatments can be highly customized for each individual and/or therapy purpose. Simultaneous, sequential, or separate ocular visible light therapy is also available, thereby increasing the options for customized therapy modalities. The therapy devices are highly modular, permitting simplified repair and maintenance of device components upon component failure and allowing unnecessary device components to be removed from the device when not being used, thereby increasing user comfort.

VAGINAL HEALTH DIAGNOSTICS

A treatment system includes a treatment device adapted to contact a vulvar or vaginal tissue of a body and includes a treatment mechanism configured to apply a treatment to the tissue and at least one sensor configured to provide objective sensor data related to the tissue. An external device is configured to receive subjective information provided by a user or a third party and to receive the objective sensor data from the treatment device. The external device includes a processor configured to use the subjective information and the objective sensor data in a decision matrix to issue commands to at least the treatment mechanism that correspond to treatment instructions based on the subjective information and the objective data. The treatment instructions include instructions related to controlling the treatment mechanism and its application of treatment to the tissue and a treatment duration.
