A reconfigurable waterproof bag is defined by a plurality of material surfaces extending in three dimensions, a strap for carrying the bag, and one or plurality of strap guide(s) into which the strap is disposed and through which the strap may be moved, the strap guide extending within or without the bag from any one of the plurality of surfaces to any other one of the plurality of material surfaces in three dimensional space without limitation to define a geometry of a strap path and coupling of the strap to the bag so that the bag is reconfigurable in a plurality of different carrying modes.

In a suitcase including a suitcase body that is delimited by a back wall and by side walls that adjoin the back wall and are arranged on two opposing narrow and long sides of the suitcase body in each case, a folding lid is formed on at least one side of the suitcase body. The lid can be connected to the suitcase body by a zip fastener. One side wall of the suitcase body includes a recess in which an overlapping segment of the lid engages such that the overlapping segment forms the side wall of the suitcase body at least in part. The suitcase body (2) may include a limiting element in the recess, by which element luggage contents are prevented from falling out of the suitcase.

A cover device according to an embodiment of the present invention, may include a first plate including a first surface and a second surface facing away from the first surface, and being substantially rectangular, the first plate including a first edge having a first length and extending in a first direction, a second edge having a second length longer than the first length and extending in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, a third edge parallel to the first edge, having the first length, and extending in the first direction from the second edge, and a fourth edge parallel to the second edge, having the second length, and extending from the first edge in the second direction, a first sidewall perpendicular to the first surface and extending from the first edge, a second sidewall perpendicular to the first surface and the first sidewall and extending from the second edge, a third sidewall perpendicular to the first surface and the second sidewall and extending from the third edge, and a fourth sidewall perpendicular to the first surface and the third sidewall and extending from the fourth edge, wherein the first surface, the first sidewall, the second sidewall, the third sidewall and the fourth sidewall together may form a recess for receiving and holding the electronic device, and the first surface may include at least one parting line having a third length longer than the first length and shorter than the second length and extending in the second direction.

This invention is directed to a multi-functional replaceable panel assembly for a bag allowing a user to add a functionality to the bag and/or to vary its appearance. The multifunctional replaceable panel assembly comprising: (a) at least two rail profiles, each rail profile is attached to a bag and comprises at least one elongated strip that is made of at least one flexible material, wherein upon attachment of the elongated strip to the bag, a protruding rim is created at the interface between each one of the elongated strips and the bag, said protruding rims are positioned one toward the other to functionally allow inserting and holding of a replaceable panel below them; and (b) at least one replaceable panel having dimensions suitable to be inserted into the space created between said two protruding rims of the at least two rail profiles and the bag, wherein said replaceable panel is stably being held by the two protruding rims and provides the bag with additional functionality and/or a different appearance; wherein, the same or different panel are replaced by the user according to his need upon usage. This invention is further directed to a modular bag comprising a multifunctional replaceable panel assembly.

Interchangeable luggage perimeters are disclosed. Example interchangeable luggage perimeters may comprise an interchangeable base element adapted to securely and releasably couple with exchangeable components such as exchangeable foot pads, exchangeable wheels, or exchangeable handles. The interchangeable base element may be interchangeable by having a configuration supporting repositioning of the interchangeable base element at multiple different edges of a luggage piece, e.g., any of at least two or four edges of a luggage piece.

Interchangeable luggage perimeters are disclosed. Example interchangeable luggage perimeters may comprise an interchangeable base element adapted to securely and releasably couple with exchangeable components such as exchangeable foot pads, exchangeable wheels, or exchangeable handles. The interchangeable base element may be interchangeable by having a configuration supporting repositioning of the interchangeable base element at multiple different edges of a luggage piece, e.g., any of at least two or four edges of a luggage piece.

In various embodiments, a carrying bag includes a carrying bag body formed by a security panel assembly comprising a cut-resistant fabric or mesh, with a strap channel having at least two spaced-apart reinforced channel openings; and a carrying strap comprising: first and second wire cables; a first flexible material having a first lateral region folded around the first wire cable to enclose the first wire cable and a second lateral region folded around the second wire cable to enclose the second wire cable; and a second flexible material arranged on or over a central region of the first flexible material. Representative embodiments may include a water-resistant pocket coupled to a protected seam and extending to an exterior of the carrying bag body; and a fastener to close the water-resistant pocket external to the carrying bag body.

A tote bag including an outer shell defining a sidewall, wherein the outer shell also includes multiple shoulder straps, wherein the shoulder straps also include hand straps, and wherein the shoulder straps are configured to remain above a plane of the base of the bag when the tote bag is carried by the hand straps is disclosed. An inner bottom liner and the outer shell form a storage compartment with an opening configured to allow access to the storage compartment. Further, a semi-rigid base configured to keep the tote bag upright is disclosed.

A tote bag including an outer shell defining a sidewall, wherein the outer shell also includes multiple shoulder straps, wherein the shoulder straps also include hand straps, and wherein the shoulder straps are configured to remain above a plane of the base of the bag when the tote bag is carried by the hand straps is disclosed. An inner bottom liner and the outer shell form a storage compartment with an opening configured to allow access to the storage compartment. Further, a semi-rigid base configured to keep the tote bag upright is disclosed.
