Portable Pushup Grips
The present invention is described as one set containing a pair of pushup grips. Each grip includes a longitudinal hand support connected to two separate base supports. Each base support has a spring-loaded connection mechanism for rotation between a compact storage position and an active engaged position. The base supports are identical configurations, with a channel through the top of the length for the storage position, a channel through the top of the width for the active position, with a dampening tread covering the bottom of each base support. The longitudinal hand support optionally includes padding for added hand comfort and ring connectors on each end cap to attach to a resistance band.
FOOT-PEDALING EXERCISE APPARATUS
An exercise apparatus includes a pedal main part on which a user U in a sitting posture places his/her foot, a pedal support part configured to support the pedal main part so that the pedal main part is movable within a predetermined range along a foot-length direction, and a guiding mechanism configured to guide the pedal support part so that the pedal support part moves along a predetermined rotational trajectory in a cyclic manner. According to the above-described configuration, it is possible to prevent each of joints such as a hip joint, a knee joint, and an ankle joint from moving outside the range of movement of the joint. The exercise apparatus may also include a rubber tube that resists the movement of the pedal main part relative to the pedal support part.
Fitness device and exercise method for generating opposing muscle resistance
A fitness device contains a strap, a handle, and a plate. The strap is substantially inelastic and flexible. The plate is substantially rigid. The handle at least partially envelopes the strap. A method of exercising with such a fitness device is also described herein. Other fitness devices and other methods of use are also described herein.
DOUBLE RETRACTABLE ROWING RESISTANCE SYSTEM WITH CONFIGURABLE AND CONVERTIBLE SWINGING SEAT-BASED EXERCISE MACHINE
An exercise machine is described that incorporates a double retractable resistance band system for rowing exercises and that includes a multi-purpose, morphable swinging seat assembly that applies to convertible exercise machines and rowing boats. The double retractable rowing system is detachably integrated into a base plate (inclined planar board) of the exercise machine. The base plate consists of a platform set at an angle consistent with the foot-placements of sit-down rowing machines and rowing shells together with an integral set of quick-release slots located above and to the outside of the toes of the foot placement positions. The multi-purpose, morphable swinging seat assembly provides an improved method/structural assembly for seat-based rowing machines, convertible/multi-purpose exercise machines and an improved architecture for boat-based rowing systems.
FITNESS TABLE
The utility model relates to pieces of furniture, namely, to multifunctional tables that can be used both as a sports equipment for fitness classes and as a traditional coffee table. The fitness table contains a table top and legs. The outer surfaces of each of the legs are provided with grooves made with the possibility of placing a harness expander in them. The grooves of the adjacent legs are made mirror-symmetrically. The utility model allows you to expand the functionality of the device.
Resistance Bands Apparatus
The present disclosure provides a resistance band apparatus which overcomes the problems traditionally associated with resistance training - time consuming resistance changes during the same exercise, time consuming adjustments between different exercises, and non-uniform resistance through the exercise motion depending on the height and limb length of the person -by incorporating multiple bands of different resistances into a single apparatus and the bands can be engaged or disengaged from contributing towards the total resistance provided during an exercise.
Resistance Bands Apparatus
The present disclosure provides a resistance band apparatus which overcomes the problems traditionally associated with resistance training—time consuming resistance changes during the same exercise, time consuming adjustments between different exercises, and non-uniform resistance through the exercise motion depending on the height and limb length of the person—by incorporating multiple bands of different resistances into a single apparatus that can be engaged or disengaged from contributing towards the total resistance provided during an exercise, and which can be attached and detached at different points along the length of the apparatus to variations of fixed anchors to provide uniform tension and length for exercise motion. Both the resistances of the different bands and the points along the length of the apparatus at which they are attached are clearly indicated to facilitate easier recording of progress, as well as apparatus setup per exercise for the user.
EXERCISE APPARATUS INCLUDING WEIGHT BAR
An apparatus is provided for use in resistance training. The apparatus may include a bar with pulley hubs on its ends. The apparatus may further include two slings, each including connectors and a rigid, straight or arc-shaped bar. The slings may be suspended from the pulley hubs and support an elastic band, which may provide resistance during exercise. A footplate may also be provided to hold part of the band to the floor during use.
MULTIMODAL FITNESS BAR
A multimodal fitness bar with a bar assembly and resistance assembly is disclosed. Exemplary implementations may further include a hanging member, a weighting assembly, a toggle assembly, a furling member, and/or other components. The resistance assembly may include a flexible fabric sheet with an opening configured to receive a user's foot and the bar assembly may include handles configured to be gripped by a user.
Joint extension method and exercise system
A joint extension system that embodies a method of exercise that applies progressive accommodating resistance to joint extension during closed-chain movement.
