When attached to the desktop, the brackets maintain the resistance bands and handle generally underneath the desktop when not in use. When needed, the user grips the handle with two hands and is able to perform various exercises while seated in his or her chair. The handle is configured ergonomically to match the angle of the user's hands when gripping the handle from a seated position.
EXERCISING DEVICE FOR STIMULATING DEEP MUSCLES AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE EXERCISING DEVICE
An exercising device for fitness training includes a main body forming a container, and a first end and a second end. The main body defines a length between the first end and the second end. The container has an outer surface, an inner surface, and a substantially hollow cylindrical shape with a cross-section which varies between the first end and the second end such that the outer surface and the inner surface define a waveform. A first cover is detachably arranged on the first end and a second cover is detachably arranged on the second end. The container can be filled with a liquid which causes the exercising device to vibrate when it flows through the main body at varying speeds. In addition, a method for operating the exercising device is provided.
Exercise device for squat movement
An exercise device for performing squat movement including a base part for supporting the device against a surface, a first tube member attached to the base part, a second tube member movable with respect to the first tube member, an elastic member resisting the downward movement of the second tube member and moving upward the second tube member with respect to the first tube member, and a seat member for pressing down the second tube member, the seat member being attached to the second tube member.
Exercise apparatus
An exercise apparatus comprises a platform having a front roller, a rear roller and an endless belt mounted around the front roller and the rear roller for allowing a user to perform a first exercise type of a relatively lower resistance or a second exercise type of a relatively higher resistance. A front frame is mounted at a front side of the platform and has at least one holding portion adapted to be grasped by the user. A first control interface controls the first exercise type. The first exercise type is selected from a group consisting of walking, jogging, and running. A second control interface that controls the second exercise type. The second exercise type includes the user pushing the endless belt backwards against resistance while grasping the holding portion.
Collapsible hip thrust exercise apparatus
The present invention provides a collapsible, user-friendly weighted hip thrust exercise apparatus. The apparatus may consist of a base frame enclosing an exercise space, with an upper body support attached to one end of the frame. The frame may be adjustable in length and/or width to accommodate different users. The upper body support may be configured to provide an elevated back rest for the user. The upper body support height may be adjustable to accommodate different users. A user may sit down in the exercise space enclosed by the frame with the user's upper-back and arms resting on top of the upper body support, placing his or her feet on top of the frame. The apparatus may further feature a central resistance band positioned at the user's hip line, coupled to side handles or multiple attachment points, and detent pins to removably lock the apparatus in place for use.
Portable pushup grips
The present invention is described as one set containing a pair of pushup grips. Each grip includes a longitudinal hand support connected to two separate base supports. Each base support has a spring-loaded connection mechanism for rotation between a compact storage position and an active engaged position. The base supports are identical configurations, with a channel through the top of the length for the storage position, a channel through the top of the width for the active position, with a dampening tread covering the bottom of each base support. The longitudinal hand support optionally includes padding for added hand comfort and ring connectors on each end cap to attach to a resistance band.
Virtual reality archery training system
An adjustable archery training bow assembly includes a single resistance element and an adjustment mechanism that can be actuated by a user to vary the tension level in the resistance element for training purposes. The training bow also includes a mount for receiving a mobile device, which allows the user to practice various augmented reality-archery training scenarios. The adjustable archery training bow is used to enhance the user's skills, such as his/her strength, stability, and accuracy to help deliver on-target an arrow fired from a real, non-training bow.
