UPPER EXTREMITY REHABILITATION SYSTEM
An upper extremity rehabilitation system comprising a base with one or more pockets, a first pole and a second pole, each pole having a grip and a joint. The joint is removably attached to the pockets on the base to secure the pole from sliding. The grip can be a ball or a ring with a handle that can be selectively vertical or horizontal. The base can have a top and a bottom with a thickness that is half or full circle. The system may also include a band, possibly a resistance band, spanning between the first pole and the second pole and is coupled to the poles with at least one clip. The system also includes a method of applying the system by securing the poles at a predetermined distance, choosing a band with user specified resistance, coupling the band between the poles with a clip, and instructing a user to place their hands on the grips and move the poles away from each other or in a circular motion.
Exercise apparatus for performing a gluteal bridge movement
The present disclosure provides an exercise apparatus designed to allow a user to perform a gluteal bridge, typically with resistance, to improve the strength of the user's posterior hip and gluteal muscles. The exercise apparatus is configurable for use in different environmentsin a gym, fitness center or training facility, a spa or studio, or a home gym. The exercise apparatus includes a frame assembly, a bench assembly, and a resistance assembly. The bench assembly is pivotally connected to the frame assembly to provide an elevated pivot point about which the bench assembly pivots when the user performs the gluteal bridge movement. The resistance assembly is operably connected to the bench assembly and provides a resistance force that the user overcomes in order to pivotally move the bench through the gluteal bridge movement. The resistance assembly can include a cable, pulley and weight stack, or an elastically deformable band.
Flexible Members for Anchoring to the Body
A flexible anchor member comprising a member for placement about a body part; at least one substantially inextensible textile element circumscribing the member and secured to itself or the member; and a force transfer coupler coupling a portion of the at least one substantially inextensible textile element to an actuator such that the substantially inextensible textile element constricts about the member for a duration of an applied force. Another flexible anchor member comprising an outer member including a substantially inextensible textile material configured for directing a force applied by an actuator to act upon all or a portion of the body part; an inner member for positioning between the body part and the outer member, a first surface of the inner member configured for frictionally engaging the body part or intervening clothing; and at least one coupler for coupling the outer member and the inner member.
Horizontal rowing machine
The present invention is a horizontal rowing machine having a frame with a removable seat, adjustably mounted on the frame and an adjustable chest pad. The present invention has angled foot plates. The foot plates enable the user to use the machine in various positions. The present invention has two fixed multi-grip handles with 8 fixed hand positions and 6 positions on which to attach swivel handles. The swivel handles allow for a more natural and free form rowing movement. Maximal adjustability of all aspects of the machine allow for a more optimal and beneficial training exercise for any user, regardless of body size. The user can lift a desired weight by pulling the handles.
EXERCISE MACHINE WITH BOATING AND RIDING EXERCISE EFFECTS
Exercise machine includes a base and a cushion. The cushion is slidably connected to the rotary rod. A left pedal and a right pedal are arranged at the front end of the base or at positions. A supporting rail is arranged on the base and has two sides respectively provided with guide grooves. A sliding frame is cooperatively disposed on the supporting rail and provided with left wheels and right wheels, which are respectively matched with the guide grooves. A left cross rod and a right cross rod respectively extend out from two sides of the supporting rod. A left pull rod and a right pull rod are respectively hinged to the end of the left cross rod and the end of the right cross rod. Elastic ropes are disposed between the left pull rod and the rotary rod, and also between the right pull rod and the rotary rod.
Therapeutic hand-held exercise device
A therapeutic hand-held exercise device includes a pair of movable members that each define a handle portion and an end effector portion. The movable members are pivotably connected for relative pivotal movement between a first position and a second position. The handle portion of one of the movable members defines at least one flexible member engaging post. The end effector portion of the other movable member defines at least one flexible member engaging post such that the flexible member engaging posts can receive a common flexible member. The flexible member engaging posts are joined via a first common flexible member and other flexible member engaging posts are joined via a second common flexible member. The common flexible members may each exhibit a tensile strength that provides resistance to movement which either differs from or is equal to the tensile strength of the other common flexible member.
Exerciser
An exerciser is provided with a first operating arm and a second operating arm pivotally connects with an axis. Each of the first operating arm and the second operating arm includes a first end and a second end and the second end is used to be held by an operator. In addition, one or more non-metal elastic members are selected to couple with the first end or the second end of the first operating arm and the second operating arm, thus to provide resistance for the rotation of the first operating arm and the second operating arm.
GYMNASTIC MACHINE
A gymnastic machine includes a frame, a movable lever, pivoted to said frame, so as to assume a lowered position and a raised position, and at least one weight, which can be coupled to said movable lever, wherein said gymnastic machine comprises at least one elastic element, which connects said movable lever to said frame, so as to oppose the elastic force aimed at compensating the force of said at least one weight when said movable lever is close to the lowered position.
Connecting assembly of an exercise device
A connecting assembly designed for use with an exercise device is herein disclosed. The connecting assembly includes a ball joint linkage, a ball, and a ball joint arm. The ball joint linkage is designed to couple to a base. The ball is pivotally mounted in the ball joint linkage, with the ball joint arm extending from the ball and being designed to couple to various types of exercise equipment. The ball permits three degrees of rotational freedom movement of the ball joint arm relative to the ball joint linkage, offering a plethora of diverse exercises while increasing safety of the exercise activity.
Grip exerciser with interchangeable resistance elements
Exerciser for strengthening the grip of the hand and/or muscles of the forearm having a pair of handgrips or handles which are removably mounted on the arms of a helical torsion spring in a manner permitting the grips to be used interchangeably with springs having different strengths or resistances. The handgrips are fabricated at least in part of rubber or other rubberized material with longitudinally extending bores having resilient side walls configured for frictional engagement with spring arms of different diameters in a manner that permits rotational slippage of the handgrips about the spring arms and limits axial movement of the handgrips on the spring arms when the grip exerciser is in use and permits the handgrips to slide axially along the spring arms during installation and removal of the handgrips.
