EXERCISE MECHANISM FOR TRAINING MACHINE
An exercise mechanism for a training machine is disclosed wherein the training machine includes a machine base and at least one handle which is operable to swing. The exercise mechanism includes at least one support and a rotary disk, wherein the at least one support is pivotally connected to the machine base and has a first end and a second end which are respectively on two sides of a portion pivoted to the machine base; the at least one support moves to generate a relative up and down displacement between the first end and the second end when the handle swings; the first end is pivotally connected to the machine base via a linkage assembly; the rotary disk would be driven to rotate when the second end moves whereby the exercise mechanism is capable of operating the training machine.
Volute rotary resetting mechanism and rowing machine
A volute rotary resetting mechanism is provided, including a rotating wheel (100) and a main shaft (200); the main shaft (200) is arranged on the rotating wheel (100) in a penetrating manner; a turntable part (110) and a resilience part (120) are axially distributed on the rotating wheel (100); the turntable part (110) is connected to the main shaft (200) through a one-way bearing (111), so that the rotating wheel (100) drives the main shaft (200) to rotate in one way; a volute spring (121) is arranged on the resilience part (120); an inner end of the volute spring (121) is fixed on the resilience part (120), and an outer end is fixed on a volute reel (122); and the rotating wheel (100) and the volute reel (122) are relatively rotatable, so that the volute spring (121) is tightened to generate a resilience force for rotary resetting of the rotating wheel (100). A rowing machine with the volute rotary resetting mechanism is further provided.
Pivoting board exercise device
A pivot board exercise device has a top circular part that may rotate in relation to a bottom circular part, and a unique unibody or complex multi-arm resistance mechanism is secured at its center to a rotational center platform of the top circular part, and is secured at the end of each arm to posts projecting from the bottom circular part. The unibody multi-arm resistance mechanism is a single piece of resilient/flexible material, the complex multi-arm resistance mechanism has multiple arms attached at the ends to the bottom part, so when the top of the invention is rotated relative to the bottom, resistance is offered, the resistance increasing with rotation and occurring regardless of the direction of rotation.
Rotatable disc exercise apparatus
A rotatable disc exercise apparatus includes a first disc having a first outer planar surface and a first inner surface, a second disc fastened to the first disc and rotatably supported on the first disc by a first annular set of ball bearings and a second annular set of ball bearings. The second disc has a second outer planar surface and a second inner surface facing the first inner surface. A single biasing member sandwiched between the first and second discs resiliently biases the second disc to a neutral rotational position between the discs. The first annular set of bearings is captured between the inner surfaces by an annular outer wall of one of the discs and an inner annular rib of the other one of the discs. The second set of bearings is carried in an annular race between the first and second inner surfaces.
RESISTIVE THERAPEUTIC DEVICE AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
The presently disclosed subject matter is directed to a device that can be used to exercise and/or strengthen the muscles of the foot, ankle, and/or leg of a user. The device includes foot-receiving pedal that is sized and shaped to provide support for a user's foot or shoe. The pedal includes a first pair of brackets positioned at the rear of the pedal that allow connection to the support at a joint. The support can include a band that rests against the user's leg to provide comfort during use. The joint allows the pedal to move relative to the support. One or more resistive elements (e.g., springs) attach the support to a second pair of brackets positioned at the front portion of the pedal to provide resistance to the movement of the joint. The support includes an adapter that allows the attachment of the springs to be modified to vary resistance and/or be customized to a user's particular leg shape or length.
EXERCISE DEVICE
An exercise device is described. An exercise device including a body, the body having a top, a bottom, a first end located at one edge of the body, a second end located at an opposite end of the body, and first and second sides extending between the first and second ends; a first axle connected to a first wheel, the first axle also connected to the body proximate the first end at a first hub; a first spring having a first spring end, the first spring positioned at least partially within the first axle, with the first spring end slidably connected to one of the first wheel and the first hub at a first junction, wherein the first junction is configured to convey torque between the one of the first hub and the first wheel and the first spring end.
Bi-directional Resistance Exercise Machine
Disclosed is a bi-directional resistance exercise machine. The bi-directional resistance exercise machine is comprised of two flywheels that provide constant and variable resistance against the movement of a trolley during a push or pull movement. The bi-directional resistance allows a user to work antagonistic muscles in an efficient manner and in one single machine. Accordingly, the present invention provides resistance against a user while pulling a trolley along a track to work the core, legs, back, and biceps, and resistance against a user while pushing a trolley along a track to work the core, chest, triceps, and shoulders.
Hinged arm muscle exercise device
In one example, a muscle exercise device includes a first arm, and a second arm rotatably connected to the first arm, and the second arm and first arm are movable to cooperatively define a recess. The muscle exercise device also includes a resistance element configured to reside in the recess and be compressed between the arms.
Exercise device and preloaded resistance pack
A preloaded resistance pack and exercise device. The resistance pack includes an elastomeric resistance element coupled to a hub and disposed on a plate. The hub includes a pair of radially extending wings that lie against a surface of the plate. The plate includes a pair of raised tabs that lie within a rotational path of the wings. An initial rotation of the hub relative to the plate causes the wings to slide over and beyond the raised tabs and at least partially stretches the resistance element. Interaction between the tabs and wings prevents the hub from rotating back to an initial position and maintains the resistance element in a preloaded, tensioned condition. The exercise device is configured to detect a number of the resistance packs coupled thereto as well as data associated with exercise movements employing the resistance packs.
INDOOR ROWER
An indoor rower has a frame, a rolling assembly, and a winding assembly. The frame has a beam having a first end and a second end. The rolling assembly is disposed adjacent to the second end of the beam and has a rotatable wheel hub and a cable coiled around the wheel hub. The cable has a first cable end fastened to the wheel hub and a second cable end connected to a handle. The winding assembly has a first pulley set disposed adjacent to the first end of the beam, a second pulley set disposed at the second end of the beam, and an elastic cord coiled around the wheel hub, the first pulley set, and the second pulley set. The elastic cord has a first cord end being stationary and a second cord end being fastened to the wheel hub.
