An abdominal exercise device includes a frame comprising top, middle, and bottom frame sections. The middle frame section has a curved shape for creating a teeter-totter movement during exercise. The device includes a headrest connected to the bottom frame section, a plurality of connectors for connecting elastic bands to the frame, and an elastic band connected to at least two connectors. The two ends of the elastic band are connected to two straps. The device creates the teeter-totter movement to exercise the abdominal muscles in response to a person lying down in supine position with the back of the head on the headrest and the feet in the two straps, the person applying a downward pressure with the feet to the straps to move the headrest from a resting position, and the person removing the downward pressure to allow the headrest to go back to the resting position.

A first portion of the first strap is affixed to or integral with the second strap, a second portion of the first strap is arranged to be movable within the fixed opening defined by the second closed loop shape, the second portion of the first strap is affixed to or integral with the third strap, and a first adjustable opening within the first loop shape is configured to be adjusted by changing a relative position of the second portion of the first strap and the fixed opening defined by the second closed loop shape.

A plate bar assembly is attachable to each of the rotating grip assemblies opposite the center rod, with the plate bar assembly aligned with the longitudinal axis to form a weight lifting bar. A user-selectable elastic band is engageable between the pair of rotating grip assemblies along the longitudinal axis so that the elastic band resists rotation of each hand grip in each of the rotating grip assemblies. The rotating grip assemblies of the exercise bar assembly allow for the full range of motion of the bicep, and the elastic band creates a resistance exercise through the bicep's full range of motion.
