FITNESS STRUCTURE
A fitness structure includes a bar having a first end portion and a second end portion, a pair of bar support portions provided at each side of the bar and having a plurality of bar support members to place the bar at a plurality of heights, a first load portion and a second load portion spaced apart from the bar to a certain degree and facing each other, a first cable coupled between the first end portion of the bar and the first load portion, a second cable coupled between the second end portion of the bar and the second load portion. Heights of the first load portion and the second load portion vary depending on a height of one of the plurality of bar support members at which the bar is detachably placed.
Exercise apparatus
Muscle resistance apparatus comprising a framework, at least one resistive force and a movable section. The movable section is linked to a resistive force, wherein a first part of the movable section is attached to the framework by a connection whereby it can be temporarily displaced, and a second part of the movable section is connected to the first part of the movable section by a second connection whereby it can be temporarily displaced. The first and second parts of the movable section are independently movable with respect to one another in an angular and/or linear fashion.
Upper body exercise device
The upper body exercise device is a resistance based training device that is adapted for use by a person. Specifically, the upper body exercise device uses the weight of the exerciser to generate a counterforce that provides resistance to specific upper body exercises. The upper body exercise device comprises a frame, a first resistance system, a second resistance system, and a third resistance system.
Hip Thrusting Exercise Machine
A hip thrusting exercise machine is an apparatus that allows a user to safety perform a hip thrusting exercise in a controlled manner. The apparatus includes a backrest, an abdominal brace, a feet brace, an elongated frame, and a recoiling mechanism. The feet brace and the back rest allows the apparatus to properly hold the user's body in place while the user is performing the hip thrusting exercise. The abdominal brace is pressed against by the user's pelvic region in order to perform the hip thrusting exercise. The recoiling mechanism provides the user with physical resistance as the user pushes to raise the abdominal brace from a resting position to a vertically higher position. The coiling mechanism also returns the abdominal brace from the vertically higher position to the resting position so that the user can repeat the hip thrusting exercise.
Modular fitness device
A modular fitness device includes a fitness equipment and a receiving box. The fitness equipment has a power demand side. The receiving box is disposed at one side of the fitness equipment. A counterweight is disposed in the receiving box. The counterweight is connected to the power demand side via at least one follower. At least one connecting member is disposed between the fitness equipment and the receiving box. The receiving box is formed as a module disposed at one side of the fitness equipment. The production and assembly convenience of the modular fitness device is improved.
Reversible Resistance Exercise Machine
A reversible resistance exercise machine for reversing the direction of applied resistance against a movable platform of an exercising machine. The exercise machine has a frame, a carriage movably positioned upon the frame, and a plurality of biasing members. A plurality of first tension connectors are accessible near the first end of the carriage and are adapted for removably attaching selected biasing members near the first end of the carriage to resist motion of the carriage in the first direction. A plurality of second tension connectors are accessible near the second end of the carriage and are adapted for removably attaching selected biasing members near the second end of the carriage to resist motion of the carriage in the second direction. A user selectable amount of force may be applied to the carriage to resist movement in either of the first direction and the second direction.
BACK EXTENSION EXERCISE APPARATUS
An exercise apparatus for performing a back extension exercise comprising: a frame, a seat having a seating surface and a pelvic stabilization pad having a lower back engagement surface, an input arm assembly interconnected by a first interconnection to a first resistance mechanism, the input arm assembly including a manually graspable mechanism and being arranged on the apparatus such that the input arm assembly is pivotable beginning from a start motionless position along a path of travel toward the pelvic stabilization pad under resistance exerted by one or both of the resistance mechanisms, wherein the first resistance mechanism is adapted to increase resistance as the degree of pivoting of the input arm assembly increases along the path of travel away from the start motionless position rearwardly toward the pelvic stabilization pad.
Device and method for enhancing user operation of an exercise machine
A device configured to enhance user operation of an exercise machine. The device includes control circuitry including logic configured to obtain a stroke measure associated with an exercise motion performed by the user operating the exercise machine; obtain a speed value associated with a target speed for the exercise motion; determine a target period for the exercise motion, based on the stroke measure and the speed value; and output a guide indicator representing the target period on a display.
Weight training assembly
A weight training assembly includes a frame includes a first rail to which a slide member and multiple weights are connected. The slide member has a main rod with multiple through hole. Each weight has a transverse holes and longitudinal holes, each transverse hole has a pin received therein, and each longitudinal hole has a push rod received therein. A first spring is located between the pin and the weight. A second spring is located between the push rod and the weight. A push unit includes a push member which is located corresponding to the front sides of the weights. When the push member pushes the push rod from the first position to the second position, the pin moves from the third position to the third position and extends through one through hole to lock the weight to the main rod.
Sensor device for exercise apparatus and methods thereof
A sensor device for exercise data tracking includes a mounting clip that can be coupled to an exercise apparatus. A housing with one or more sensor can be selectably coupled to the mounting clip. During use of the exercise apparatus, the sensor device can track exercise data and wirelessly provide the data to a receiver.
