COMPACT COLLAPSIBLE CARTS
Collapsible carts are disclosed. The collapsible carts include a frame, a load bearing member and a wheel assembly. The wheel assembly includes a housing with a horizontal pin channel and an elongated diagonal channel. The horizontal pin channel may be adapted to guide a pin to transpose horizontally along the horizontal pin channel while rotatably coupling a leg member of the frame to a horizontal section of the load bearing member. The elongated diagonal channel may be adapted to guide the horizontal section of the load bearing member to pivot around a pin axis and move from a horizontal plane in the open condition to a generally vertical plane in the closed condition. The movement of the horizontal section along the elongated diagonal channel actuates the housing to rotate around the generally vertical axis.
Tote-dolly system
A tote-dolly system is configured to enable quick detachable attachment of the tote to the dolly. An exemplary tote has one or more tote-fasteners that can be quickly engaged with corresponding dolly-fasteners. An exemplary fastener may be a buckle having a clip and receiver that is quickly engaged. A preferred fastener is a hook-and-loop fastener configured on the top of the dolly and on the bottom of the tote. It may be preferred to have one of the tote-dolly components have discrete pieces of hook-and-loop fastener to facilitate detachment of the components.
System for securing luggage
A luggage system includes a first piece of luggage, a second piece of luggage, a first attachment member positioned on the first piece of luggage, and a second attachment member positioned on the second piece of luggage and adapted to couple to the first attachment member to secure the first and second pieces of luggage together, wherein the first and second attachment members are in a movable arrangement when coupled such that the first and second pieces of luggage move relative each other.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL LUGGAGE WITH INTEGRATED CHANGING STATION AND CHILD SEAT
A multifunctional luggage implement configurable to form a child seat, desk and/or changing station, having a retractable stroller portion in some embodiments.
Self-stabilized rollable luggage assembly and corresponding assembly method
A luggage assembly which includes a first piece of luggage and a second piece of luggage. A variable length attachment member such as a strap forming a loop, is affixed to the second piece of luggage. The attachment member couples the second piece of luggage to the first piece of luggage to form an assembly, in which the first and second pieces of luggage are self-stabilized while upright and inclined, and while in motion and while stationary.
WHEELED LUGGAGE CASE
An axle-free wheel comprising: an outer rim member having a ground interface on an external surface thereof and an outer ball race or rolling race on an inner surface thereof; an inner rim member having an inner ball or rolling race on an outer surface thereof.
Convertible Backpack
This invention is related to a convertible backpack capable of being converted from a regular backpack into a trolley case and vice versa according to a user preference. The convertible backpack of the invention comprises at least a rotatable wheels cover mechanism, for covering the outer side of each one of the wheels upon usage of the convertible backpack as a backpack and for uncovering the outer side of each one of the wheels upon usage of the convertible backpack as a trolley case.
COOLER HAVING REMOVABLE WHEEL ASSEMBLY
A cooler includes a main body which includes a base, an upper rim, and one or more cooler walls extending therebetween. The cooler in some embodiments further includes a removable wheel assembly which includes two coaxial wheels, and an axle. The two coaxial wheels are removably securable to the axle. The cooler still further comprises a wheel fastening system configured to secure the removable wheel assembly to the base of the main body which includes a mount, a clip hingedly connected to the mount, and a locking clasp configured to lock the clip into a closed position to secure the wheel assembly. The cooler yet further comprises a lid including two wheel storage recesses, each being sized and dimensioned to receive and retain one of the coaxial wheel of the wheel assembly, and an axle storage recess sized and dimensioned to receive and retain the axle of the wheel assembly.
APPARATUS FOR CARRYING BAGS AND METHOD OF USING IT
An apparatus for carrying grocery bags having a load member formed from a rigid material and having a plurality of bag holders extending from the load member; a shoulder strap having a first strap end attached to the first end of the load member and a second strap end attached to the second end of the load member; and a shoulder padding associated with a midpoint of the shoulder strap, the midpoint being disposed at about half distance between the first strap end and the second strap end, wherein the apparatus is configured to allow a user to place the shoulder strap onto the user's shoulder, such that the load member sits next to the user's waist or hip, the bag holders extend upwards, and such that rotation of the load member is prevented, thus allowing the user to hook onto the bag holders and suspend therefrom grocery bags.
COMPOSITE LUGGAGE PROTECTION ASSEMBLY
A composite luggage protection assembly is structured to protect a piece of luggage during transit, stowage, and/or storage, and includes a piece of luggage having a luggage protection assembly mounted thereto. The luggage protection assembly includes an external closure assembly structured and disposed to overlay at least a portion of a primary closure mechanism which maintains a cover of the luggage piece in a closed orientation, thereby restricting access into the piece of luggage and, more importantly, preventing access to the person's personal property therein. The luggage piece of the composite luggage assembly may include a mobile luggage piece, once again, having a luggage protection assembly operatively attached thereto.
