An exercise apparatus with an adjustable rotating element around which a force transferring material wraps either clockwise or counterclockwise to provide bidirectional rotational resistance for exercising. The force transferring material is preferably guided to remain in close proximity to the rotating element while wrapping around the rotating element. Multiple attachments provide great flexibility in performing exercise or physical therapy.

A fast-switching comprehensive training device includes a main frame having two side frame portions; two cable and pulley assemblies symmetrically disposed on the side frame portions and each including an adjustment tube and a first sliding seat slidably sleeved on the adjustment tube; a barbell unit including two sliding guide rods respectively disposed on the side frame portions, two second sliding seats sleeved slidably and respectively on the sliding guide rods, and an exercise bar fixedly connected between the second sliding seats; two counterweight units disposed movably and respectively on the side frame portions; and two tension rope units each disposed between one of the side frame portions and a respective counterweight unit.

An interactive AI coaching-based musculoskeletal exercise and rehabilitation training system, includes: a user state information measurement unit connected to a cloud server through a wired or wireless network and measuring state information, the state information being information about a user's exercise posture or physical condition; a display panel displaying necessary information to a user during exercise based on the state information measured by the user state information measurement unit; an exercise unit allowing a user to perform a resistance exercise or a balance exercise; a coaching engine receiving and analyzing the state information measured by the user state information measurement unit during a user's exercise using the exercise unit and providing AI-based interactive coaching information to a user through the display panel; and an expert terminal providing rehabilitation service information to a user exercising using the exercise unit through the display panel in parallel with the coaching engine.

An interactive exercise system includes an exercise machine having a display able to present videos, a three-dimensional camera system, and local processing system able to provide pose estimation based on data from the three-dimensional camera system. The system also includes a communication module for connection to a cloud processing system, with the cloud processing system supporting exercise related analytics including those based on pose estimation provided by the local processing system.

A machine for gymnastic exercises includes a gripping element which can be gripped by a user, and a first motor and a second motor able to be commanded independently from each other and each configured to generate respective loads suitable to define a resistant force perceived on the gripping element during a traction exerted on the latter by a user. The machine also includes a sliding guide and a slider installed slidingly on the sliding guide.

A weight arm assembly for use with a weight lifting rack is provided, the weight arm assembly including a mounting bracket configured to be attached to a vertical surface in a fixed position, an arm mount configured to be coupled to the mounting bracket so as to be pivotable about a first axis, a stop member coupled to the arm mount and configured to move between an engaged position to prevent pivoting of the arm mount through interaction with the mounting bracket, and a disengaged position to allow pivoting of the arm mount, and a weight arm configured to be coupled to the arm mount, proximate a first end of the weight arm, so as to be pivotable about a second axis substantially orthogonal to the first axis.

An endless rope trainer that includes an upright frame, a drive roller supported a distance above ground on the frame, an endless rope entrained around the drive roller, and a means of applying resistance to rotation of the drive roller. A pair of guide rollers are provided proximate the drive roller. The guide rollers pivot together as a unit about the axis of the drive roller independently of the drive roller for maintaining a constant wrap angle of contact of the endless rope on the drive roller regardless of pull angle on the endless rope.

Cable and power rack exercise machine. An exercise machine may include a frame, a resistance mechanism supported by the frame, a first pull cable and a second pull cable supported by the frame and linked to the resistance mechanism, and a power rack attached to the frame. The power rack may include a first upright post configured to have a first barbell holder adjustably attached thereto and a second upright post configured to have a second barbell holder adjustably attached thereto. The first barbell holder may be adjusted in various positions between a first highest position and a first lowest position on the first upright post. The second barbell holder may also be adjusted in various positions between a second highest position and a second lowest position on the second upright post.

An interactive exercise system includes a mechanical support system and a display module held by the mechanical support system. A force-controlled motor is attached to the mechanical support system and a reel is driven by the force-controlled motor. The interactive exercise system also has a handle graspable by a user and includes a cord extending between the reel and the handle. The handle or other accessory can be attached by a quick release mechanism. Force applied through the force-controlled motor is based at least in part on detected user force input.
