10625109 · 2020-04-21 ·

An exerciser that is discreet, portable, wearable, and easy-to-install and remove is presented. It is designed to custom-fit to the body for isometric and isotonic exercises to strengthen and develop the upper torso and leg muscles through resistive movement of opposing muscle groups. One example of the exerciser consists of support and grip straps and 360 swivel. The support strap is a loop that is fastened to either or both wrists, arms, legs, or ankles with a buckle or equivalent closure, and designed to form fit to the appendages with -inch spaced holes. The grip strap is a continuous loop used as a grip for the hands. The exerciser can facilitate many range-of-motion exercises in the frontal, sagittal and transverse planes.

Elastic resistant training apparatus and methods
10610719 · 2020-04-07 · ·

An exercise apparatus and method for applying one or more lateral resistive loads to drive, swing and other phases to participants while performing complex motions at low or high speeds to condition one's body to better and more quickly perform physical movements at high speeds. Elastic members may be used to generate resistance emanating from a ground-based or vertically-positioned apparatus. The elastic members may connect to one or more body parts simultaneously. The apparatus may be mechanically designed to fully retract the elastic members into the apparatus to maintain resistance while participants are in close proximity to the apparatus. The apparatus provides a plurality of self-contained elastic members and provides participants the ability to alter the vertical and horizontal positions of each elastic member's emanation point from the apparatus. This provides ability to control applied resistance vectors between the attachment point on the participant and the apparatus.

ELONGATE ELASTIC MEMBER FOR USE IN LOWER-BODY GARMENTS

An elongate elastic member for assisting an athletic motion and a lower-body garment incorporating the elongate elastic member are provided herein. The elongate elastic member may have various configurations that permit it to be attached to a foot or shoe of a wearer and a torso of the wearer. The structure and as-worn configuration of the elongate elastic member and associated lower-body garment augment or inhibit joint moments during an athletic motion, improving the actual or perceived amount of energy expended to complete the athletic motion.

Portable Exercise Apparatus with Wearable Anchor Arrangement
20200054917 · 2020-02-20 ·

A wearable anchor arrangement for an exercise apparatus includes a first retaining strap, a first fastener, a second retaining strap integrally extended from the first retaining strap, and a second fastener. The first fastener is arranged to incorporate with the first retaining strap to form a first retaining loop for encirclingly holding around an ankle portion of an exerciser at an upper side thereof. The second fastener is provided on the first retaining strap and arranged to incorporate with the second retaining strap to form a second retaining loop for encirclingly holding around the ankle portion of the exerciser at a lower side thereof. As such, the wearable anchor arrangement is wrappedly retained around the ankle portion of the exerciser to serve as an anchor point for the exerciser to conduct strength training exercises using the resistance elements.

A vibration elastic rope assembly includes a vibrating unit having a cylindrical shell and a vibrator disposed in the cylindrical shell, and an elastic unit having a connecting member mounted on the cylindrical shell of the vibrating unit and an elastic rope connected to the connecting member and detachably connected to a user's body or an exercise equipment. Thus, the user can perform a stretching exercise by using the elastic unit and a vibration exercise by using the vibrating unit.

Exercise systems including weight clusters composed of weight pods, and components of such systems
10543388 · 2020-01-28 · ·

Exercise systems that include self-coupling weight pods that couple with one another to form weight clusters that a user can use in performing various body movements, such as exercise and conditioning movements. Each weight pod typically has a calibrated weight so that the user may know the amount of weight they are using. Each weight pod includes one or more coupling features that allow that weight pod to couple to one or more other weight pods and/or to an accessory, such as a strap. In some embodiments, each weight pod is soft so as to inhibit injury to a user of another close by the user. The weight pods can be used with one or more accessories, such as a strap, a bell bag that emulates a kettle bell, and a rucksack that can be configured to be a multifunctional component of an overall exercise system, among others.

FLAT RESISTANCE BAND WITH RELEASABLE CONNECTIBLE ENDS FOR CREATING A RELEASABLE FLAT LOOP RESISTANCE BAND
20200023223 · 2020-01-23 ·

A flat resistance band with releasable connectible ends for creating a releasable flat loop resistance band includes a flat flexible band, a first connector and a second connector. The flat flexible band has a length and a rectangular cross-section with a width and a thickness. The first connector is on a first end portion of the flat flexible band. The second connector is on a second end portion of the flat flexible band. Wherein, the first connector is configured to releasably connect with the second connector thereby creating a releasable connection between the first end portion of the flat flexible band and the second end portion of the flat flexible band. Whereby, when the releasable connection is formed between the first connector and the second connector, a releasable flat loop resistance band is created.

WEARABLE AND DETACHABLE EXERCISE ACCESSORY

EXERCISE APPARATUS AND METHOD

This invention provides a weighted hip and lower back exerciser for use in isolating and working out a narrowly targeted portion of the lower back or gluteal muscles through weighted internal and external rotation. Weighted hip and lower back exerciser comprises four main sections: the framework, the upper body support section, the weight system, and the weighted leg pivot section. A user secures one of his/her legs onto a leg pad and pivots the leg pad by rotating hip and lower back. Leg pad is connected to weights by a band passing through a pair of pulleys and a pulley cord guide. When the user swivels the leg rest, the user tenses the band thus lifting the weights, and resistance is generated. User will isolate the rotational movement to the hip and lower back by leaning onto a chest support and resting arms on an arm support mounted on a vertical rack above the weight assembly.
