DISTRIBUTED EXERCISE WEIGHT SYSTEM
A distributed exercise weight system that includes a limb unit with a first segment and a second segment. The limb unit is configured for attachment to a limb. Each of the first segment and the second segment are configured to hold at least one weight in proximity to a corresponding part of a user's limb. The first segment is configured to be disposed closer to a user's body along the limb and the second segment is configured to be disposed farther from a user's body along the limb.
Underwater striking bag device and method of using the same
An underwater striking bag device includes a bag having an annular upper compartment disposed in an upper section of the bag and receiving air therein, a neck extending through the upper section and communicating with a lower compartment receiving water therein, a removable cap connected to the neck, an air valve connected to the annular upper compartment to provide for filling air into the annular upper compartment, at least one handle connected to the bag for assisting in filling and removal of the water into the lower compartment.
Resistance training system
A physical training system configured to be worn on a human body includes an article of footwear configured to receive a foot. A medial connection member is disposed on the medial side of the article of footwear and a lateral connection member is disposed on the lateral side of the article of footwear opposite the first connection member. The dorsal side of the article of footwear extends between the medial connection member and the lateral connection member. The physical training system further includes a torso member configured to engage the torso of the wearer. At least one elastic resistance band extends between the lateral connection member and the torso member and between the medial connection member and the torso member.
FOOT STRETCHING DEVICE
A foot stretching device having a base member, an upright member and a heelpiece. The base member has a top face, a bottom face, a first end, and a second end. In an assembled state, the upright member extends from the first end in a direction opposite the bottom face. The upright member and base member form a right angle. The heelpiece is removably attached to the top face of the base member between the first and second ends. During use, the device is arranged relative to a corner formed between a floor and wall of a room such that the bottom face of the base member rests on the floor and the upright member bears against the wall.
Functional Fitness Garment
A fitness garment that includes any of the following structures. An exercise vest having a plurality of vest attachments, each of the plurality of vest attachments being configured to couple to an external force structure. A wrist strap having a plurality of wrist strap attachments, each of the plurality of wrist strap attachments being configured to couple to the external force structure. Exercise pants having a plurality of pants attachments, each of the plurality of pants attachments being configured to receive the external force structure. An ankle strap having a plurality of ankle strap attachments, each of the plurality of ankle strap attachments being configured to couple to the external force structure. In addition, the external force structure may be used to couple any of the structures to each other.
HYPERTHERMIC CONDITIONING CAPSULE
A self-contained, hyperthermic conditioning unit and selectively controllable environment for exercising. The unit comprises a base portion having a bed therein and a removable cover connected to the base portion to enclose a personal compartment within the unit. One or more heating elements provide heat to the personal compartment and one more pieces of physical exercise equipment are provided within the personal compartment.
LEG EXERCISE APPARATUS
A leg exercise apparatus, the leg exercise apparatus comprising a frame member, the frame member including: at least one foot receiving portion; and at least one leg engagement portion wherein the at least one leg engagement portion is spaced from the at least one foot receiving portion such that, in use, when a user's foot is located on the at least one foot receiving portion, the at least one leg engagement portion may contact a portion of the user's leg. Also disclosed is a method of using the leg exercise apparatus.
Mountable exercise machine
A mountable exercise machine is a device that is utilized to perform exercises based on elastic resistance and bodyweight. The device includes a first mounting bracket and a second mounting bracket and may be mounted to a door, wall, or similar surface or structure. A first resistance assembly and a second resistance assembly provide elastic resistance when performing exercise. The user is able to grasp a first handle and a second handle when performing upper body exercises. The first resistance assembly and the second resistance assembly may additionally include an ankle strap for performing lower body exercises. At least one harness strap may be utilized to perform suspension and other bodyweight exercises using the device. An upper door bracket and a lower door bracket allow the device to be mounted to a door instead of a wall or similar surface.
Stretching device
A stretching device that enables a user to employ the mechanical advantage of a multi-pulley system while performing various, prolonged muscle stretches; the stretching device including a first anchor assembly, a second anchor assembly, and a motion transfer line. The first motion transfer line has a first anchor body and a first motion transfer pulley; the first anchor body being attached to the user and the first motion transfer pulley being coupled to the first anchor body. Similarly, the second motion transfer line has a second anchor body and a second motion transfer pulley; the second anchor body being attached to a stationary object and the second motion transfer pulley being coupled to the second anchor body. The motion transfer line is terminally attached to the first anchor body and is trained around both the first motion transfer pulley and the second motion transfer pulley.
TRAINING PANTS
The disclosed device aims to provide training pants to overload the user's leg with resistances and as a result increase their muscular force, thereby strengthening the user's legs, particularly designed for practicing taekwondo or karate, and consist of a belt and heel supports that are adjustable in order to tighten resistance bands that can be joined to the belt at the upper end thereof and to the heel supports at the lower end thereof, characterized in that they have kneepads with loops through which the resistance bands pass that create tension in the flexion angle on the rear part of the knees. The belt defines a surface that is adjustable to the user and has at least a snap-type buckle and it includes a series of ring-shaped holes that are reinforced on the outer edge thereof.
