Exercise machine with multiple platforms
An exercise machine with multiple platforms for an exerciser to perform a variety of exercises generally includes an elongated frame structure supporting stationary first and second end platforms, a longitudinal rail extending between the end platforms and having an upper surface comprising a central platform, and a slideable carriage platform that reciprocates on the rail over the central platform and between the end platforms. The platforms provide multiple support surfaces at multiple elevations on which exercisers can position parts of their bodies during exercise. The platforms may be provided with positioning indices and provide continuous support surfaces over substantially the entire length of the exercise machine. The central platform may be provided with finger grips for exercisers to grasp. One or more mounting platforms may be provided to facilitate mounting and dismounting of the exercise machine.
Adjustable exercise machine
An adjustable exercise machine for performing resistance exercises comprises a base and an upper frame including front and back end stationary exercise platforms, and a movable exercise platform that reciprocates between the stationary platforms. A plurality of biasing members is selectable by an exerciser via selector knobs to generate a bias force against the movable platform. A plurality of pivotable lift supports are connected between the base and the upper frame. Front and back actuators are connected between the base and the lift supports by lifting yokes to selectively raise and lower the front and back ends of the machine. The movable platform may be connected to move along the exercise machine by trolley wheel assemblies. A plurality of travel limit decelerators mounted on the rails engage and rapidly decelerates the movable platform as it reaches its limits of travel on the rails.
Exercise machine rail system
An exercise machine rail system for improved exerciser mounting and dismounting, improved functional ergonomics, and reduced risk of exerciser injury when using an exercise machine. The exercise machine rail system generally includes either two rails in close relationship which are linked together via connectors or a singular rail. Bias members are disclosed as either extending along either outer side of the rails, internally to the rail, or underneath the rail. Due to the narrow nature of the rails used by the present invention, an exerciser is able to mount and dismount the exercise machine easily and efficiently.
Systems and methods for providing varying resistance in exercise equipment through loop drive mechanism
A system for providing resistance in an exercise machine. The system includes a motor, at least one loop drive attached to the motor. A carriage is coupled to the loop drive. The carriage moves in a first direction when the motor is turned in a first direction and a second direction when the motor is turned in a second direction. At least one sensor is attached to the carriage, wherein the at least one sensor is configured to detect external force on the carriage. Information from the sensor indicates external force on the carriage. The information is used to determine a movement of the carriage in response to the external force. The motor is instructed to turn the loop drive to apply the movement.
Multipurpose workout chair
A multipurpose workout chair is an exercising equipment that not only can be used for workout training, but also can be used as a chair. The multipurpose workout chair includes adjustment devices and other components acting with each other which allows the multipurpose purpose chair to be changed into various configurations according to different training methods and each of the training methods may be executed by one or more different muscles.
EXERCISE APPARATUS FOR PERFORMING A GLUTEAL BRIDGE MOVEMENT
The present disclosure provides an exercise apparatus designed to allow a user to perform a gluteal bridge, typically with resistance, to improve the strength of the user's posterior hip and gluteal muscles. The exercise apparatus is configurable for use in different environments—in a gym, fitness center or training facility, a spa or studio, or a home gym. The exercise apparatus includes a frame assembly, a bench assembly, and a resistance assembly. The bench assembly is pivotally connected to the frame assembly to provide an elevated pivot point about which the bench assembly pivots when the user performs the gluteal bridge movement. The resistance assembly is operably connected to the bench assembly and provides a resistance force that the user overcomes in order to pivotally move the bench through the gluteal bridge movement. The resistance assembly can include a cable, pulley and weight stack, or an elastically deformable band.
PIVOTING WEIGHT ARM ASSEMBLY
A weight arm assembly for use with a weight lifting rack is provided, the weight arm assembly including a mounting bracket configured to be attached to a vertical surface in a fixed position, an arm mount configured to be coupled to the mounting bracket so as to be pivotable about a first axis, a stop member coupled to the arm mount and configured to move between an engaged position to prevent pivoting of the arm mount through interaction with the mounting bracket, and a disengaged position to allow pivoting of the arm mount, and a weight arm configured to be coupled to the arm mount, proximate a first end of the weight arm, so as to be pivotable about a second axis substantially orthogonal to the first axis.
DEVICE FOR EXERCISING THE BODY IN A CONTINUAL AND CONTROLLED MANNER
The present utility model relates to a device for the assisted exercise of the abdominal muscles. The equipment comprises a base structure, a seat for a person, a back for the torso, a fastening device for the arms, an adaptable headrest cushion and a foot rest. This configuration ensures that the physical force is exerted by the abdominal muscles and the arms. The device comprises a central rotation shaft connected to a variable-power electric motor connected to a reducer.
Fitness apparatus for press-up exercises
Fitness equipment (1), in particular for the assisted performance of press-ups, comprising a support device (2) having a movable support (3) on which a user rests during use, and an assistance device (4) that is configured for generating an assistance force that moves the support (3) into an initial position, wherein the assistance device (4) is or comprises a traction device which is configured to generate an assistance force on the support (3) that moves the support (3) into the initial position and acts as a tensile force.
Fitness stool
A fitness stool includes a sliding system, a support and connection frame and an elastic device. One end of the sliding system is inserted into and fixed to the ground of the earth and the other end of the sliding system is connected with the support and connection frame. The support and connection frame can be moved upwards and downwards relative to the ground, and the sliding system comprises a sliding rod and a sliding cavity. The elastic device realizes elastic damping and elastic return between the ground and the support and connection frame.
