Flanged material and standing seam clamp
A clamping assembly for attaching loads to various kinds of flanged seams, the assembly comprising a generally U-shaped clamp body, at least one clamping hammer disposed interior of the clamp body, the clamping hammer is secured to the clamp body along the longitudinal axis of the clamp body, at least one adjustment screw extending through the clamp body and adapted to selectively impinge against the clamping hammer and cause it to pivot about its axis or otherwise move inwardly within the clamp body, the adjustment screw extending transverse to the longitudinal axis of the clamping hammer, at least one locking screw adapted to selectively impinge against the clamping hammer to prevent pivoting of the same may be optionally provided whereby a standing seam received within the clamp body may be tightly grasped between the clamp body and the clamping hammer under action of the adjustment screw.
Tool holder
A tool holder comprises a cage assembly having a pair of axially spaced hollow members with axially aligned through openings sized for axial extension of tool handles of different sizes and shapes through both of the aligned openings. A cradle member is transversely movable in opposite directions between the hollow members toward and away from respective inwardly facing wall surfaces of the hollow members for releasably clamping tool handles extending through both aligned openings against the inwardly facing wall surfaces.
Corner piece for mechanically interlocking frame members
A corner piece is provided for interconnecting frame members. The corner piece includes a first plate member defining an inner face, an opposite outer face, a first side face, an opposite second side face, and an end face. The first plate member including a bolt-receiving bore therethrough. A second plate member defines an inner face contiguous with the inner face of the first plate member, an outer face, a first side face, an opposite second side face, and an end face. The second plate member includes a bolt-receiving bore extending between the inner face and the outer face thereof along a first axis generally parallel to the inner face of the first plate member.
Device for fixing a panel in a support rail
A fixing device of a panel in a support rail, which includes a section having a U-shaped groove equipped with a rounded bottom and with two divergent ramps arranged at the apex of the two opposite wings of the section. The device enables the panel to be secured and adjusted vertically by means of a cradle straddling the bottom edge of the panel. The cradle is configured to snugly follow the conjugate shape of the bottom of the groove allowing a rocking movement of small amplitude when angular adjustment is performed. At least one wedging module comprising two adjustment screws collaborating with a first positioning wedge able to slide on the cradle and a second positioning wedge able to move along the corresponding ramp for bilateral clamping of the panel after said adjustment, are arranged on each side of the panel.
Glass panel clamp
A fitting (10) is formed from by clamping first and second clamp bodies (12,14) of composite plastic material together, each of the clamp bodies being covered by a pressed stainless steel shell (36,38). Each of the clamp bodies (12,14) defines a grip formation (16) that faces a recess (26), so that an edge of a glass panel can be gripped between the grip formations (16)preferably with soft pads (18). Fasteners such as bolts pass through apertures (24,25) extend through the shells (36,38) and bodies (12,14), to hold the entire fitting (10) together and to exert a gripping force on the glass panel.
Hollow shaft coupling
A hollow shaft coupling for connecting a shaft to a hollow shaft, where the hollow shaft coupling can be arranged completely in the hollow shaft and can effect clamping both radially inwardly as well as radially outwardly. The coupling enables a first clamping unit to clamp the hollow shaft coupling radially inwardly against the shaft and a second clamping unit which is separate from the first clamping unit to clamp the hollow shaft coupling radially outwardly against the inner circumferential surface of the hollow shaft, with the two clamping units spaced apart from one another axially, and the two clamping units connected to one another via a play-free and rotationally stable coupling which is arranged between them.
Rigidizing Latch Assembly
A rigidizing latch assembly, in embodiments, is a robotically compatible aerospace attachment mechanism may be used to rigidly attach units to a structure and typically comprises a male latch and a receptacle configured to cooperatively couple. The male latch typically comprises a male latch housing and a latch assembly movably disposed within the male latch housing; a driver operatively in communication with a latch support; a male latch core; a driver interface access port; and one or more extraction feet operatively in communication with the driver. The receptacle comprises a receptacle housing sized to receive a lower portion of the male latch housing; a positioning target adapted to provide a visual positioning targeting cue; and one or more latch interfaces dimensioned to releasably mate with a corresponding lead-in guide of the plurality of lead-in guides.
SPLIT SHAFT COUPLING
A shaft coupling for coupling a prime mover shaft to a power input shaft of a progressive cavity pump can include a first half shell and a second half shell. Each of the half shells can include a first end and a second end along a longitudinal center axis, the first end can include an inner contour which can be configured to match an outer contour of the prime mover shaft and the second end can include an inner contour which can be configured to match an outer contour of the power input shaft. The shaft coupling can include a fastening mechanism, which can be configured for applying a force on the first half shell and the second half shell that can be in a radially inward direction, where the force can be applied through the longitudinal center axis.
Clamp and rail quick mounting system
A quick mounting assembly for quickly mounting and dismounting a payload to an object, such as a robotic vehicle. The quick mounting assembly includes a clamp and a rail. The clamp includes a base plate, an upper jaw, a lower jaw, and a wedge. The wedge can be sandwiched between the upper jaw and the lower jaw, wherein the upper jaw and the lower jaw interlock with the base plate. A fastener passing through the upper jaw, the lower jaw, and the wedge can secure the upper jaw and the lower jaw to the base plate. The upper jaw and the lower jaw can clamp the rail. The clamp can be coupled to the payload and the rail can be coupled to the object for quickly mounting the payload to the object.
Trim attachment assembly for mounting solar panel equipment
A channel having a base portion, an open central region, and an integral pair of sidewalls. The integral pair of sidewalls having an upper portion of each sidewall that includes an inward-facing downturned internal flange and an outward-facing upturned external flange.
