The present invention relates to a bicycle-type game simulation device comprising: a crank pedal unit; a swing footrest horizontally rotatably installed in the crank pedal unit; a swing detection means which detects a left-and-right rotation of the swing footrest and transmits a signal thereof; and a forward-and-backward rotation detection means which detects a forward/reverse rotation of a crank shaft and transmits a signal thereof, wherein a user can easily operate a behavioral motion of a player in a game with his/her foot, using the mechanism of a crank pedal of a bicycle, so that the user can perceive a good sense of reality.

EXERCISE SYSTEM
20240139580 · 2024-05-02 · ·

An exercise system includes a rowing exercise device and a chair. The rowing exercise device achieves a lower limb exercise which includes repetitive extension and flexion of at least a knee joint and a hip joint. The chair is the one on which a user who performs the lower limb exercise using the lower limb exercise device sits. The chair includes a seat on which the user sits and a support mechanism capable of supporting the seat in such a manner that the seat can carry out a roll oscillation. The seat carries out a roll oscillation during the lower limb exercise, which causes a motion linkage between a lower limb and a trunk.

Bicycling exercise apparatus

An apparatus permitting a user to perform a simulated bicycling exercise is provided. The apparatus includes a frame having a head tube, a first upper rear mounting point and a second lower front mounting point configured to maintain the frame, the first upper rear mounting point comprising an upper rear movable rotating joint, a seat connected to said frame and configured to support the user in a forward facing orientation, a wheel positioned in association with said frame, a set of pedals configured to interact with said wheel, and a stem connected to a handlebar arrangement, the stem passing through the head tube and connected to a base by a connection arrangement. The frame is configured to pivot about the first upper rear mounting point and second lower front mounting point in response to leaning by the user, causing rotation of the stem within the head tube.

Movably supported exercise device

An item of exercise equipment with a movable support that is movable in a fore-aft direction and simultaneously movable laterally, e.g. about a tilt axis. The exercise equipment may be a cycle mounted to a base. A roller and track arrangement may be provided between the cycle and base, to provide movement of the cycle in the axial direction and in a tilt direction relative to the base. The roller and track arrangement may be one or more curved roller and track engagement surfaces that extend in the axial direction and provide a gravity bias of the platform toward an axial neutral position. The cycle and base include a tilt biasing arrangement for biasing the cycle toward a tilt neutral position relative to the base.

LOWER LIMB EXERCISE DEVICE AND EXERCISE SYSTEM

A rowing exercise device includes: a pair of pedals; and a device body that guides the pair of pedals in such a way that the pair of pedals repeatedly move along a predetermined trajectory. A user performs a lower limb exercise by putting his/her feet on the pair of respective pedals. Each pedal is configured in such a way that a relative roll turn of a forefoot part relative to the device body is prevented while a relative roll turn of a rearfoot part relative to the forefoot part is allowed, whereby a relative roll turn of the forefoot part relative to the rearfoot part occurs during the lower limb exercise.

Tilt-enabled bike with tilt-disabling mechanism

A stationary bike capable of leaning of tilting side to side during use is described. The stationary bike has a fixed frame portion and moving frame portion which is pivotally mounted on the fixed frame portion, at two spaced apart pivot locations, to allow the moving frame to pivot about a pivot axis defined by the two spaced apart pivot locations. The pivotal action of the bike may be resisted, such as by a damper. The tilt-enabled bike is equipped with a tilt disabling mechanism, e.g., a locking mechanism configured to selectively and operatively engage the moving and the fixed frame to disable the relative movement (i.e. the pivoting) of the moving frame.

Cycling or motorcycling simulator for recreation and physical exercise

The present invention discloses a cycling or motorcycling simulator for recreation and physical exercise characterized by allowing left, right, and backward movements and tilts that can be controlled with the handlebars or body thrust. Structurally, the device of the present invention is divided mainly into six parts interconnected to get the device to function optimally. Thus, the simulator consists of i) a base that supports the other systems of the invention, ii) a mounting base that allows coupling the lifting system, the lower coupling system, and the lateral tilt system, iii) a frame giving a bicycle-shaped structure to the simulator, iv) a lifting system, v) a lateral tilt system, and vi) a lower coupling system; wherein the said systems control the turns and the tilt of the simulator. Because the present invention allows a greater range and variety of movements, the monotony of the exercise is reduced, and the user can exercise a greater number of muscles.

EXERCISE METHOD AND EXERCISE DEVICE FOR EXERCISING UPPER LEG PORTIONS AND HIPS WHILE PROTECTING KNEE AND ANKLE JOINTS

Provided is an exercise device for performing exercises suitable to strengthen thigh and hip muscles such as a leg press machine, a total hip, a stationary bicycle, or a moving bicycle, and more particularly provides an exercise device for strengthening thigh and hip muscles while protecting the knees and ankle joints by enabling a user to locate a lower end of an arm on the user's thighs in a sitting, prone or supine position and move the user's legs in order to minimize a load or stress added to the knee and ankle joints.

FITNESS AND ENTERTAINMENT DEVICE BY USE OF GYROSCOPIC PRECESSION EFFECT OF FLYWHEEL TO GENERATE AUTONOMOUS YAWING MOTION
20240189659 · 2024-06-13 ·

A fitness and entertainment device by use of gyroscopic precession effect of a flywheel to generate autonomous yawing motion including a rotatable base for stably supporting all components, an upright frame fixed on the rear side of the rotatable base, a suspended frame pivotally connected to the top of the upright frame. The suspended frame includes a pivotal shaft, a seat cushion, a pair of grip handles, a pair of pedal cranks, an arc-shaped wing and a flywheel driven by a chain drive system. The upright frame is provided with a stopper composed of several pulleys at the place corresponding to the arc-shaped wing. A ground-attaching support shaft is disposed at the rotational center of the rotatable base 10. After the user continues to step on the pedal cranks to make the flywheel rotate until the appropriate physical inertia and the stable angular momentum are obtained, the torsional deflection may be applied to the angular momentum direction located at the rotation axis of the flywheel by pressing on the grip handles or shifting the user's own center of gravity at any time. At this time, the suspended frame immediately carries out the gyroscopic precession effect in the expected direction to which the pressure is applied. Meanwhile, the suspended frame together with the rotatable base starts to rotate around the ground-attaching support shaft in the expected direction; and when the user wants to stop the suspended frame or to rotate it in another direction, he only needs to put his body's center of gravity or exert force on the grip handles to make the suspended frame tilt back or lean to the other side, thereby obtaining the desired yawing motion effect.
