There is provided a hot-stamped body including: a steel base metal; and a metallic layer formed on a surface of the steel base metal, wherein the metallic layer includes: an interface layer that contains, in mass %, Al: 30.0 to 36.0%, has a thickness of 100 nm to 15 m, and is located in an interface between the metallic layer and the steel base metal; and a principal layer that includes coexisting Zn phases and insular FeAl.sub.2 phases, is located on the interface layer, and has a thickness of 1 m to 40 m. This hot-stamped body is excellent in fatigue properties, corrosion resistance, and chipping resistance.

A thickness of a carbon-depleted layer in a surface layer part of the base steel sheet is 5 m or less. The surface layer part means a region from the surface of the base steel sheet to a depth of 200 m, and the carbon-depleted layer means a region which the carbon content is 50% or less of an average carbon amount (C.sub.0) of the base steel sheet.

High-strength galvanized hot-rolled steel sheet and method for manufacturing same

Provided are a high-strength galvanized hot-rolled steel sheet and a method for manufacturing the steel sheet. A steel sheet has a chemical composition, and a galvanized layer is disposed on the steel sheet. The chemical composition includes, in mass %, C: 0.02% or greater and 0.30% or less, Si: 0.01% or greater and 2.5% or less, Mn: 0.3% or greater and 3.0% or less, P: 0.08% or less, S: 0.02% or less, and Al: 0.001% or greater and 0.20% or less. The galvanized layer has a coating weight per side of 20 to 120 g/m.sup.2. A surface of the steel sheet has a specific surface area ratio, r, of 2.5 or less, and an amount of Si present in the galvanized layer and an amount of Mn present in the galvanized layer respectively satisfy: amount of Sir0.06, and amount of Mnr0.10.

The sliding member includes an aluminum alloy layer containing 7.0% by mass or more and 13.0% by mass or less of Sn, 6.5% by mass or more and 12.0% by mass or less of Si, 0.5% by mass or more and 3.0% by mass or less of Cu, unavoidable impurities, and a balance Al. Si particles are dispersed in the aluminum alloy layer. A Vickers hardness of a matrix of the aluminum alloy layer is 40 HV or more and 60 HV or less. A load resistance value, which is a product of a volume concentration and average area of the Si particles and the Vickers hardness of the matrix, is 0.00001 N or more and 0.00029 N or less.

An aluminium-zinc-hot-dipped and colour-coated steel plate having a 600 MPa yield strength grade and a high elongation and a manufacturing method thereof, with the chemical components in mass percentage of a substrate of the steel plate being: 0.07-0.15% of C, 0.02-0.5% of Si, 1.3-1.8% of Mn, N0.004%, S0.01%, Ti0.20%, Nb0.060%, and the balance being Fe and other inevitable impurities, and meanwhile satisfying the conditions of: (C+Mn/6)0.3%; Mn/S150; Nb satisfying 0.01%(Nb0.22C1.1N)0.06% where no Ti is contained; Ti satisfying 0.5Ti/C1.5 where no Nb is contained; and 0.04%(Ti+Nb)0.26% where Ti and Nb are added in combination. The steel plate has a yield strength of 600 MPa, a tensile strength of 650 MPa, an elongation after fracture of 12%, a good strength and toughness and an excellent corrosion resistance.

Provided herein is a plated steel sheet having a yield ratio, strength (tensile strength), elongation, hole expansibility, and CTS. A method for producing the plated steel sheet is also provided, among others. A steel sheet of a specific composition is provided that has a micro structure containing 70 to 90% of ferrite, 5 to 20% of martensite, 5% or less of retained austenite, 10% or less of bainite, and 5% or less of perlite by volume. The ferrite has an average crystal grain diameter of 20 m or less. The martensite has an average crystal grain diameter of 5 m or less. The retained austenite has an average crystal grain diameter of 5 m or less. The bainite has an average crystal grain diameter of 7 m or less. The steel sheet has a tensile strength of 590 MPa or more.
