Bicycling exercise apparatus
An apparatus permitting a user to perform a simulated bicycling exercise is provided. The design includes a frame having a head tube, wherein the frame maintains a set of pedals, a first upper rear mounting point and a second lower front mounting point configured to maintain the frame, a seat connected to the frame configured to support the user, and a stem connected to a handlebar arrangement, passing through the head tube, and connected to a base by a connection arrangement. The frame is configured to pivot about the first upper rear mounting point and second lower front mounting point in response to leaning by the user causing movement of the connection arrangement and rotation of the stem. The connection arrangement is adjustable to vary amount of rotation of the stem within the head tube in response to leaning by the user.
System and method for using metabolic data to optimize athletic performance
A method for optimizing at least one exercise is provided. The method includes receiving user data. The user data includes biometric attribute data associated with a user of an exercise device. The method includes generating at least one interval, the at least one interval including at least duration data and target power data each associated with the exercise. The method includes during the at least one interval, receiving measurement data associated with at least one of the user and the exercise device. The method includes calculating, based on the measurement data and the user data, energy data associated with an expended energy of the user during the at least one interval, the energy data including quantity data and source information each associated with at least one energy source. The method includes generating, via an artificial intelligence engine, a machine learning model trained to identify the at least one energy source.
Freewheel adjustable wheel and exercise bicycle including same
The present invention relates to a freewheel adjustable wheel and an exercise bicycle including the same and. More specifically, may comprise a rotation gear part which rotates together with a pulley fixed to the outer side thereof and has a circular gear formed along the outer circumference thereof; a case part for rotatably supporting the rotation gear part; a first power transmission part for transmitting power which has been transmitted to the rotation gear part to the case part when the rotation gear part rotates in the normal direction; and a second power transmission part for transmitting power which has been transmitted to the rotation gear part to the case part when the rotation gear part rotates in the reverse direction.
Exercise system and method
A method for displaying archived exercise classes comprising displaying information about archived exercise classes that can be accessed by a first user via a computer network on a display screen at a first location, wherein the first user can select among a plurality of archived classes, outputting digital video and audio content comprising the selected archived class, detecting a performance parameter for the first user at a particular point in the selected class, displaying the performance parameter on the display screen, and displaying performance parameters from a second user at a second location on the display screen such that at least one of the performance parameters from the first user and at least one of the performance parameters from the second user at the same point in the class are presented for comparison.
FREEWHEEL ADJUSTABLE WHEEL AND FITNESS BIKE THEREWITH
There is disclosed a freewheel adjustable wheel is characterized in that it may switch between a freewheel mode and a non-freewheel mode in one fitness bike, and may guide gear engaging by a magnetic force when operating in a freewheel mode and a non-freewheel mode, and a fitness bike therewith.
BICYCLING EXERCISE APPARATUS
An apparatus permitting a user to perform a simulated bicycling exercise is provided. The apparatus includes a frame having a head tube, a first upper rear mounting point and a second lower front mounting point configured to maintain the frame, the first upper rear mounting point comprising an upper rear movable rotating joint, a seat connected to said frame and configured to support the user in a forward facing orientation, a wheel positioned in association with said frame, a set of pedals configured to interact with said wheel, and a stem connected to a handlebar arrangement, the stem passing through the head tube and connected to a base by a connection arrangement. The frame is configured to pivot about the first upper rear mounting point and second lower front mounting point in response to leaning by the user, causing rotation of the stem within the head tube.
EXERCISE SYSTEM AND METHOD
A method for displaying synchronized activity information of multiple users taking an exercise class. The method involves providing an on-demand exercise class for display on a display device, where the class comprises previously recorded content and a timeline. Information indicative of a first user's live activity, associated with their physical activity during the on-demand exercise class, is received. Information indicative of a second user's archived activity, associated with their physical activity during an archived exercise class, is retrieved. The first user's live activity information is then synchronized with the second user's archived activity information. Both the first user's live activity information and the second user's archived activity information are displayed on the display device as a ranked list alongside the timeline, which graphically indicates either the remaining time or the elapsed time in the on-demand exercise class.
EXERCISE SYSTEM AND METHOD
A method for displaying exercise classes content comprising causing a display screen to present a plurality of instructor-led exercise classes for selection by a user, accepting a selected exercise class, receiving data representing exercise content of the selected exercise class; and causing the display screen to display the exercise content of the selected exercise class.
Exercise system and method
The embodiments are directed to operating an exercise device that enables a user to participate in one of multiple network-accessible exercise classes. The embodiments cause a display screen to present the classes for user selection, where the classes are led by multiple instructors and each class is represented on the display as an image that includes its instructor. A selection of one image of a class is accepted via a touchscreen. Packetized data representing the selected class's exercise content is received. The user activity information for the user and for other participants is synchronized to points in time corresponding to that content. The display screen is presented with the selected class's exercise content together with the synchronized activity information for the user and the other participants.
