Adapter for J-Hook / J-Cup
A self-supporting apparatus of varying dimensions, which occupies the gap between the bracket of a j-hook channel and the adjoining squat rack upright. Spacer body is appropriately sized to encompass the excess space existing between the back channel of an oversized j-hook and the back side of the smaller squat rack upright, thereby providing a generalized means of adapting a larger bracket such that it may be coupled to a rack or rig of smaller size.
COMBINATION EXERCISE MACHINE
A combination exercise comprising a chest press lifting assembly and a leg press lifting assembly disposed at opposing ends of a user surface, permitting the user to executed a simultaneous combined leg and chest press movement. Independent left and right side subassemblies to selectively engage one or the other side of the body of the user are also disclosed.
TRACKING REPETITIONS BY HEAD-MOUNTED DEVICE BASED ON DISTANCE
A method can include determining, by a head-mounted device based on first data received from a depth-sensing device included in the head-mounted device, that a first distance of the head-mounted device from a landmark is outside a completion range; outputting, based on the determination that the first distance of the head-mounted device from the landmark is outside the completion range from the landmark, an indication that a repetition has yet to be completed; determining, based on second data received from the depth-sensing device, that a second distance of head-mounted device from the landmark is within the completion range; and based on the determination that the second distance of the head-mounted device from the landmark is within the completion range, incrementing a repetition counter and outputting an indication that the repetition has been completed.
Track exercise device
A track exercise device with at least first and second substantially parallel tracks, and first, second, third, and fourth movable platforms. The first and third movable platforms are movable on the first track, and the second and fourth movable platforms are movable on the second track. Transverse attachments selectively and respectively attach the first and second movable platforms together on the first and second tracks and the third and fourth movable platforms together on the first and second tracks. Longitudinal attachments selectively and respectively attach the first and third movable platforms together on the first track and the second and fourth movable platforms together on the second track. A tilting adjustment selectively provides for inclined or flat movement of the first, second, third, and fourth movable platforms.
Fitness Device
The disclosure relates to a cable tensioning station for providing a defined resistance force for resistance training, including a weight (9), which is arranged movably above a pull element (7, 17) and on which the resistance force is at least dependent, the pull element (7, 17) being guided via at least one coupling roller (18), which is designed to transfer a linear motion of the pull element as a rotary motion to a generator (19) to generate electrical energy, characterised in that the coupling roller (18) is embodied as a freewheel with adjustable blocking effect.
TRAINING APPARATUS
A training apparatus has exercise equipment mounted to a side surface or a roof of a land vehicle or for mounting to a surface such as a wall of a building or ship. The exercise equipment includes a support structure which is attached to the surface or roof. In some embodiments the support structure is maneuverable by pivoting with respect to the surface or roof, whilst remaining attached thereto, between a stowed condition and an exercising condition.
Method for generating personalized resistance training program
A computer-implemented method of creating a personalized weight training program for users in a one-on-one fitness setting and/or group fitness setting. The method includes the input of user information by the user, input of user information by a machine learning model, or a combination thereof to create the personalized weight training program. The method includes strength and weakness assessment of the muscles of a user and progress assessment of the user and/or between users.
CONTROLLED SQUAT STRENGTH-TRAINING MACHINE
A controlled squat strength-training machine includes a frame with a base mounting forward, intermediate, and rear uprights. The intermediate upright is pivotally connected to the base and is configured for limited rotation fore-and-aft. Knee pads are provided for restraining of users' knees. Users can adjust the resistance of the machine and thereby very the exercises performed thereon.
Postural Platform Training Device
Disclosed herein are devices, systems and methods for redistributing the normal weight distribution of a user in a standing position. One example is a postural platform for either the left or right foot having a bottom surface defining a reference plane, a top surface configured as a foot contact surface and a perimeter side wall between the bottom and top surfaces. The top surface of the postural platform is rotated about a first rotational axis parallel to the reference plane and rotated about a second rotational axis orthogonal to the reference plane. In another example, a system includes first and second postural platforms that are independent of one another. In other example, the device is a sandal, shoe, sneaker or any foot covering with a tops surface being at a complex angle to a bottom surface. The top surface is tiled downwardly either to the left or right and turned either counter-clockwise or clockwise based on whether it is a respective left or right postural platform.
Exercise bar
An exercise device includes a first exercise bar. The first exercise bar includes a first tube extending from a first end to a second end and defining a cavity, a first weight configured to be selectively received within the first cavity, and a first slow loading mechanism coupled to the first tube proximate the second end and configured to contact the first weight when the first weight is received by the first cavity to provide a friction force to the first weight to slow the loading of the first weight into the first cavity.
