Balance exercise device
A multi-purpose balance exercise device designed to be used in multiple positions and for diverse exercises. For example, various embodiments allow for the device to be used as an aerobic step device as well as the ability to easily adjust the device to various heights to easily decrease the level of difficulty of the device for use during various exercises. The balance exercise device can provide a plurality of handles and grab points both horizontally and vertically, which allow for an enhanced number of exercises or movements using either the top and/or bottom of the device. The exercise device includes a flexible bladder filled with air, other gases, or gels attached to a substantially rigid base. The base can include an interior within which features such as handles are disposed to provide a gripping or lifting exercise for which the balance exercise device can be used.
Apparatus and method for upright drumming and exercising
Aerobic and strength training percussion apparatus incorporating a specially designed bass drum with internal striking mechanism which is activated by such actions, but not limited to, the user jumping, walking, running, bouncing, dancing, or leaning atop it while simultaneously striking a plurality of smaller drums, mounted vertically on a frame, with specially weighted mallets. Apparatus can be utilized individually or in groups, either as an exercise device or a dedicated percussion instrument. Additionally, the base of the apparatus can be utilized as a percussion instrument, a percussion toy, and, when a multitude are place adjacent to one another, as a musical floor.
Block plate apparatus system and methods of using same
A block plate apparatus system, comprising: at least one block plate; a plurality of stackable blocks, wherein the at least block plate is fastened to the plurality of stackable blocks to form a unified stack. The block plate apparatus system is usable for making exercise more safe and efficient, for example by effectuating the movement of a plurality of stackable blocks as one unit.
Padded training board
A slant board device, formed of a base on the ground, and supporting a slanted top surface. The top surface has a pad and artificial grass. The top surface is used as a slant board for exercizing with cleats on.
Physical Training and Rehabilitation Device and Methods for Using Same
In one embodiment, a stepped pyramid structure includes a pair of opposing first steps, a pair of opposing second steps elevated above the pair of first steps, and a crowning portion elevated above the pair of second steps. The stepped pyramid structure can include a pair of extensions extending from opposing sides of the pyramid structure. The stepped pyramid structure is a symmetric structure useful for exercise and training. A method of using a stepped pyramid structure comprises the steps of: user placing pyramid structure about an arm's length away from a wall; user placing one foot on pyramid structure; user placing both hands on wall; user standing straight up with all the user's weight on pyramid structure; and user leaning slightly forward, while user's other foot remains on the floor and the user's hips shoulders, hips and ankle (of foot engaged with pyramid structure) in line with each other.
Exercise machine having elastic exercise resistance cables
An exercise machine includes an upright mounting assembly having a top and a bottom spaced-apart from the top. The exercise machine includes a seat operatively connected to the upright mounting assembly. The exercise machine includes a first pair of space-apart pulley assemblies rotatably mounted adjacent to the top of the upright mounting assembly. The exercise machine includes a second pair of spaced-apart pulley assemblies rotatably mounted adjacent to the bottom of the upright mounting assembly. The exercise machine includes a plurality of exercise resistance cables connected at proximal end portions to the upright mounting assembly and extending around and outward, respectively, from the first and second pairs of spaced-apart pulley assemblies.
STRENGTH TRAINING AND EXERCISE PLATFORM
An exercise device includes a base defining an inner volume and a top supported by the base, the top defining an aperture. The exercise device further includes a force sensor configured to measure force on the top and a motor disposed within the base and below the top, the motor including a cable extendable through the aperture. The exercise deice further includes a controller communicatively coupled to each of the force sensor and the motor. The controller is adapted to actuate the motor in response to forces applied to the top as measured by the force sensor. The controller may also actuate the motor in response to one or more additional parameters related to the speed or force with which the cable is manipulated (e.g., pulled by a user).
INFLATABLE PLYOMETRIC BOX
An inflatable plyometric box having a first inflatable member adapted to be inflated to a pressure, a second inflatable member on top of the first inflatable member and adapted to be inflated to a pressure, and a connecting member connected to the first inflatable member and the second inflatable member which secures the first inflatable member to the second inflatable member. The first and second inflatable members incorporate drop stitch technology which provides substantial rigidity to first and second inflatable members when the first and second inflatable members are inflated to the pressures. Thus the inflatable plyometric box is substantially rigid to support a user landing on the top of the inflatable plyometric box. The inflatable plyometric box may additionally include a stabilizing member which may be connected to the bottom of the inflatable plyometric box, wherein the stabilizing member is adapted to increase the stability of the inflatable plyometric box.
Physical training system and method
Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for providing a physical training routine for a user are disclosed. One such method may include displaying a visual indicator indicating a movement to be completed by the user and determining whether the user completes the movement. The methods also include recording one or more characteristics of the movement and providing feedback to the user based on the one or more characteristics.
Weighted yoga block with handle
A weighted yoga block with handle, the weighted yoga block with handle comprising: a base member; a first handle support member extending from the base member; a second handle support member extending from the base member; a handle connected to and rotatable with respect to the first and second handle support member; and the base member having an outer surface generally covered in a cushioned material. A carrying handle comprising: central handle; a first hook extending from the central handle, the first hook configured to hook under the handle of a first weighted yoga block with handle; a second hook extending from the central handle, the second hook configured to hook under the handle of a second weighted yoga block with handle. A weighted yoga block with handle system, the system comprising: a carrying handle, the carrying handle comprising: a first hook extending from the central handle, the first hook configured to hook under the handle of a first weighted yoga block with handle; a second hook extending from the central handle, the second hook configured to hook under the handle of a second weighted yoga block with handle; a first weighted yoga block with handle removeably attached to the first hook, the first weighted yoga block with handle comprising: a base member; a first handle support member extending from the base member; a second handle support member extending from the base member; a handle connected to and rotatable with respect to the first and second handle support member; and the base member having an outer surface generally covered in a cushioned material; a second weighted yoga block with handle removeably attached to the second hook, the second weighted yoga block with handle comprising: a base member; a first handle support member extending from the base member; a second handle support member extending from the base member; a handle connected to and rotatable with respect to the first and second handle support member; and the base member having an outer surface generally covered in a cushioned material.
