BODY TETHER APPARATUS
An exercise device consisting of a housing having a rope extending therethrough and wherein the rope is wound about a spool mounted on a driveshaft driven in a forward direction by a motor. The spool includes a one-way clutch for engaging the driveshaft in the forward direction and freely rotating on the driveshaft in the reverse direction. A distance sensor provides feedback upon the rope spooling out a certain distance. A recoil mechanism is coupled to the spool to rotate the spool in the reverse direction and rewind the rope.
Exercise machine support system
An exercise machine support system for providing increased versatility including inclination or declination of an exercise surface, a reduction in the overall length and width of the exercise machine, and an enhanced user interface which reduces the risk of injury. The exercise machine support system generally includes a cantilevered exercise machine which is adapted to have a variable angle of incline or decline with respect to a horizontal ground surface. The exercise machine will generally include a base and a support which extends between the base and the exercise machine. The upper end of the support is connected to the exercise machine by a first pivot such that the exercise machine pivots about the support. An adjustment device may be utilized to pivot the exercise machine and thus adjust its angle of incline. Various types of adjustment devices are disclosed, including an actuator, ratchet-and-pawl, gears, and cam.
Treadmill having auxiliary cushioning
A treadmill contains a body, a support assembly, a resistance unit, and a stop strap. The body includes a holder and a circular running belt. The support assembly includes multiple posts and two columns, wherein each column having a slidable space, and the slidable space having two first chutes. A resistance unit includes two sliding devices, two limitation structures, and a force exerting element. The respective sliding device has a slider and multiple first rollers. The respective limitation structure includes two cylinder units, a resilient unit, a first fixing unit, and a second fixing unit. The force exerting element has two connection rods connected on two ends thereof, and the respective connection rod of the force exerting element is coupled with the coupling portion of the slider of the respective sliding device.
UTILITY TRAINING FLOTATION VEST
Described is a utility training flotation vest designed for physical and leisure activities such as strength training, cardiovascular training, water activities, posture assistance, body building competitions and hiking. This invention is comprised of one or more connector strap to assemble and/or disassemble, sling band, chambers, storage compartment, loop, fastener, working strap, compressed lining, mesh and optional attachments, preferably to limb straps. The sling band comprising of at least one adjustable working strap to adjust the customized strength and/or length wherein can expand and return to the original length. The chambers and compartment are designed to comprise the sling bag and/or weighted objects.
ROTATIONAL EXERCISE MACHINE
A rotational exercise machine according to various embodiments includes an upper section that can pushed around a base section by a user using a handle attached to the upper section, such that the user is pushing along a circular path. The user may adjust the resistance against pushing the upper section about the base using a resistance adjustment knob. The knob in turn may be connected through a cable to a magnetic shoe including a number of substantially equally spaced magnets. The spacing of the magnets, and hence the resistance provided against the user pushing the upper section, may be adjusted by the resistance adjustment knob. The resistance of the magnetic shoe may be regulated using one or more gearing mechanisms to translate the number of revolutions of the upper section about the base section to a slower rotation of the magnetic shoe.
TRAINING BAG COMPRISING ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTS, DRAGGING SURFACE, WEIGHTED BAG AND COMPONENTS FOR PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
This disclosure describes a training bag apparatus including weights of the apparatus, one or more fixed and removable components. The training bag is adaptable for exercises wherein one or more fixed and removable elements is utilized as a slam bag, sled, backpack, weighted vest with adjustable internal weights to utilize individually or as an entire training system. The fixed and removable elements comprise of grips, adjustable straps, draggable surface, backpack straps, harness, connecting straps, adjustable internal straps with internal filler weights to use individually and/or as a complete set.
Resistance harness
A resistance harness that allows 360° of resistance around the body and in any plane of motion (sagittal, transverse, frontal, oblique). The strap design allows rings to slide from anterior to posterior or medial to lateral. The rings enable concentric, eccentric, or isometric resistance. This sliding ability allows for resistance to be constant in one direction or changeable. As the ring slides under tension, the muscular recruitment needed to resist will change as the force angle of the ring slides and changes position around the body.
STOWABLE WHEELED WEIGHT TRAINING SLED
A weight training sled and wall hanging bracket set for supporting the weight training sled in an elevated vertical stowage position. The push handles on the sled are pivotable as a unit about a laterally extending pivot axis as between an upward use position and a lowered stowage position extending towards the second longitudinal end of the chassis. The wall hanging bracket set includes an upper bracket for attachment to a vertical surface and supportively contact a second longitudinal end of the sled at two laterally spaced contact points, and a lower bracket for attachment to the vertical surface and supportively contact a first longitudinal end of the sled at a single contact point.
ADJUSTABLE RESISTANCE WEIGHT SLED WITH BIAS CORRECTION, WHEEL SKID CONTROL, AND OMNI-DIRECTIONAL MOTION
A weight sled that allows both linear and non-linear movements such that resistance training can be performed in the frontal, sagittal, and combined frontal/sagittal planes, and which allows easy movement for transportation, storage, and retrieval from storage. The weight sled uses one or more swiveling, pivoting, or omni-directional wheels that allow all or a portion of the sled to be moved laterally. The addition of wheel configurations allowing of lateral movement of all of, or a portion of, the weight sled greatly expands the utility of weight sleds because movement in any direction can be trained, whether in the sagittal body plane (forward/backward movements), the frontal body plane (lateral movements), or a combination of the two. Additionally, the plurality of wheel configurations allows for a variety of storage arrangements.
Weight training device that can be transformed into a hand truck
Disclosed is a weight training device that can be transformed into a hand truck. The device includes a main frame, two first wheels, a second wheel, two first installing tubes, two second installing tubes and two operating parts, wherein the main frame is used for loading at least one heavy object. Each wheel is fitted on the main frame in a rotational manner, so that the main frame can be moved through the rolling of the wheels. Each of the first installing tubes are opposite each other and respectively extends upward. Each of the second installing tubes are opposite each other and respectively extend away from the main frame. Each of the operating parts are opposite each other in the lateral direction and are respectively and selectively configured on each of the first or each of the second installing tubes, so as to shift the operating mode of weight training.
