WEIGHT LIFTING BAR
A weight lifting bar, such as a pull-up bar is provided. The pull-up bar may be wall-mounted or utilized with a power rack. The bar includes a cylindrical bar, which is typically made of steel. The bar further includes a sand-blasted finish applied to the cylindrical bar. The sand-blasted finish creates a layer over at least a portion of the cylindrical bar.
SUSPENSION SYSTEM
The suspension system disclosed may be used to provide anti-gravity or pro-gravity affects to aid in exercise and rehabilitation. The system includes a frame assembly which supports an elastic cord. The elastic cord supports a portion of the weight of the user and exerts upward or downward pressure on the user to reduce or enhance the user's weight. The elastic is configured to equalize the forces on the system and permit free movement of the user while reducing or enhancing the user's weight. The system may be used by itself or with a number of different exercises and equipment.
Portable Anchor Apparatus for Resistance Exercises
The present disclosure provides a portable anchor system comprised of a modular and foldable frame structure which folds down to a compact shape having a storage compartment with a pair of wheels. When unfolded for use, the anchor system is shaped such that a user's weight always provides a counterbalance to forces exerted during exercise, removing the need for added weight or a structure to affix the anchor system to. The standalone apparatus provides a wide variety of horizontal, vertical, and ground level anchor points and has horizontal bars which can be mounted at different vertical heights to suit a user's needs for various exercises. The storage compartment is used to store exercise apparatus as well as pieces for the portable anchor system. A kit is also provided herein, the kit comprising the anchor system, a novel resistance band apparatus, and one or more items capable of being stored within the storage compartment.
Multi-purpose exercise device
In one example, an exercise apparatus comprises: a shaft; a roller wheel mounted on and rotatable around the shaft; a first pair of gripping members formed on two opposite ends of the shaft; a second pair of gripping members, each of the second pair of gripping members being formed on the shaft between one of the first pair of gripping members and the roller wheel; and a wall-mounting device connected to the shaft, the wall-mounting device being configured to be mounted on a wall above a top portion of a door frame to suspend the second pair of gripping members and the roller wheel in a space below the top portion of the door frame while the first pair of gripping members is in contact with two side portions of the door frame.
CONTAINERIZED EXERCISE EQUIPMENT SYSTEM
A containerized fitness system for easy transportation and deployment. A shipping container includes a series of brackets mounted to the roof to provide receiving slots for accepting the flange of a series of corresponding support arms. The flange of each arm includes a pair of spring loaded pop pins that can extend through a pair of holes in the bracket when the flange of the arm is inserted into the slot of the bracket, and that can be manually release to allow for quick disconnection of the support art from the bracket. The other end of the arms may be connected to uprights positioned around the container to provide multiple attachment points for fitness equipment.
EXERCISE EQUIPMENT FOR BACK
A back exercise equipment includes a support frame seated on the bottom surface, a body frame connected to the support frame to form a support structure, a rotating part rotatably mounted to the body frame, a grip part connected to one end of the rotating part and providing a space for the user to grip, a lifting part that is connected to the other end of the rotating part, moves up and down being interlocked with the rotation of the rotating unit and provides a space in which a plate is mounted, and a seating part connected to the support frame and disposed in front of the body frame to provide a space in which the user can sit.
WORKOUT PLATFORM
An exercise equipment having a sleeved hinge bar that interconnects a pair of scissor legs so that they move, in unison, between a closed position/collapsed condition and an open position/expanded condition supporting the sleeved hinge bar along and elevated above a supporting surface. Each pair of legs has a front leg and a rear leg. The rear legs interconnect along their distal ends by a rear support bar. A base platform may be pivotably connected to the rear support bar by hinge straps so that the base platform moves between a vertical position in the collapse condition and a horizontal position in the expanded position so that a user may be supported by the base platform during exercise routines that rely on engaging the front legs.
FITNESS EQUIPMENT, IN PARTICULAR WEIGHT BENCH
The invention relates to a fitness equipment, in particular to a weight bench. The structure of the weight bench allows for a stable horizontal and vertical positioning of the weight bench. In a horizontal position, the weight bench can be used for exercises weights. In a vertical position, the weight bench can be used for pull-up exercises.
Hyperthermic conditioning capsule
A self-contained, hyperthermic conditioning unit and selectively controllable environment for exercising. The unit comprises a base portion having a bed therein and a removable cover connected to the base portion to enclose a personal compartment within the unit. One or more heating elements provide heat to the personal compartment and one more pieces of physical exercise equipment are provided within the personal compartment.
Neuromuscular activation vertical exercise device and method
A vertical exercise device for triggering sympathetic and/or parasympathetic system responses comprising at least one foot support and a handlebar assembly. The foot support(s) may have a support surface configured to contact the entire ball of a user's foot during use, which may be inclined at an angle and substantially flat. The handlebar assembly may have at least an upper handle configuration and a lower handle configuration, and be adapted to keep a user's wrist within a safe range of motion during use. The positioning and orientation of foot support(s) and the handlebar assembly may each be independently adjustable in various aspects, such as horizontal and vertical displacement, rotation, tilt, angle, etc. The angle and depth of the support surface may each be independently adjustable. A horizontal vibration system may move one or more components of the device along the horizontal plane. Handlebars may have thumb plates to restrict grip.
