A training device, including a frame having an interior opening and a support, a piece of conditioning equipment supported on the frame by the support, a resistance harness coupled to the frame, the resistance harness has a portion attachable to a user, and a cardiovascular exercise machine within the interior opening of the frame.

Strength exercise mechanisms

A treadmill includes a frame, an exercise deck attached to the frame, and a first handle movably attached to the frame. The first handle has a first orientation where the first handle is positioned within a region above the exercise deck and stabilized to support a user's weight during a body weight exercise, and a second orientation where the first handle is positioned away from the region above the exercise deck.

EXERCISE DEVICE WITH A PAIR OF HANDGRIP ASSEMBLIES

The present disclosure relates to a modular strap-based exercise apparatus, kit, and method of use thereof, and more particularly to an apparatus, kit, and method for modularly connecting components of a strap-based exercise device. In an embodiment, the strap-based exercise apparatus includes one or more infinity loops configured to attach various portions of the exercise apparatus together. The exercise apparatus may be provided as a kit including an elongated member, a grip assembly, and one or more mechanisms for adjusting the length of a strap and connecting straps together.

Strength exercise mechanisms

A treadmill including a frame, an exercise deck attached to the frame, and a first push-up handle attached to the frame and elevated over the exercise deck.

Training apparatus

Training apparatus 1 includes exercise equipment 3, 4 mounted to a side surface 8a or a roof 19 of a land vehicle or for mounting to a surface such as a wall of a building or ship. The exercise equipment includes a support structure which is attached to the surface 8a or roof 19. In some embodiments the support structure is manoeuvrable by pivoting with respect to the surface or roof, whilst remaining attached thereto, between a stowed condition and an exercising condition.

Brace with strap device for exercising stability muscles
10933274 · 2021-03-02 ·

Embodiments of the present invention are drawn to an exercise device generally having a strap, a brace, and a ring. The brace includes four finger straps and a thumb strap for looping around and gripping a user's fingers and thumbs, respectively. When the exercise device is used while exercising, the force applied to the brace is evenly distributed to stretch and strengthen the user's hands. A key benefit of the exercise device is activating stabilizing muscles of the hands and arms. This promotes better form and technique during lifting, which translates into heavier weight lifted and fewer injuries.

Multi-purpose adjustable-incline climbing wall

Embodiments of the present invention are directed to an adjustable-incline climbing wall. The climbing wall includes one or more climbing panels supported by a frame and a system for adjusting the incline of the frame to provide a climbing wall of a desired incline. The incline of the climbing wall may be adjusted by activating an actuator, which extends the upper portion of the frame a distance from a support wall, tilting the climbing wall to a desired incline. When the climbing wall is substantially vertically oriented, the system for adjusting the incline of the climbing wall may extend only a small distance from the support wall so that the adjustable-incline climbing wall has a relatively small footprint. In some embodiments, the climbing wall may also include one or more fitness accessories that can be brought to an optimal height for a particular user through adjustment of the climbing wall incline.

Weight rack and shelf

A shelf is configured for use with a weight rack including first and second vertical members extending generally parallel to each other and positioned in spaced relation to each other. The shelf supports one or more free weights and has first and second opposed ends and front and rear sides extending between the ends, where the first end of the shelf is connected to the first vertical member and the second end of the shelf is connected to the second vertical member, such that the first and second vertical members support the entire weight of the shelf. The shelf may include a rotation limiting structure to limit rotation of the shelf with respect to the vertical members. A weight rack may be outfitted with one or more such shelves, and in one configuration, the weight rack may include a number (N) of adjacent shelf stacks supported by number (N+1) of vertical members.

Folding exercise rack system

A folding exercise rack system for providing an exercise rack that may be easily and compactly stored when not in use. The folding exercise rack generally includes a plurality of extension members pivotably connected to wall-connected mounting brackets. Upright support members connected to the extension members support a barbell and exercise bar. The exercise rack is pivotable from an extended exercise position into a plurality of selectable compact storage positions substantially parallel with and closely adjacent to the wall. The mounting brackets include a plurality of selectable connection points to determine how much space is present between the wall and exercise rack in the storage positions. One connection point allows a retractable exercise bench to be stored in the space between the wall and exercise rack. Mechanisms are provided for locking the exercise rack in a plurality of selected positions.
