Weight lift assembly
A weight lift assembly for holding a weight includes a base member comprising an upper surface and a lower surface and a strap forming a first loop at a first end of the base member and a second loop formed at the second end of the base member. The first loop and the second loop are spaced apart by a gap. A securing member is releasably coupled to the base member in the gap between the first loop and the second loop to receive and releasably secure a weight to the upper surface of the base member.
Strength Training Apparatus
Embodiments of a strength training apparatus and related methods are provided. In one embodiment, a strength training apparatus may include a tower, a first arm and a second arm each pivotally coupled with the tower and each being configured to be selectively positionable independent of each other at multiple angles relative to each other, a first pulley coupled to an end of the first arm, a first cable extending through the first arm and the first pulley, a second pulley coupled to an end of the second arm, a second cable extending through the second arm and the second pulley, a magnetic mechanism coupled to the first cable and the second cable and configured to provide multiple levels of resistance to a user pulling on the first cable and/or the second cable, and a control panel located on the tower.
MOTOR-DRIVEN VARIABLE WEIGHT EXERCISE DEVICE WITH MODULAR CHASSIS BODY
The invention herein relates to a variable weight exercise machine comprising a motor driven carriage assembly that moves along a linear path creating a variable resistant force against which the user exerts an opposite force. The chassis body and frame of said device may be positioned horizontally or vertically, and having a design that can be modularly configured in coordination with accessory elements to achieve a variety of concentric or eccentric exercise movements.
Exercise apparatus having a stair and slide assembly
A stair and slide assembly includes a stair portion including a plurality of stairs, a slide portion including a slide with an entrance and an exit, and an assist bar positioned proximate the exit of the slide to assist a user with pivoting from the exit of the slide to the stair portion. The slide has a first portion extending substantially linearly from the entrance of the slide at an angle and a second portion extending from the first portion to the exit of the slide. The second portion transitions the slide from the angle of the first portion to substantially horizontal. The exit of the slide is configured to be positioned at a target height above a ground surface. The target height is between about 18 inches and about 30 inches.
Dip bar for a power cage
A dip bar that has a frame for securing the dip bar on a power cage. The dip bar wraps partially around the frame to provide multiple locations to grasp the dip bar and provides different spacing from the power cage uprights or stanchions. The frame of the dip bar has a rod, post or tube the passes through cage frame to prevent the dip bar from sliding on the power cage. A pin with a spring-loaded ball prevents the frame from sliding out of engagement in the power cage. The pin is placed through the frame where the spring-loaded ball extends to retain the pin and the frame on the power cage. The dip bar is positionable at different heights and orientations on a power cage to perform different types of exercises with the same dip bar(s).
Exercise machine
The present invention relates to a multi-gym machine which enables a user to perform a plurality of different exercises for the whole body. More specifically the present invention relates specifically to a power tower machine in which the user utilizes a combination of the user body weight (calisthenics) in addition to variable elastic bands to provide additional assistance or resistance. This advanced power tower hereby disclosed incorporates an arrangement of multiple handles, various pulleys, elastic cables and steel wire connected to a special waist belt to be put on by the user. The elastic cables depending on their anchor points either from the top or the bottom pulley, generates assistance or resistance to the user respectively for the specific workout. A set of sensors, processor and Bluetooth transmission unit is integrated on the power tower to process, transmit, process and manage several workouts performance indicators via a dedicated mobile application offering a virtual coaching capabilities. Also with internet connection, the mobile application offers an IoT (Internet of Things) concept enable virtual competition with other users using the same machine and mobile application.
PERSONALIZABLE MODULAR FITNESS AREA
Disclosed is a reversibly installable modular fitness area including a plurality of modules, variously assemblage due to common stable and reversible connection system, which when joined together give rise to stage-like structures, each of which including one or more equipment pieces for carrying out fitness exercises. Especially opposite support modules have slingshot arm shape, and each of the stages is equipped with a display illustrating how to perform the exercise.
DUAL AND SOLO EXERCISE APPARATUS
A modular exercise apparatus includes internally threaded cross bars the ends of which are fitted with L-shaped mounting brackets secured in position between a pair of vertical frames by opposing manually threaded mounting bolts passing through aligned apertures in the frames and into the ends of the cross bars, the frames further stabilized by at least one U-shaped flanged supporting member secured to a base member of the frame by a threaded mounting bolt, so that the apparatus can be quickly and securely assembled without the use of tools to form a variable yet stable configuration that allows one or two users to execute a wide variety of vigorous bodyweight exercises, and can be easily disassembled to assume a compact configuration for storage, e.g., in a closet or beneath a bed. In an alternative configuration for solo use, the principal frame members of the apparatus are reduced in length and thereby in weight facilitating ease of movement of the assembled unit, as well as the disposition of the separate frame members, e.g., for storage.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING EQUIPMENT WITH MULTIPLE MOVEMENT PLANES FOR BACK EXERCISES
A back exercise machine includes: a resistance element; a user support; a first movement element, the first movement element having: a column; and a first connecting element having a pivot point such that the user support is able to pivot about a first axis associated with the first connecting element, wherein the first connecting element is movably coupled to the column such that the first connecting element is able to move along a path defined by the column; and a second movement element, the second movement element having: a rail; and a second connecting element having a pivot point such that the user support is able to pivot about a second axis associated with the second connecting element, wherein the second connecting element is movably coupled to the rail such that the second connecting element is able to move along a path defined by the rail.
Strength training apparatus
