Fitness Device And Exercise Method For Generating Opposing Muscle Resistance
A fitness device contains a strap, a handle, and a plate. The strap is substantially inelastic and flexible. The plate is substantially rigid. The handle at least partially envelopes the strap. A method of exercising with such a fitness device is also described herein. Other fitness devices and other methods of use are also described herein.
Collapsible free standing exercise apparatus
A collapsible free standing exercise apparatus for performing multiple body weight exercises is disclosed. The collapsible free standing exercise apparatus comprises a pair of hollow vertical bars separated at a predetermined distance via a connector bar assembly removably fastened at a lower portion of each hollow vertical bar. A first handle bar is removably fastened to each vertex joint on each pair of hollow vertical bars and a second handle assembly removably fastened between each pair of hollow vertical bars at a predetermined position via a support section disposed at distal ends of the second handle bar. A method of fixing the collapsible free standing exercise apparatus for use is also disclosed.
Rebound and balance training device
A rebound and balance training device includes a frame, a footboard, a carrier for the footboard and a plurality of resilient spring elements extending between and attached to the frame and the carrier to support the footboard above a supporting surface. A user standing on the footboard manually effects repeated vertical bouncing movement between upper and lower positions. The distance traveled by the footboard, the effort required to effect movement, and the stability thereof may be modified by selectively modifying the number, the length, the position, or the elasticity of the resilient elements. In one embodiment, a pair of footboards is employed to simulate skiing movements.
Storable exerciser device
An exerciser device comprising a telescopically deployed vertically oriented tower, a telescopically deployed horizontally oriented corridor and a housing provided at a bottom end of the telescopically deployed vertically oriented tower, wherein the housing is adapted to provide a neatly configured storage medium of the exerciser device, while further providing a support base for the deployment of the vertically oriented tower and a means for a controlled deployment of the horizontally oriented corridor.
EXERCISE DEVICE
An apparatus for suspension training may include at least one supporting strap and at least one moveable handle, wherein the moveable handle further includes a first and second end and the first and second ends further include an engageable locking means and the engageable locking means are in communication with the support strap. In this way the position of the moveable handles may be easily adjusted, increasing the convenience of moving the moveable handles to undertake different exercises using the training or exercise device.
Collapsible Exercise Assembly
A collapsible exercise assembly for performing dip exercises includes a pair of uprights that may each be vertically oriented on a support surface. Each of the uprights may be gripped thereby facilitating dip exercises to be performed. A folding unit is coupled between the pair of uprights. The folding unit is selectively positioned in a deployed position having the uprights being spaced a selected distance apart from each other. The folding unit is selectively positioned in a folded position having each of the uprights being spaced a minimum distance apart from each other.
Hitch mountable workout apparatus
A hitch mountable workout apparatus for providing a portable sturdy workout apparatus includes a hitch mount having a hitch end and a shaft end. The hitch end selectively engages a trailer hitch. A vertical main shaft has a shaft back side attached to the shaft end of the hitch mount, a shaft front side, a shaft left side, a shaft right side, a shaft top end, and a shaft bottom end. A bottom support has a support tube slidably engaged within the shaft bottom end and a support foot coupled to the support tube. The bottom support is adjustable to rest the support foot on the ground while the hitch mount is engaged with the trailer hitch. A pull-up bar has pull-up tube slidably engaged within the shaft top end, a cantilever coupled to the pull-up tube, and a crossbar coupled to the pull-up tube.
Exercise device
An exercise device is provided including a vertical support tube, base section, middle section, back support section, and upper section. The base section may include a base brace attachable to the vertical support tube, a base mounting plate attachable to the base brace, and legs. The middle section may removably attach to the vertical support tube and provide front bars and arm supports. The back support section may provide an adjustable back support pad. The upper section may provide one or more upper handles that may rotated between raised and collapsed configurations. The legs, the front bars, and the arm supports are rotatable to at least a down position and an up position.
HANDSTAND PUSH-UP EXERCISE DEVICE
An exercise device for assistance with handstand push-ups is disclosed. The device may include a base, a support bar attachment mechanism removeably coupled to the base, and a support bar coupled to the support bar attachment mechanism.
Storable exerciser device
An exerciser device comprising a telescopically deployed vertically oriented tower, a telescopically deployed horizontally oriented corridor and a housing provided at a bottom end of the telescopically deployed vertically oriented tower, wherein the housing is adapted to provide a neatly configured storage medium of the exerciser device, whilst further providing a support base for the deployment of the vertically oriented tower and a means for a controlled deployment of the horizontally oriented corridor.
