Self-supporting muscular training apparatus convertible between a storage position and a working position
A muscular training apparatus to present muscular training accessories. The muscular training apparatus has a bottom part including a central panel and two lateral panels on each side of the central panel. The two lateral panels are installed free to pivot about the central panel. The apparatus can be converted between at least one working position and one storage position. In a working position, the lateral panels are unfolded at the sides of the central panel to form a self-supporting structure. In the storage position, the lateral panels are folded adjacent to the central panel. The bottom part further includes a locking element to secure the self-supporting structure in the working position of the apparatus.
Convertible conversion table exerciser
A convertible exercising inversion table having a main support frame with an inversion table pivotally mounted there between. Multiple exercise station receiving supports provided on the support frame and inversion table for sequential selective insertion of independent repositional user engagement gripping bars for different user exercises.
FLIP AND DIP HANDLE SYSTEM FOR PERFORMING DIP EXERCISES ON AN EXERCISE MACHINE
An exercise machine for performing dip exercises, having: a stationary main frame; first and second mounting brackets connected to the stationary main frame; first and second dip handle assemblies connected to the mounting brackets, each dip handle assembly having a first exercise arm, a first stop plate, and a first arm mount hub, wherein the first and second dip handle assemblies are each configured to be converted between an exercise position and a storage position while connected to the exercise machine.
Heart shaped exercise device
A method and apparatus for performing individual or group exercises with a heart-shaped exercise device are disclosed. The device includes a heart-shaped body and two or more handles. In some embodiments, the two or more handles form a generally concave surface. The heart-shaped body further includes a tail, which may form a generally concave surface in a direction opposite the handles. The heart-shape body include two lobes that direct movement, whether being used with one or two hands or with one user, partners, or in a group. In some embodiments, the center of gravity is asymmetric with respect to latitudinal axis. In some embodiments, the heart-shaped device is configured to stably rest on a surface.
Convertible bench and upright stabilizing support
An exercise machine for performing a variety of different exercise routines includes a rotating arm assembly and a swing-away workout station. The workout station may include a bench seat and a stabilizing support, and may be adjusted to provide for a number of different configurations. For example, the bench seat and the stabilizing support may pivot forward and backward, and the stabilizing support may extend upward and downward for supporting the user's body in different positions, while performing different exercise routines.
Assisted chin/dip exercise apparatus with adjustable chin-up/pull-up handles
An assisted chin/dip exercise apparatus has a main frame and an assist or foot bar pivotally mounted on the frame and linked to a weight stack or resistance for assisting a user standing on the foot bar during performance of chin and dip exercises. The main frame has a first, overhead handle assembly and a second, dip handle assembly below the first handle assembly. The first handle assembly includes a pair of adjustably mounted handles freely pivotable between a first, chin-up position in which the handles extend towards one another at a rearward angle with a small spacing between the handles and a second, pull-up position in which the handles extend in a forward direction and are spaced apart by a larger spacing sufficient to provide head clearance for a user stepping onto the foot bar or while performing a dip exercise.
Core training bench
An improved exercise bench for effectively and efficiently training the core portion of the user's body. The core training bench comprises a bench having an upper section and a separate lower section, a frame for supporting the bench above a surface, leg members interconnecting the frame and the bench and pivoting mechanisms interconnecting the leg members and the bench or the frame to allow the sections of the bench to pivot or tilt relative to the leg members. In the preferred embodiment, the upper section is able to pivot independent of the pivoting lower section so the user can place the bench in any one of a plurality of different tilt positions so he or she may selectively exercise different muscle groups at his or her core. The core training bench can include an oblique stand, grip bar, tension cable hooks and/or a removable section for an AB ball.
Exercise apparatus
An exercise apparatus has a base, a first vertical support and a second vertical support. The base has at least one horizontal support. The at least one horizontal support has a first end and a second end. First vertical support and second vertical support each have two vertical members spaced from each other and connected to a bottom support. The bottom support of the first vertical support is attached to the first end of the at least one horizontal support of the base and the bottom support of the second vertical support is attached to the second end of the at least one horizontal support of the base. The first vertical support and the second vertical support are opposite each other. At least one anchor is positioned on each of the vertical supports for removably connecting a resistance band to each of the vertical supports.
DEVICE FOR MOUNTING ACCESSORIES TO GYM RIGGING IMPLEMENTS
An accessory bracket is described for weight lifting accessories and/or fitness accessories which may be able to fit onto each of the three common sizes of gym rigging implements without alterations. The accessory bracket may be able to hold the accessories rigidly and strongly even with the application of forces from all directions, including upwards. Gym rigging may be perforated with a number of holes that may be used for attaching the accessory bracket. These holes are often as close to each other to allow for a great deal of adjustability in the height of accessories which may be mounted to the gym rigging implement. The diameter of the perforations are sized so that a quick detach pin can go through the perforations and through corresponding holes in the bracket to secure the bracket, and any attached accessory, to the gym rigging implement.
