Exercise equipment and method of using the same
An exercise device for performing incline push-ups includes a base and a pair of upright frame members connected at their bottoms to the base. The exercise device includes a pair of bar support assemblies that movably travel along the upright frame members. Each bar support assembly includes a hollow base sleeve that surrounds one upright frame member and an arm that extends outwardly from the hollow base sleeve at an angle. The arm has a plurality of spaced notches formed therein. The bar support assembly includes an insert that slidingly travels within the hollow interior of the arm. The insert is biased by a biasing element that is disposed between the arm and the insert and the insert is biased in a direction toward the hollow base sleeve. The bar support assembly further includes a plurality of lock pieces that are pivotally attached to both the arm and the insert. Each lock piece is disposed at least partially within one respective notch of the arm and movable between an unlocked position and a locked position.
Maximum push-up exercise machine
A maximum push-up exercise machine for various push-up exercises in the prone position on a platform with added resistance. An embodiment of the device includes a cable-pulley weight stack system housing with a cable-pulley weight stack system that is welded, bolted, or connected in any manner to the platform. The configuration of the cable-pulley weight stack system may be in any manner such that a cable thimble is positioned midpoint of the platform. The cable thimble is configured to connect to receive a snap link hook suspended from a harness or belt worn by a user, connect to a single cable handle attachment, and connect to a push-up bar via a push-up bar cable connector.
SELECTIVELY MOBILE EXERCISE APPARATUS, METHODS AND SYSTEMS
Selectively mobile exercise apparatus which not only offers a dynamic air surface or hard non-dynamic surface. A set of mobility means, such as wheels with 360 degree free rotation in every direction, can be selectively engaged or disengaged depending on the level of mobility which the user desires and/or the exercises they wish perform. In addition to providing a selectively mobile balance trainer such exercise apparatus can have retractable handles which allows the user to engage or disengage such handles depending on the intended use of the selectively mobile exercise device. Such selectively mobile exercise apparatus can be used in combination with resistance bands, weights, medicine balls, and/or multiple such selectively mobile exercise apparatus to provide a multitude of exercise capability.
Unsupported pelvic / spine, third class lever exercise system and method
The invention is embodied in an exercise system that can allow its user to counterbalance the effects associated with a predominantly sedentary lifestyle though a fitness device that comprises a combination of (a) supporting the lower body in a manner that permits a user's upper body to act as a third class lever with the user's hips operating as fulcrum and (b) engaging in resistance exercises with the upper body in a horizontal position, unsupported above the greater trochanter.
FOLDABLE PUSH-UP BOARD
A foldable push-up board includes a base plate, two handles that are each detachably fixed to the base plate, and at least one anti-slip plug detachably fixed to the base plate, the bottom portion of the anti-slip plug protruding from the bottom-facing surface of the base plate. The base plate has a first plate portion, a second plate portion, and a hinge connecting the first plate portion and the second plate portion. Each handle has a U-shaped connecting section having protruding posts configured to be detachably fixed to the base plate, and a holding section that closes an opening of the U-shaped connecting section.
Elbow planche support
A portable exercise device for performing an elbow planche and other gymnastics and calisthenics holding poses. The portable elbow planche support has a pair of geometrical structures connected with articulating joints, supported by a plurality of feet. In one example embodiment, the geometrical structures are trapezoids. The elbow planche support is selectively assembled and disassembled, the feet and the articulating joints are removable for ease of storage, and the elbow planche support folds. In another example embodiment, the elbow planche support is a unitary device.
STRENGTH TRAINING AND EXERCISE PLATFORM
An exercise device includes a base defining an inner volume and a top supported by the base, the top defining an aperture. The exercise device further includes a force sensor configured to measure force on the top and a motor disposed within the base and below the top, the motor including a cable extendable through the aperture. The exercise deice further includes a controller communicatively coupled to each of the force sensor and the motor. The controller is adapted to actuate the motor in response to forces applied to the top as measured by the force sensor. The controller may also actuate the motor in response to one or more additional parameters related to the speed or force with which the cable is manipulated (e.g., pulled by a user).
Universal Fitness Device
The invention relates to a fitness device (100) for the practice of fitness exercises, with at least two front limbs (1a, 1b) and with at least two rear limbs (2a, 2b), which are each connected to one another in an upper end area (oEb) with connecting joints (3a, 3b) and with at least one connecting or horizontal bar (4), and the fitness device (100) comprising at least two fixing holders (9a, 9b), by means of which in each case one of the front limbs (1a, 1b) is connectable to in each case one of the rear limbs (2a, 2b) in such a way that a fixed operating position (Bp) of the fitness device (100) is produced at at least one predetermined spread angle (Sw) between the front limbs (1a, 1b) and the rear limbs (2a, 2b).
MULTI-FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE DEVICE
A multi-functional exercise device that enables a user to exercise different muscle groups. The exercise device has a first planar support member, a second planar support member extending from the first planar support member, and a handle having a first end coupled to the first planar support member, a second end coupled to the second planar support member, and a gripping portion therebetween. The gripping portion of the handle is oriented generally parallel to the first planar support member and generally perpendicular to the second planar support member. The exercise device also includes a first plurality of rotatable components engaging the first planar support member and adapted to rotate relative thereto, and a second plurality of rotatable components engaging the second planar support member and adapted to rotate relative thereto. The rotatable elements may comprise spheres.
BOTH SIDES UTILIZED BALL
Disclosed herein is a both sides utilized (BOSU) ball. The BOSU ball includes a main body and a vibration assembly. The main body is elastic, and the main body is capable of deforming when subjected to an external force and returning to an original shape when the external force is removed. The main body is configured to interact with a user to assist the user to exercise. The vibration assembly is connected to the main body, and the vibration assembly is configured to vibrate the main body to relax the user.
