A multifunctional abdominal exercise wheel with a pulling rope includes a first wheel assembly. The first wheel assembly includes a first main support, a first main wheel, a chassis cap and a first sucking disc. An end of the first main support is detachably connected to the first main wheel. The chassis cap is connected to the first main wheel by a bearing. The first sucking disc is connected to the chassis cap by a sucking disc support, and a sucking disc spring is arranged between the sucking disc support and the chassis cap. Another end of the first main support is disposed with a first beam, and the first beam is perpendicularly connected to the first main support. The multifunctional abdominal exercise wheel may have advantages of reasonable structure, multiple functions, high utilization, easy to carry, and being capable of meeting various occasions for fitness at any time.
Convertible furniture
Various embodiments of convertible furniture are disclosed. The convertible furniture can have one or more benches with one or more platforms. The convertible furniture can have a work mode and an exercise mode. In the work mode, the convertible furniture can be configured to function as a workstation and/or work cubicle for an office worker, or furniture items in a home or office. In the exercise mode, the convertible furniture can be converted to a substantially flat work-out surface formed by surfaces of the benches and platforms. The workout surface can be configured for exercising, such as stretching, yoga, Pilates, and/or otherwise. In some embodiments, the work-out surface is adapted to receive, support, and configure a variety of exercise equipment attachment assemblies and related exercise related items.

The present invention relates to a gymnastic machine (M) for carrying out strength exercises by a user comprising a support frame (1), at least one arm (2), movable with respect to said support frame (1), to carry out a gymnastic exercise by said user, wherein said at least one arm (2) comprises a first end (21), rotatably coupled with said support frame (1), and wherein on said at least one arm (2) a plurality of weights (7) can be removably applied, at least one detecting system (S) for detecting the displacement of said at least one arm (2) with respect to said support frame (1), comprising at least one magnetic element (12), at least one magnetic sensor (11), for detecting the magnetic field generated by said magnetic element (12), capable of generating an electric signal related to said detected magnetic field, and a control logic unit (13), operatively connected to said magnetic sensor (11), for acquiring and processing said electric signal related to said detected magnetic field. The present invention also relates to a system (S) applicable to said exercise machine (M). The present invention also relates to a method of operation of said exercise machine (M).

One embodiment of a maximum push-up exercise machine (100) for various push-up exercises in the prone position on a platform (108) with weights having a cable-pulley weight stack system housing (102) with a cable-pulley weight stack system (104) that is welded, bolted, or connected in any manner to said platform. The configuration of the cable-pulley weight stack system may be in any manner such that a cable thimble (110) is positioned midpoint of the platform. The cable thimble is configured to receive snap link hook from a chain (150) suspended from a harness or belt (146) worn by a user (106), connect to a single cable handle attachment (148), and connect to a push-up bar (138) via a push-up bar cable connector (140).
BALANCING PUSH UP BAR
