Free-standing fitness device
The present invention relates to an improved fitness device; specifically, the present invention relates to a stationary fitness machine designed to strengthen multiple muscle groups including the abdominal, chest, intercoastal, latissimus dorsi, rhomboid, deltoid, bicep, forearm, oblique and gluteus maximus muscles using a unique, advanced, combined pull-up, fly movement.
REHABILITATION TRAINING APPARATUS
Disclosed is a rehabilitation training apparatus including a pair of first tracks that are arranged in parallel at an interval, a second track that is perpendicular to the pair of first tracks and is movably connected to the pair of first tracks, a hand holder that is movably provided in the second track and on which a hand of the user is held, a holder driving unit that reciprocally moves the hand holder along the second track, and a track driving unit that reciprocally moves the second track along the pair of first tracks.
Chair-based workout apparatus and methods
A workout system is provided that includes a piece of furniture having at least a backrest and a seat. A chair workout machine is provided coupled to the piece of furniture. The chair workout machine includes a support frame coupled to at least one structure of the piece of furniture. At least one rotatable arm is rotatably attached to the support frame. One or more resistance elements are coupled to the at least one rotatable arm, where the resistance elements arranged to provide resistance to movement by at least one body part of a user.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A USER'S BREATHING DURING A WORKOUT WITH AN EXERCISE MACHINE AND EXERCISE MACHINE THEREOF
A method for controlling breathing of a user during workout with an exercise machine is provided. The method includes acquiring, by a data processing unit of the exercise machine, at least one parameter representative of a physical exercise being performed by the user with the exercise machine, determining, by the data processing unit of the exercise machine, an indication of the breathing to be followed by the user while performing the physical exercise based on the acquired at least one parameter representative of the physical exercise, and providing the user, by the data processing unit of the exercise machine, with the determined indication of breathing. An exercise machine implementing the method for controlling breathing of the user during workout is also provided.
RESISTANCE TRAINING DEVICE AND METHOD
A method for use with a physical training device is provided. The device including an elastic resistance strap having first and second handles. The method includes pulling at least one of the first and second handles to generate force on a target muscle group through resistance training. The method also includes pulling the at least one of the first and second handles to generate anaerobic and aerobic muscle activity within the target muscle group through cardiovascular interval training.
Exercise bar
An exercise bar having a frame and a pair of rails positioned interiorly of the ends of a frame. A pair of moveable handles engaged with and mounted upon the rails. The moveable handles have a user grip. A pair of spring assemblies is located at each end of the frame and attached therein between and to the frame and one end of each respective moveable handle. During exercise, a user place weights on the outer ends of the frame and may then move the exercise bar in a general vertical swinging motion up or down, similar to existing barbells, and add additional stress via a compound movement by moving the handles in towards the center of the load and concurrently handle towards the center of the exercise bar to produce a transverse stress upon the user and user's musculature.
Hand-held exercise free weights
Various hand-held exercise weights are configured to fit comfortably in a person's hand. Some embodiments define a circular loop about a central opening. Some embodiments have first and second segments that change in girth as a function of distance from a juncture defined therebetween. Some of the embodiments have handgrips of different shapes.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A CONTROL INTERFACE OF AN EXERCISE MACHINE DURING THE ENJOY OF A MULTIMEDIA CONTENT AND RELATED MACHINE
A method for controlling a control interface of an exercise machine during the enjoy of a multimedia content includes providing a multimedia content of a personal trainer preparatory to performing a set workout program on the exercise machine, usable through the control interface; associating configuration instructions of the exercise machine with the multimedia content readable by a data processing unit of the exercise machine, synchronized with playing of the multimedia content; during the enjoy of the multimedia content, if a playing time instant falls within a set time interval provided by the configuration instructions, dynamically modifying the control interface of the exercise machine so that it assumes a respective operating configuration corresponding to the set time interval reached by the multimedia content, in the respective operating configuration, showing the user on a display module, temporary controls usable through the control interface; and setting the exercise machine based on the temporary controls.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING EXERCISE LOAD VARIATIONS IN A STRENGTH EXERCISE MACHINE AND EXERCISE MACHINE IMPLEMENTING SUCH METHOD
A method for controlling exercise load variations in a strength exercise machine, includes, at a current time instant t.sub.i, detecting an exercise position within a set range of motion of a user, and checking if a previously set trigger condition of an exercise load variation includes the detected exercise position of the user within the set range of motion. If a previously set trigger condition of an exercise load variation includes the detected exercise position of the user within a respective range of motion, the method includes setting a trigger condition of an exercise load variation as the current trigger condition of exercise load variation having a first speed threshold for execution of motion by the user, and reducing an exercise load based on a comparison of speed for execution of motion by the user and the first speed threshold.
CHEST EXPANDER
Provided is a chest expander including a pair of operational arms having upper ends rotatably coupled to a head and moving to approach or be spaced apart from each other and a pair of gas springs disposed crosswise between the pair of operational arms. In the operational arm, a longitudinal hole configured to guide one end of the gas spring to move are formed. A guide coupled to the one end of the gas spring are arranged in the longitudinal holes. A Holding device holds the guide at a selected position. Intensity of elastic force provided by the gas spring is adjustable by adjusting a position of the one end of the gas spring.
