The present invention relates to a safe valve for a high pressure regulator, which includes: a guide body coupled to a valve port prepared at a body of a high pressure regulator; a valve body couple to an upper end part of the guide body to open the valve port when the overpressure occurs in a state that the valve port is closed; a lower spring installed inside the valve body for providing elastic force to the valve body; and a discharging pipe couple to a lower part of the guide body for discharging the fuel upon an opening operation of the valve body, wherein a function for a relief valve to relieve the overpressure by discharging the fuel when the overpressure is generated inside the high pressure regulator and a function for a purge valve separated from the body to discharge fuel inside the high pressure regulator are integrally provided.

A one-gauge one-turn regulator manifold includes a manifold body, a spring set, a knob set, an annular dial and one inlet pressure gauge. The outlet pressure is selected and adjusted by turning a control knob without a pressure gauge. The control knob with a marker indicating the outlet pressure from zero to maximum is rotatable within one turn. The knob set contains one adjusting screw which is used to fine-tune the pressure, and thus the outlet air pressure is calibrated as expected. The annular dial with pressure tick marks is located between the control knob and the manifold body. The outlet pressure is easy to selected and controlled by turning the knob to the desired pressure makers on the dial without the pressure gauge.

Pressure Reducing Valve Device

A pressure reducing valve device includes a first body; a second body; a valve mechanism accommodated in the first body, and including a valve seat and a valve element; and a piston that is accommodated in the second body, defines a pressure reducing chamber, and is configured to move in accordance with a pressure in the pressure reducing chamber so as to move the valve element. The first body is connected to an inner portion of a connection portion having a bottomed cylindrical shape. The connection portion is provided in the second bods to protrude outward. The valve seat is held between the first body and the second body in a direction in which the first body and the second body are attached to each other such that the valve seat is fixed in a flow passage.

Pressure Reduction Valve Device

In a pressure reduction valve device, a valve body and a distal end portion of a support member are accommodated in a valve accommodation hole of a body. The distal end portion is inserted through an urging member accommodation hole. An inner introduction passage is formed between an outer peripheral surface of the distal end portion and an inner peripheral surface of the urging member accommodation hole. An outer introduction passage is formed between an outer surface of the valve body and an inner surface of the valve accommodation hole. The support member is provided with communication holes that establish communication between a gas inlet provided through the body and the valve accommodation hole in an axial direction. The inner introduction passage and the outer introduction passage are opposed, in an axial direction thereof, to the communication passage.

A fluid regulator includes a poppet valve within a flow path that selectively allows a flow of fluid to move from an inlet to an outlet. A threaded regulating interface adjusts a spring tension exerted toward the poppet valve and defines a regulated flow of the fluid through the flow path. A fluid purge mechanism is positioned within the threaded regulating interface. The fluid purge mechanism operates along a rotational axis of the threaded regulating interface and adjusts a boundary of the flow path and manipulates the poppet valve to a maximum operating position to define a purging flow of the fluid. A programmable logic controller cooperates with the powered actuator and a pressure sensor to define a closed-loop interface that adjusts the regulated flow of the fluid through the flow path.

The gas pressure regulator further includes a channel extending between the inlet and the cavity, and a guide disposed within the lower portion of the cavity in abutment with a bottom surface of the cavity substantially perpendicular to the lateral axis.

The housing has an outer wall including a coupling mechanism for fixing the housing inside a channel of a primary regulator body.
