Valve guide with integral assembly support
A valve guide for a coupling including a circular, longitudinally extending portion, including a substantially circular channel extending therethrough; a ring portion; a plurality of ports radially disposed around a centerline of the valve guide; and one of more collar supports disposed radially about the circular, longitudinally extending portion. The valve guide comprises a unitary one-piece component. A male portion for a coupling that includes a valve guide with integral assembly support and a method for assembling a coupling assembly are also disclosed.
Valve assembly for a fluid end with limited access
A valve assembly comprising a valve seat, a valve body, a valve spring, and a valve guide, wherein the valve seat and/or a valve seat housing in which the valve seat is seated comprises a plurality of grooves; wherein the valve body comprises a first side comprising a valve seat contact surface, and a second side comprising a coupler actuating feature; and wherein the valve guide comprises a coupler, and a plurality of wings, wherein the valve guide comprises a valve guide end distal the coupler, wherein, when the valve guide is coupled to the valve body via the coupler, the valve guide end distal the coupler extends a greater radial distance from the central axis of the valve body than the plurality of wings, and wherein the valve guide can be coupled to or decoupled from the valve body via the coupler by actuating the coupler actuating feature.
Fluid stop valve unit
The present invention concerns a fluid stop valve unit comprising at least one fluid stop valve and a pressure responsive part, integrated or separate, arranged so that the at least one fluid stop valve is kept in a closed state. The pressure responsive part, integrated or separate, has an opening characteristic going from the closed state to an open state with a decrease of pressure after a threshold pressure has been reached.
Pressure relief valve
A new type of pressure relief valve is described herein which has advantages over standard valves in that it may comprise a longer plunger than normal, and two guiding points located far away from each other for guiding the plunger within the housing. The valve may also comprise improved exhaust ports and an anti-rotation washer.
FLOW REGULATING VALVE AND COMPRESSOR
A flow regulating valve and a compressor with the flow regulating valve are disclosed. The flow regulating valve includes: a valve seat in which a passage is formed to allow fluid to enter; a guide member protruded outwards from the valve seat; a piston which is disposed on the outside of the valve seat, forms a fluid inlet with the valve seat, and is capable of being reciprocated along the guide member; and a biasing member biasing the piston in a direction away from the valve seat. A force exerted by the incoming fluid on the piston is opposite in direction to a biasing force exerted by the biasing member on the piston. The piston is able to be moved to different positions under the action of different forces to form fluid inlets of different widths with the valve seat, thereby controlling the mass flow rate of the incoming fluid (especially liquid). With the technical solutions of the present invention, the flow rate of the fluid entering the compressor can be effectively adjusted with a simple structure and low cost.
Check valve and assembly for fluid storage container
A check valve assembly includes a valve, cam and arm with float rotatably connected to the valve for insertion into a fluid storage container for filling of the container without overfilling. The valve includes a channel of narrowing diameter and restricting member movably retained within the channel. One end of the restricting member rides along the cam profile as the arm rotates the cam with the changing fluid levels. When the fluid reaches maximum fill level, the restricting member contacting the cam drops into the cam valley, driving the restricting member head into engagement with the channel neck walls and automatically sealing off the valve. First and second biasing members are disposed in the channel, preferably around the stem, and collectively provide counter force sufficient to overcome the frictional forces of the seal to open valve and move the restricting member upward.
DEVICE FOR PROTECTING AN ELECTRIC PUMP AGAINST OVERPRESSURES
A device for protecting an electric pump against overpressures, which comprises a main body which forms a cavity with an axis of extension which is substantially parallel to an axis of extension of the main body and a flow control element which can slide in the cavity along the axis of extension of the cavity between a closed position, in which the flow control element affects an inlet of the cavity which can be connected fluidically to a delivery port of an electric pump, and an open position, in which the flow control element clears at least partially the inlet so as to place it in fluidic connection with an outlet of said cavity, elastic means designed to push the flow control element in response to the pressure that is present in the delivery port.
Check valve
A check valve includes a casing in which a fluid inlet, a valve chamber, a valve seat portion, and a fluid outlet are formed; a valve body disposed in the valve chamber; and an urging unit that urges the valve body to the valve seat portion side. The valve seat portion includes a first valve seat portion disposed on the fluid inlet side of the valve chamber, and a second valve seat portion disposed on an outer periphery side of the first valve seat portion. The valve body includes a first seal portion capable of coming into close contact with the first valve seat portion, a second seal portion capable of coming into close contact with the second valve seat portion, and a first hinge portion and a second hinge portion each of which is a starting point of bending of the second seal portion. The first seal portion is formed in a disk shape using a non-elastic material, and the second seal portion is formed in a recessed frusto-conical shape in which a surface on a lower bottom side is formed of an elastic material.
