Spool for fuel circuit valve of an aircraft engine
A spool for a fuel circuit valve of an aircraft engine, extending along a longitudinal axis and including a narrowed intermediate section extending between two end cylindrical sections, a first end section being separated from the narrowed intermediate section by a shoulder having a surface arranged overall perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, the narrowed intermediate section also including, extending away from the shoulder, at least one cylindrical portion, and the shoulder is provided with a step extending away from the cylindrical surface of the first end section which, when the fuel flows along the first end section towards the narrowed intermediate section and the second end portion, generates a jet of fuel on the cylindrical portion of the narrowed intermediate section, a recirculation of fuel forming in an area in front of the shoulder.
Latching poppet valve
A directional control valve for selectively communicating a valve outlet to one of a vent port and a pressure supply port includes a poppet extending through a cage. Relative positioning of the poppet to the cage selects which of the vent and pressure supply port is communicated to the valve outlet. The poppet position relative to the cage is provided by supplying fluid pressure to one of the opposed sides thereof, and the poppet latches with the cage so that the fluid pressure on one of the sides of the poppet need not be maintained to maintain the poppet position in the valve.
Electro-hydraulic pressure reducing and relieving valve with flow force control for large flow capacity
A hydraulic valve is provided that includes an interior spool and a surrounding cage. A supply port and a return port are connected to the cage and the interior of the cage is in fluid communication with a control port. The interior spool is positioned between an on and off position using a solenoid and a spring. In the off position, slots in the spool and cage align to place the return port in fluid communication with the interior of the spool. Conversely, in the on position, different slots in the spool and cage align to place the supply port in fluid communication with the interior of the spool.
Valve device
In a seat component received in a receiving region of a first body of a body, one surface of a contacting portion and one surface of an engaging portion are planar and are flush with each other, and the other surface of the contacting portion and the other surface of the engaging portion are planar and are flush with each other. The engaging portion engages two portions of the first body, which form one opening of the receiving region, in a state where a distal end of the seat component reaches another opening of the receiving region. Furthermore, in the state where the engaging portion engages the portions of the first body, a second body of the body covers the one opening and contacts the engaging portion. Thereby, the engaging portion engages the three portions of the body, so that movement of the seat component is effectively limited.
Valve with two-piece adjustable can with integral pole piece
A multi-port valve having a longitudinal axis and a solenoid coil wound about a bobbin. Coaxially aligned with the longitudinal axis is an armature, at least partially disposed within the bobbin. The armature is coupled to a valve member that forms a sealing relationship with at least one valve orifice. A two-piece can having a first can component and a second component that cooperate to define an interior region. The solenoid coil, bobbin, pole piece, and at least part of the armature are disposed in the interior region of the two-piece can. The second can component is adjustably threaded to the first can component such that a longitudinal dimension of the interior region of the two-piece can may be adjusted to vary the size of a gap between the pole piece and the armature.
SERVO REGULATOR
A servo regulator includes servo piston, a first pressure chamber and a second pressure chamber, a spool, a biasing member provided on an outer periphery of the spool and configured to bias the spool, a first support portion configured to support one end portion of the biasing member when the spool is moved to a first direction where the pressure in the first pressure chamber is raised, and a second support portion configured to support other end portion of the biasing member when the spool is moved to a second direction where the pressure in the second pressure chamber is raised, wherein at least one of the first support portion and the second support portion is detachably provided on the spool.
Solenoid valve and manifold-type solenoid valve assembly
First and second insertion holes and first and second recessed grooves are formed such that, on a plane that is perpendicular to a first side surface and a second side surface and that includes an axis of a spool-sliding hole, the shortest distance from the axis of the spool-sliding hole to a hole wall surface of the first insertion hole, the shortest distance from the axis of the spool-sliding hole to a hole wall surface of the second insertion hole, the distance from the axis of the spool-sliding hole to a bottom wall surface of the first recessed groove, and the distance from the axis of the spool-sliding hole to a bottom wall surface of the second recessed groove are equal to one another.
SOLENOID DEVICE
A solenoid device includes a yoke, a core, a shaft, a bobbin, a coil, a plunger, a lid, and a housing. A housing body part of the housing has a first opening; a cylindrical first inner wall part having a first step part extending toward the outer side in the radial direction; and a cylindrical second inner wall part having a second step part extending toward the outer side in the radial direction. A first cylindrical part has a first flange part. The outer diameter of the first flange part is larger than the inner diameter of the first inner wall part and smaller than the inner diameter of the second inner wall part. A circumferential end part of the first flange part contacts the second step part. The lid is non-magnetic, and a circumferential edge part is held between the first step part and the first flange part.
Spool valve
A spool for a spool valve having a longitudinal axis (L). The spool comprising: a plurality of lands each having a substantially radially extending metering edge and an axially extending circumferential surface; a plurality of grooves separating each of the plurality of the lands; and a guiding section located axially between at least one land and an adjacent groove. The guiding section comprising a plurality of circumferentially spaced guiding surfaces being substantially flush and contiguous with the circumferential surface of the land, wherein the guiding section allows fluid communication between the groove and the metering edge of the land.
Directly-Controlled Hydraulic Directional Valve
A directly-controlled hydraulic directional valve includes a housing, control piston, first and second springs, double-stroke solenoid, spring plate, adjustment device, and electronics. The piston is longitudinally displaceable in a bore in the housing, either directly or via a control sleeve. The springs are positioned in a region of an end of the piston remote from the solenoid. One end of each spring is supported on the spring plate, which is clamped between the springs and the piston. The other end of the first spring is fixed to the housing, and the other end of the second spring is fixed to the adjustment device. The first spring exerts a force on the piston in a first direction, and the second spring exerts a force on the piston in a second opposite direction, so as to bias the piston into a preferred position. The solenoid is mounted on a side of the housing, and is operable to move the piston out from the preferred position in opposite directions proportional to an electric current from the electronics, such that the piston moves to the preferred position in response to each of non-actuation of the solenoid and a fault in the electronics. The adjustment device is operable to alter a position of the other end of the second spring to adjust the preferred position of the piston.
