The accessory is configured so that at least one of the jaws is movable to releasably clamp the tress of hair between the jaws. The movable jaw is actuated by air pressure. At least one of the jaws is configured to deliver a jet of air from the body to the clamping space.

The suite includes a cordless blow dryer, a cordless curling iron, a cordless flat iron, a plurality of rechargeable, interchangeable battery packs and a recharging station. The suite of hairstyling devices each have a handle with an indentation which is configured to receive one of the rechargeable, interchangeable battery packs.
HAIR ALTERING ASSEMBLY
A hair altering assembly alters hair structure with heat forming a generally flat dimension to save space. An external power is not required to provide electricity to generate the heat; thereby saving space and enhancing portability. The assembly includes a pair of planar members having a generally flat, elongated shape. The planar members hingedly move between an open positon to receive hair, and a closed positon for engaging hair to alter the structure thereof. The planar members include an inner surface that engages the hair and an outer surface providing a surface for manipulating the assembly. A circuitry generates heat. The heat generated at the circuitry transfers to a heat panel on the inner surface. A power source slot operatively connects to the power source, which is recharged from a charging portion. A heat resistant container stows the planar members while inhibiting the transfer of heat.

The present invention relates to a universal hairstyling device attachment that enhances the versatility of hairstyling tools. The attachment comprises a body with a first fixed jaw and a second fixed jaw, both equipped with inward-facing teeth and sliding engagement surfaces. A screw mechanism allows these jaws to be selectively brought together or separated. Connected to these fixed jaws are two movable jaws, each featuring inward-facing teeth and ledges, and linked by tension springs.
