BLOCKCHAIN
An Internet of Thing (IoT) device includes a transceiver coupled to a processor. Blockchain smart contracts can be used with the device to facilitate secure operation.
Leg Guard Device
A leg guard device for ball players includes a plurality of plates, a first panel, and a second panel. The plates are hingedly interconnected and configured to position on a front of a lower leg of a user. The first panel and the second panel are coupled to and extend from a first edge and a second edge of the plurality of plates, respectively, and are configured to extend over a back of the lower leg. The second panel is resilient and thus configured to be stretched. A first coupler and a plurality of second couplers are coupled to the first panel and the second panel, respectively, distal from the plurality of plates. Each second coupler is positioned a respective distance from a perimeter of the second panel. The first coupler is positioned to selectively couple to a respective second coupler to couple the plurality of plates to the user.
HOCKEY GOALKEEPER LEG PADS
Hockey goalkeeper leg pads wearable on legs of a hockey goalkeeper to protect the legs, in which protective parts (e.g., pad members) of the hockey goalkeeper leg pads are adjustable to adjust how the hockey goalkeeper leg pads fit on the legs, and their adjustability is provided in a way that may be relatively light, easy to use, and simple to manufacture.
Yoga apparatus
An athletic strap includes a glove portion including a plantar aspect, a dorsal aspect, and a cavity defined between the plantar and dorsal aspects. The cavity is configured to receive at least part of a hand or a foot of a user. The glove portion further includes a first opening at one end of the glove portion and a second opening at another end of the glove portion. The first and second openings provide ingress to or egress from the cavity. The glove portion further includes a strip extending between the plantar and dorsal aspects. The strip is adjacent to the second opening. The glove portion further includes a first indicium disposed on the plantar aspect. The first indicium extends along a first axis. The first axis is coincident with a portion of the strip.
Protective Boot Assembly
A protective boot assembly for protecting feet and legs during combat sports includes a pair of boots. Each of the boots is worn during combat sports thereby facilitating a foot and a shin to be protected when receiving kicks and when delivering kicks. Each of the boots has a substantially open sole and an open calf.
SMART DEVICE
An Internet of Thing (IoT) sport device includes a sensor coupled to a processor; and a wireless transceiver coupled to the processor.
IOT SYSTEM
An Internet of Thing (IoT) sport device includes a helmet and sensors including a camera and an accelerometer; a processor; and a wireless transceiver coupled to the processor.
Tibia and/or foot protection article comprising at least one shock absorbing pad
Disclosed is an article for protection of the tibia and/or the foot composed of a sock including at least one pouch and at least one pad removably positioned in the pouch; the article is remarkable in that the pouch is fixed to the inside of the sock and in that the pad is composed of a flexible and flat part including a layer obtained from a viscoelastic material and at least one layer made of fabric fixed to at least one of the faces of the layer of viscoelastic material.
Pliable athletic foot guard
A foot guard to be worn with a shoe comprising an upper and a sole, said foot guard comprising: an upper comprising at least one pliable shock absorbent protective layer that covers the shoe; a top opening; and a bottom opening. The at least one protective layer comprises a plurality of protective strips protruding outward from the at least one protective layer that are raised with respect to the level of the at least one protective layer; extending from the bottom of one side of the upper, over the top of the upper, and down to the bottom of the opposite side of the upper; and ranging from the toe portion of the upper to the top opening. The protective strips and rows of the at least one protective layer are arranged in adjacent rows in an alternating pattern. The protective strips comprise a pliable shock absorbent material.
Impact mitigating membrane
Generally described, aspects of the disclosed subject matter are directed to impact mitigating membranes. In accordance with aspects of the present disclosure, the impact mitigating membranes generally include a laminar core having a first lamina and a second lamina coupled to the first lamina and configured to shift relative to the first lamina to dissipate kinetic energy resulting from an oblique impact force. The laminar core may include a lubricating layer or self-lubrication between the lamina to reduce friction. In general, the laminar core is surrounded by first and second encapsulating layers positioned adjacent each lamina. An anchoring attachment coupled to one or more of the first and second encapsulating layer and associating with the laminar core constrains relative lateral motion between the laminar core and the first and second encapsulating layers.
