Wearable Garments Having Force And Inertial Sensing Capabilities
Methods and systems for force and inertial sensing in a garment. The system may include one or more wearable garments. The one or more garments may include one or more layers and an outer surface. Additionally, a force sensing array including a plurality of force sensing resistors, an inertial measurement unit, and a transmitter unit may be disposed within the one or more garments. A processor may comprise one or more receivers and may connect to the force sensing array, inertial measurement unit, or transmitter unit.
SMART DEVICE
An Internet of Thing (IoT) device includes a body with a processor, a camera and a wireless transceiver coupled to the processor.
Training Mannequin
A rotatable training mannequin used for training fighters or contact sports athletes is constructed of materials that mimic or simulate the upper human body. A sensor embedded in the training mannequin's head senses, detects, and transmits signals containing data for computer analysis. The data is related to motion parameters, which include linear and angular accelerations and velocities, of the training mannequin as a result of impacts and power strikes made by trainee to the training mannequin. Analysis provides feedback to the trainee related to the motion parameters to help the trainee learn proper footwork and where and how to make effective strikes. The parameter values obtained from the training mannequin can be calibrated and/or correlated against current or future real human parameter values due to strikes or other forces that produce damaging effects, such as concussions, and the training mannequin can be used to avoid or learn about concussions.
X SPLINT HAND PROTECTION DEVICE
A striking glove may comprise an inner glove, an outer shell, and at least one strap at least partially disposed within a dorsal cavity between the inner glove and the outer shell. A portion of the at least one strap disposed within the dorsal cavity may be configured in an overlapped and crossed configuration. The ends of the at least one strap may extend from the dorsal cavity to an exterior of the striking glove.
SMART DEVICE
An Internet of Thing (IoT) device includes a camera coupled to a processor; and a wireless transceiver coupled to the processor. Blockchain smart contracts can be used with the device to facilitate secure operation.
NON-FUNGIBLE TOKEN (NFT)
An Internet of Thing (IoT) device includes a sensor coupled to a processor; and a transceiver coupled to the processor. Blockchain smart contracts can be used with the device to facilitate secure operation.
Weighted boxing and exercise glove with improved durability
A weighted boxing and exercise glove includes a pouch for insertion of a weighted block inside thereof, wherein the pouch is located within a padding layer of the glove and separated from both the external glove material and the internal glove material by a suitable thickness of the padding material so as to reduce the risk of cuts, cracks, or rupture during boxing exercises.
Smart device
An Internet of Thing (IoT) device includes a camera coupled to a processor; and a wireless transceiver coupled to the processor. Blockchain smart contracts can be used with the device to facilitate secure operation.
Impedance-based impact determination and scoring
A conductive material of a plurality of separate conductive materials are coupled to a first participant, the conductive material configured to move when the first participant delivers an impact to a second participant. An impedance-based impact sensing mechanism including an impedance changing mechanism that changes impedance as the conductive material is moved towards and away from the impedance changing mechanism as the first participant delivers the impact. An impedance-based impact measuring scoring system determines that the impact occurred based on a change in impedance in the impedance changing mechanism.
Strike detection equipment
The present invention concerns a hit detection equipment, usable by a fighter and an opponent for martial arts such as taekwondo, karate or boxing, comprising a central device, a valid surface, for example a jersey and/or a helmet, and at least one authorized surface, for example a glove and/or a shoe. Said valid surface comprises at least one conductive surface and said authorized surface comprises two conductive structures insulated from each other, intertwined with each other over the entire said authorized surface, and each connected to an electrical terminal, and configured so that a contact of said authorized surface on a conductive surface creates a short circuit between the two conductive structures. The present invention also concerns a method for detecting a hit struck by a fighter on an opponent, for martial arts such as taekwondo, karate or boxing, each equipped with an equipment according to the invention.
