A hair-setting tool for setting hair styles is specifically configured to exhibit an improved hair-setting effect with the aid of heat. The heat-enhanced hair-setting tool of the present invention includes one or more heating components in or on the main body of the hair-setting tool. The heat required for setting hair may be provided by the heating components and/or by heating or re-heating the hair-setting tool to activate the heating components.
Hair dryer
A hair dryer, including: a housing provided with an air intake and an air outlet, and having an air passage communicating the air intake with the air outlet; a fan installed in the air passage for discharging air from the air intake to the air outlet; and a water particle generator installed in the housing for providing water particles in a direction towards the air outlet; where an installing cavity for installing the water particle generator is provided in the housing, the installing cavity has a cold air passage connected to the air intake and a particle outlet for releasing the water particles, and when in operation of the hair dryer, cold air flowing through the cold air passage that carries the water particles generated by the water particle generator is blown out of the particle outlet.
Hair styling appliance comprising a removable reservoir
A hair styling appliance includes a base including a mount and a removable reservoir configured to take up a disconnected position in which the reservoir is away from the mount and an operating position in which the reservoir engages fluidically with the mount, a portable unit remote from the base; a line that fluidically connects the base and the portable unit; wherein the base also includes a detection system having a detector configured to detect the passage of the reservoir from the disconnected position to the operating position.
Cosmetic product refill for a hair treatment device
The invention relates to a cosmetic product refill (20) for a hair treatment device (1), comprising an applicator member that is saturated with liquid cosmetic product, with a degree of filling less than or equal to 90%, preferably less than or equal to 80%>, more preferably less than or equal to 70%, the degree of filling being defined as the ratio of the mass of cosmetic product in the applicator member divided by the maximum mass of cosmetic product with which the applicator member can be saturated.
PORTABLE STEAMER FOR SYNTHETIC BRAIDING HAIR
A portable steamer for synthetic braiding hair is disclosed. The portable steamer is comprised of a main body, a lid connected to one side of the main body by a hinge and configured to cover/uncover a flat surface formed at the other side of the main body, a water tank connected at the bottom of the main body and configured to hold a water therein, a hair setting groove formed at the flat surface of the main body, and a heater formed inside the water tank and configured to boil the water and generate a steam.
PROCESS FOR TREATING HAIR FIBRES
Process for treating hair fibres, comprising: (i) combing said fibres, (ii) applying vapour to said fibres, the flow rate of vapour applied being strictly less than 1 g/min, (iii) hair shaping, by heat treatment without vapour, of the hair fibres by conduction and/or by radiation, steps (ii) and (iii) being separate.
Hair styling appliance equipped with an elastic mechanism for guiding a wick
A hair styling appliance for curling hair includes a mandrel, a liquid reservoir, a heating element integrated in the mandrel, a wick communicating with the reservoir such that it is soaked with liquid, the wick extending between a proximal end intended to come into contact with the heating element and a distal end supplied with liquid from the reservoir, and a guide system for guiding the wick that is configured to permit it to move from a passive position to an active position in which the wick is in contact with the heating element in order to create steam, wherein the guide system includes an elastic guiding mechanism in contact with the periphery of the wick at the proximal end.
Hair Treatment Apparatus With Steam Containment
The invention concerns a hair treatment apparatus, comprising: two arms that are movable relative to each other and capable of assuming a spaced-apart configuration in which a lock of hair can be inserted between them, and a closed configuration for treating the lock of hair, the arms being capable of being moved along the lock in this closed configuration, two contact surfaces carried respectively by the two arms, arranged opposite each other, at least one of the contact surfaces being heated, at least one steam outlet carried by one of the arms at a distance from the corresponding contact surface, in order to expose the hair engaged between the arms to steam, a containment structure for at least partially containing the steam, carried at least partially by the other of said arms, a comb having teeth, carried by said one of the arms that carries said at least one steam outlet, said at least one steam outlet being interposed between the comb and the contact surfaces.
REFILL FOR HAIR-SHAPING APPLIANCE
The present invention relates to a refill (10) for an appliance, notably a hair-shaping appliance, the refill comprising a fixing means able to collaborate with a complimentary member belonging to a receiving structure of the appliance, the fixing means of the refill comprising two profile elements (14, 15) able to engage in an insertion guide of the receiving structure and between them defining a space in which one or more members of the appliance are able to engage.
Hair Treatment Apparatus With Improved Sealing
Hair treatment apparatus having: -first and second arms which are movable with respect to each other and can adopt a spaced-apart configuration, for introduction of a lock of hair between them, and a closed configuration for treatment of the lock of hair, first and second contact surfaces carried respectively by the first and second arms and arranged opposite each other, at least one of the contact surfaces providing heat, -at least one steam outlet carried by one of the arms at a distance from the contact surface situated on the same arm, in order to expose the hairs engaged between the arms to the steam, -at least the first arm having at least one first part supporting the first contact surface and at least one second part distinct from the first part and separated from the latter, -an elastically deformable sealing element having a proximal portion extending at least partially around the first contact surface between the latter and the first support part, and a distal portion extending in contact with the second part, the proximal portion and the distal portion being connected by an intermediate portion extending between the first and second parts and configured to form a screen to the steam.
