Method and apparatus for controlling virtual camera in game
A method and apparatus for controlling a virtual camera in a game are disclosed. In the present disclosure, it is detected whether a movement of a virtual character toward a first direction satisfies a preset condition, when the preset condition is satisfied, a shifting direction of the virtual camera is determined, and the virtual camera is controlled to shift toward the shifting direction while moving according to a change of position of the virtual character, thereby a game scene image captured by the shifted virtual camera is displayed on a Graphical User Interface (GUI).
CONTEXT-SENSITIVE REMOTE EYEWEAR CONTROLLER
Context-sensitive remote controls for use with electronic devices (e.g., eyewear device). The electronic device is configured to perform activities (e.g., email, painting, navigation, gaming). The context-sensitive remote control includes a display having a display area, a display driver coupled to the display, and a transceiver. The remote control additionally includes memory that stores controller layout configurations for display in the display area of the display by the display driver. A processor in the context-sensitive remote control is configured to establish, via the transceiver, communication with an electronic device, detect an activity currently being performed by the electronic device, select one of the controller layout configurations responsive to the detected activity, and present, via the display driver, the selected controller layout configuration in the display area of the display.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING A COMPUTER IMPLEMENTED GAME
A computer device is configured to provide a computer implemented game. A display displays a game play screen comprising a first area and a second area, the first area of the game play screen comprising a game board comprising one or more first game objects to be collected in response to user interaction. A processor causes items to be provided in the second area of the game play screen in response to the user interaction to satisfy game objectives associated with the second area of the game play screen. The processor determines a first contribution associated with an in-game currency to upgrade an upgradeable image associated with the second area of the game play screen and whether the respective level has been completed and to determine a second contribution; and if an accumulated second contribution from the completion of levels satisfies a criteria, provides inventory items which are usable to unlock or upgrade a respective item.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING A COMPUTER IMPLEMENTED GAME
A computer device is configured to provide a computer implemented game. A first screen has a first user interactive area associated with a first task, information associated with a progress in completing a plurality of tasks, and a narrative associated with the first task. User input interacting with the first user interactive area causes an update in the progress information to include completion of the first task and to determine if all the plurality of tasks have been completed. When all the plurality of tasks have been completed a reward is provided.

System, method and handheld controller for multi-player gaming
Embodiments of the invention relate to systems and methods for multi-player gaming. Some embodiments relate to systems having an improved communications infrastructure and improved handheld game controllers, while other embodiments relate to improvements in handling large numbers of players in the multi-player game when played in a game arena with a single large display screen showing the multi-player game images. In one particular embodiment, a system is provided that has a game server controlling a display system to display the multi-player game on the large screen and a plurality of game controllers. Each game controller has a secondary display means for providing a secondary game display and input means for receiving player input. The system further comprises communication means for enabling communication between the game server and each of the plurality of game controllers. The plurality of game controllers are located in proximity to the large display screen such that it is visible to game players manipulating the game controllers while playing the multi-player game.

Method, apparatus and computer program for identifying intention of user in game
According to an aspect of the disclosure, a game providing method is provided. The game providing method includes: displaying a game interface comprising a plurality of blocks; detecting a first interaction on a first block among the plurality of blocks; specifying the first block as a trigger block in response to the first block; detecting a second interaction on a second block adjacent to the first block; and performing, based on characteristic of the second interaction, either one of switching positions between the first block and the second block, and specifying the second block as the trigger block.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A GAME PLAY
A computer implemented method for controlling a game play. The method includes rendering a game view on a display of a computing device, the game view including a first area and a second area; displaying one or more first objects in the first area, the one or more first objects configured to execute one or more actions in the first area, the one or more actions being executed at a first execution speed; detecting a selection of a second object in the second area of the display; and changing an execution speed of the one or more actions being executed by the one or more first objects in the first area to a second execution speed while it is detected that the second object is selected.
VIRTUAL OBJECT CONTROL METHOD AND APPARATUS, COMPUTER DEVICE, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A virtual object control method includes obtaining a panel presentation instruction generated through triggering on a user interface (UI) and presenting an interaction control panel on the UI in response to the panel presentation instruction. When an interaction button or a movement on the interaction control panel is triggered, and the interaction button is associated with an object selection panel, the interaction control panel is replaced with the object selection panel in the UI. A to-be-controlled virtual object is selected through the object selection panel and the selected virtual object to perform interaction is controlled according to an interaction corresponding to the interaction button.
