PERSPECTIVE MODE SWITCHING METHOD AND TERMINAL
A method and a terminal device for switching perspective are provided. The terminal device receives a perspective switching instruction when the terminal device is in a first perspective mode in which the terminal device displays a scenario from a first perspective. The terminal device determines a second perspective mode to display the scenario from a second perspective. Next, the terminal devices adjusts a first display parameter of a first model of the scenario from the first perspective and a second display parameter of a second model of the scenario from the second perspective according to a preset rule for a transition from the first perspective mode to the second perspective mode. Further, the terminal device displays the first model according to the first display parameter and the second model according to the second display parameter during the transition from the first perspective mode to the second perspective mode.

IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS AND STORAGE MEDIUM FOR DEFORMING OR MOVING DISPLAYED OBJECTS
A non-limiting example game system includes a game apparatus, and a terminal device and a television are connected to the game apparatus. A game image that is displayed on the television is an image that various kinds of objects arranged in a virtual space are imaged by a virtual camera. The virtual camera follows a player object so as to keep a predetermined distance with the player object, and when the player object enters a grassland object with comparatively long length, for example, each grass object is deformed or moved so as to go away from the virtual camera. For example, a height of the grass object near the virtual camera is made comparatively low, and the height is gradually made high as it separates from the virtual camera.

Information processing method and system for executing the information method
A method includes defining a virtual space, wherein the virtual space comprises a second avatar object and a first avatar of object, the first avatar object is associated with a first user, and the first user is associated with a first head-mounted device (HMD). The method further includes identifying a position of the first avatar object in the virtual space. The method further includes defining a visual field from the position in the virtual space. The method further includes generating a visual-field image corresponding to the visual field. The method further includes displaying the visual-field image on the first HMD. The method further includes identifying a relative positional relationship between the first avatar object and the second avatar object. The method further includes displaying an enlarged image of at least a part of the second avatar object in response to the relative positional relationship satisfying a predetermined condition.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS PROVIDING TEMPORARY DECOUPLING OF USER AVATAR SYNCHRONICITY FOR PRESENCE ENHANCING EXPERIENCES
In some embodiments, a detecting endpoint system accessing a shared virtual environment detects a collision between a target avatar and an object within the shared virtual environment. The detecting endpoint system transmits a location change notification for a head of the target avatar. An observer endpoint system moves the head of the target avatar based on the location change notification. A target endpoint system associated with the target avatar does not move its viewpoint based on the location change notification. In some embodiments, this decoupling of viewpoint from the avatar allows for a more immersive experience for all users.

Information processing system, information processing method, and information processing program
An information processing system includes a drawing portion that draws a display image for a terminal including one or more display media positioned in a virtual space; an acquisition portion that acquires input from a user; a state switching portion that switches, between a plurality of states, a state of the display medium; a position changing portion that changes the position of the display medium associated with one user in the virtual space, based on a first input from the one user acquired by the acquisition portion when the state of the display medium is a first state; and a viewpoint switching portion that switches a viewpoint of when the drawing portion draws the display image from a first viewpoint to a second viewpoint when the state of the display medium is switched from the first state to a second state by the state switching portion.
