MODULAR UNIT FOR FORMING CONSTRUCTIONS FOR TOY USE
A modular unit forming toy constructions, includes a first body of prismatic shape, formed by a first blank of foldable material having a central portion with four sides, which defines an upper side of the first body including a pair of slits for each side, to delimit a central zone. The first blank has a wing protruding from each side of the central portion and includes three different consecutive parts defined by transversal pre-folds to form corresponding sides of the first body and a base flat lower edge of the first body delimiting a hollow central compartment of the first body. A similar smaller second body of prismatic shape is formed by a second blank having wing for each side with a protrusion for coupling to the slits. The second body has a shape/size to be housed in a central compartment of a first body forming another modular unit.
STADIUM FOR ROBOTIC GAMES
A user configurable playing surface and stadium venue includes interlocking floor parts that form a playing surface. Each of the interlocking floor parts has a series of openings. A set of wall elements are provided that each have insertion tabs configured to mate with the interlocking floor parts using the series of openings to form said stadium venue with a perimeter boundary.
UNIT FOR CONNECTING PARTS
The invention relates to detachable connections for pieces, mainly rigid ones, and can be used, in particular, for connecting elements of building constructions, for example, transparent domes, equipment frame bodies, furniture and toy elements etc. In the joint for connecting pieces having a curved surface, which comprises projections arranged on mated sides of the pieces, said projections having bulbous widenings at their ends and necks at their bases, and complementary grooves in the form of bulbous cavities that correspond to the bulbous widenings of the projections and change into narrow channels that match the necks of the projections, and wherein the surfaces of the ends of the projections and the surfaces of the bottom of the grooves mated thereto have conical shape, and the tips of the surfaces of the ends of projections and the bottom of the cavities are arranged on opposite sides relative to the connected pieces, the side surfaces of the projections and the side surfaces of the grooves mated thereto are formed by moving a straight line along the guide path, which is the intersection line of the spherical surface with the cylindric surface formed by moving a straight line along an S-shaped guide path, and wherein the side surfaces of the projections and the side surfaces of the grooves are smoothly mated with the surfaces of the ends of projections and the surfaces of the bottom of the grooves, respectively. A joint for connecting pieces delimited by curved surfaces is created.
SOFT BUILDING BLOCK ASSEMBLY
A soft building block assembly includes at least one soft building block element formed by soft material and having at least one buckling portion; by stacking of the soft building block element elements, various kinds of toys being formed; a Shore value of the material of the soft building block element is between 20 to 95. Material of the soft building block element is selected from one of PE(Thermal Plastic Elastomer), TPR(Thermal Plastic Rubber), TPU(Thermal PU, PU(Polyurethane) or thermal static material, such as silica rubber. the soft building block element has at least one of a buckling portion and a coupling portion, and the buckling portion of a soft building block element is buckled to the coupling portion of another soft building block element.
BLOCK SYSTEM
A block may comprise a base comprising a first block side comprising a first side plane and a connective protrusion coupled to the base and extending distally outwardly and substantially perpendicularly from the first side plane. The connective protrusion may comprise a center pillar coupled to the base extending distally outward from the first side plane, a base portion coupled to the center pillar and the base and extending axially and substantially perpendicularly from the center pillar in a first direction, and an overhang portion coupled to the center pillar extending axially and substantially perpendicularly from the center pillar in a second direction opposite the first direction such that there is an overhang space between the first side plane and the overhang portion. The block may further comprise additional connective protrusions, and the connective protrusions of multiple blocks may enable the coupling of such blocks.
DOVETAILED BUILDING BLOCK
A dovetailed building block includes a block body having a plurality of side surfaces. The side surfaces are constructed in an order of having a side surface with a dovetailed recess next to another surface with a dovetailed projection. The dovetailed projection of one said block body can engage the corresponding dovetailed recess of another said block body in a 90-degree cross manner. Thereupon, while in stacking a plurality of the block bodies, variety of secured and stable three-dimensional curved configuration can be built through angular engagement of one dovetailed projection of one block body and another dovetailed recess of another block body.
BUILDING BLOCK FOR A CONSTRUCTION TOY SET
The invention relates to a building block (2) for a construction toy set, comprising a base body (12) extending in a longitudinal direction (6), in a transverse direction (8) transverse to the longitudinal direction (6) and in a vertical direction (10) transverse to the longitudinal direction (6) and transverse to the transverse direction (8), which is penetrated in the vertical direction (10) by a passage opening (14) and from which a first axle element (16) projects in the longitudinal direction (6) and a second axle element (18) projects in the transverse direction (8), characterized in that the base body (12) is formed from two subcomponents (4) which each hold an axle element (16, 18), wherein each subcomponent (4) comprises a connecting surface (16) for abutment against the connecting surface (16) of the corresponding other subcomponent (4), and wherein a male positive-locking element (18) projects from the connecting surface (16) of one subcomponent (4) and, in the assembled state of the base body (12), is inserted into a corresponding female positive-locking element (20) which is molded into the connecting surface (16) of the other subcomponent (4).
Multi-directional stackable block
A stackable block is provided which may be constructed as a traditional toy or as a beverage container. The block includes six sides. Furthermore, the block includes at least one projection which projects from one of the block's sides. Each projection is square so as to include a face and four sidewalls. Furthermore, it is preferred that each projection include a ridge forming a recess between the square projection's face and a block's side. Furthermore, each block includes at least one slot formed into one of the block's sides. This slot extends the entire side of a block and forms an elongate cavity sized for receipt of a projection. Preferably, each slot includes parallel opposed flanges sized to project into a projection's recesses.
