Twelve bladed stalk roll
A stalk roll having twelve flutes extending radially from the main cylinder along the length of the main cylinder. Within the row unit opposing stalk rolls cooperate to engage and capture the corn stalk, thereafter, controlling and processing the corn stalk. The flutes may be configured with differing edges to facilitate control and movement of the stalk to the point of ear separation within the row unit. The flutes may be configured such that opposing compressive forces acting on the exterior of the stalk at approximately 180 of separation operate to implode the stalk while sharp edges on the flutes operate to cut the stalk into small segments which are deposited on the ground for decomposition.

ROTARY CUTTER WITH HAMMER CUTTING ELEMENT
A rotary cutting implement includes a hammer cutting element. The hammer cutting element includes a shank. The hammer cutting element also includes a cutting head coupled to the shank having a first surface and a second surface. The cutting head includes a projection spaced apart from a blade defined on the first surface. The projection extends beyond a periphery of the shank by a first distance and the projection extends along an axis substantially oblique to a longitudinal axis defined by the hammer cutting element. The hammer cutting element also includes a coating disposed on a portion of at least one of the blade, the first surface and the second surface, and the hammer cutting element has a center of gravity that is offset from the longitudinal axis.
Cross flow horizontal rotary lawn mower with replaceable blade cartridges
A lawnmower uses thin, replaceable blades with a hardened cutting edge and a cross-section defining an airfoil retained in cartridges that are inserted and removed from rotors in a blade assembly at need. The cartridges comprise a blade and rotor interlocking elements affixed to the blade, each rotor interlocking element corresponding to one rotor in the blade assembly. Each rotor and rotor interlocking element includes features that allow the two to be securely engaged so that the rotors may be spun quickly in a mower blade assembly to cut grass.

LIGHTWEIGHT STALK ROLL KNIFE
A header for a combine harvester is provided. The header includes a row unit, a stalk roll, and a stalk roll knife. The stalk roll is mounted to the row unit. The stalk roll knife is mounted to the stalk roll and includes a plurality voids about a trailing end of the stalk roll knife.

Stalk Roll
A stalk roll may be configured to be mounted upon a stalk roll drive shaft of a corn harvesting header, wherein the stalk roll drive shaft has a generally square cross-sectional shape. The stalk roll may comprise a main cylinder with a plurality of flutes extending radially from the main cylinder along the length of the main cylinder. A taper may be positioned toward the front end of the main cylinder. The flutes may be configured such this with differing edges to facilitate stalk movement into and through the ear separation zone to the plant separation zone. The flutes may be configured such that a bladeless area proximate to the nose cone on each of two stalk rolls of an opposing pair cooperate to form at stalk engagement gap in at least one moment in time per revolution of the stalk rolls.
GRASS MOWING MACHINE FOR HIGH POWER APPLICATIONS
A grass mowing machine for high power applications includes a controller monitoring a total implement load of multiple implements connected to lift arms on a grass mowing machine. The controller determines if the total implement load consistently exceeds available power. If the total implement load consistently exceeds available power, the controller disables at least one but not all of the implements, and provides a signal to at least one but not all of the lift arms to raise the implements.
